The invention relates to a device for pre-crushing of crushed material prone to clumping of fine-grained material and for supplying it to a jet mill containing a stream of compressed circulating grinding gas and material for producing industrial ultrafine grinding mixtures. A device for feeding a forged finely crushed material into a jet mill, containing a vertically positioned pipe, at the upper end of which a feeder is fixed to the funnel lj, is known. A disadvantage of this device is the low efficiency of the material feeding process. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the material feeding process by pre-crushing and subsequent pushing it into a jet mill. This OBJECTIVE is achieved. Thus, a biTO device for feeding lumpy finely crushed material into a jet mill containing a vertically positioned pipe, at the upper end of which a feeding funnel is fixed, is provided with percussion bodies with a drive having 1m possibility of reciprocating movement. Moreover, the shock bodies can be made of at least two pistons installed in the center of the feeding funnel with the possibility of longitudinal movement, and the driving of the pistons with the help of a central partition is fixed in a pipe or in a feeding funnel. In addition, the shock bodies can be made of a horizontal pressure roller located at the upper end of the pipe with the possibility of lateral movement or in a feeding funnel. The cross-section of the pipe can be made gradually decreasing in the direction of the jet mill. If the pipe 1 is attached to the jet mill 4 with the help of an additional pipe 3, then in the latter it is preferable to arrange the screw feeder 9 with the drive 10. The device for feeding the material prevents air from flowing into the jet mill 4, pre-crush the material. The device works as follows. The milled material is fed, for example, by means of a conveyor (not yet) into the feeding funnel 2, where the moving reciprocating pusher breaks the jammed material and gradually pushes it in the form of dense packing through pipes 1 and 3 towards the jet mill 4. The pulsating feed motion of the material in the solid material feed pipe 1 is aligned with a screw feeder 9 in the additional pipe 3. When the packing material enters the mill 4, it is destroyed and accelerated by grinding gas jets. If the impactor includes, for example, two separate pistons reciprocating in the direction of the pipe 1, the material fed to the feeding funnel is compressed and pushed towards the jet mill 4 each time the piston moves downward and the new The material falls down under the piston in the funnel 2 when the piston 5 moves BBef) x towards its upper dead center. If the impactor is made of a horizontal roller that reciprocates in a direction transverse to tube 1, the material is compressed and gradually pushed downward through tube 1 each time the roller moves in any direction and the new material falls into the funnel behind roller during its movement, so that the material will be compressed when the roller moves in any of two possible directions. Compression of the material must be sufficiently strong to prevent the pressurized grinding gas from escaping through the gasket in pipe 1. The proposed device improves the feed efficiency of the material by pre-grinding and pumping it into the mill.
