专利摘要:
1. A NOLOS KOLOSNIK KOLOSKNYKRYY GRID FOR THE POWER SUPPLY OF LARGE POWER, having a groove located along the rear end, and an element for connecting1 with adjacent grid bars, located in the front part of the grid bar, about one hundred percent, and with those; in order to ensure reliability, the grate is additionally provided with a limiting element placed in front of the groove, with the ends of the restrictive element being extended beyond the edge of the grate. 2. The collar of claim 1, which is also distinguished by the fact that a longitudinal groove is made in it, and the restrictive element is designed in the form of a pallet freely installed in this groove. 3. Kolosnik on PP. 1 and 2, which is indicated by the fact that the ends of the limiting element are curved with the CO.

The invention relates to the construction of grates and can be used in fire chambers with high-power grate bars.
The grate bars of the grate grate are known, having, located along the rear end, and an element for connecting with the neighboring grate, located in front of the grate Cl.
The disadvantage of these grates is the low reliability of the lattice assembled from these grates; when the pieces of fuel get between the grates, the grates get jammed, and their rear end is raised relative to the hole in which the connecting element is placed, which leads to breaking and breaking out of the grate.
The aim of the invention is to improve reliability.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the grate of the grate-level grate for high-power furnaces, having a groove located along the rear end, and an element for connecting with adjacent grates, located in the front part of the grate, is additionally provided with a restriction element placed in front of the groove, and the ends of the restriction element bred beyond the edge of the grate.
In addition, the grate can be made with a longitudinal through groove and the restrictive element - in the form of a finger, freely installed in this groove and bent. .
FIG. 1 shows grates assembled in a lattice, longitudinal section (option one); in fig. 2, section A-A in FIG. 1 {in FIG. 3 - grate, longitudinal section (option two); in fig. 4 shows a section B-B in FIG. 3; in fig. 5 - grate, continuous cut (third option); on
FIG. 6 is a sectional view BB in FIG. five; in fig. 7 g grate, longitudinal section
(option h-fourth); in fig. 8 - section G-Y in FIG. 7; in fig. 9 - grate, longitudinal section (fifth variant); in fig. 10 is a section d-d in FIG. .
The grate 1 has a curved front end 2, a groove 3 located along the rear end 4, and a longitudinal edge 5, provided with a hole 6 connecting the front end 2 to the wall 7 of the groove 3. In the hole 6 there is a connecting element 8 connecting the neighboring grate transverse direction when assembling them into the lattice. The grate 1 with the front-end 2 rests on the lower grate 9, and the rear end 4 of the groove 3 rests loosely on the beam 10.
- The grate 1 is provided with a restriction element 11, mounted in the rear section of the 5th fiber parallel to the ends 2 and 4. The ends of the restriction element 11 are extended beyond the edge of the grate 1. In the first variant, the restrictive element 11 is made in the form of a plate.
In the variants of the second, third, fourth and fifth limiting element 11 is made in the direction of the finger, freely installed in the groove 12, made in the edge 5. The ends of the restrictive element 11 can be bent outward.
When the grill is working, if the pieces of coal get between the interchangeable grates and the occurrence of family forces, the restrictive element 11 with its protruding end: rests on the grate t (first and fifth variants) or longitudinal edges 5 of the neighboring grate (second, third and fourth variants) , thereby preventing the rear end of the grate from lifting up and the possibility of the grid breaking as a result, which increases the reliability of its operation.
