.1 The invention relates to wood processing industry and can be applied in sawmill equipment. A device for orienting and trimming lumber is known, comprising a frame, pinch rollers, an orientation mechanism, made in the form of driven and movable lugs in the transverse plane, supporting lines and transverse and longitudinal feed mechanisms 1. It is also known a device for trimming lumber, including a base with a movable working body mounted on it and rotating stops with a drive 2. However, the known devices are not characterized by a sufficiently high output of cut, sawn timber due to higher Nogo number when trimming waste and the relatively low productivity. The purpose of the invention is to increase lumber yield and increase productivity. The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for cutting lumber is equipped with a marking machine with two cutters and installed in transverse guides and having a support in water, as well as a gate valve with its drive and two ejectors, and a gate with its drive, turning stops and two ejector They are mounted on the slide in the direction of its movement successively, and the distance between the stops and the ejector is equal to the distance between the cutters, while the ejectors are turning. The device is equipped with additional gates, and the distance between the gates is equal to the distance between the cutters. Cutters, gates, stops and ejector are made movable relative to each other in the direction of movement of the working body. FIG. 1 shows schematically a device for forming a positioning point, top view; in fig. 2 is a device for trimming at approximately the height of the treatment site, top view; in fig. 3 - 5 device for cutting lumber (variants of the working body), side view. The proposed device consists of two devices: in the first (Fig. 1), positioning points are formed; in the second (Fig. 2-5). trimming is performed. The first device contains a roller conveyor 1 and a desktop with seats 2 and 3 operators. the cutter 4 forms the positioning points at one of the ends of the cut, the board 5, the cutter 6 at the other 86 end; however, one of the cutters, for example 6, can be moved, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 1, to handle boards of different lengths. Shadow or light lines 7 and 8 are matched with the cutters 4 and b for marking boards. The two planks 5 are set up in such a way that the desired cutting lines coincide with the shadow lines 7 or, respectively B. Then the mills 4 and 6 are activated. They create positioning points 9-9 and 10-10 that define two cutting lines in order to obtain clean cuts. The trimming device comprises clamps 11 with their actuators 12, a brake assembly 13 to prevent undesirable forwarding of the boards forward, a roller conveyor 14 which feeds the boards with positioning points 9-9 and 10-10 to the machining site. The assembly for mounting and supplying boards to the working body consists of a pair of lugs 15, a gate 16 (or a pair of gates), a pair of ejectors 17, a drive 18 for turning the lugs 15 and ejectors 17 in the directions shown in FIG. 3 arrows, which can be made in the form of a pneumatic cylinder, the rod of which is associated with the mechanism 19 of rotation of the stops 15 and ejectors 17. Gates 16 have an actuator 20 made in the form of a pneumatic cylinder. These elements of the installation and supply of boards to the working body are mounted on a caliper, having a drive 22 and installed in the guides 23. The working body (the first embodiment) is circular saws 24 and 25, pulleys 26 and 28, a device for sucking small waste The cut boards are brought to the table 30, larger waste falls into the collector 31. The second embodiment of the working body (Fig. 4 assumes the use of cutters as tools; the cutter 32 has a drive -33, and the cutter 34 has a drive 35. The cutters have a stepped profile and Rug relative to the other — in the direction of their supply; there is also a rotary plate 36 with a drive 37 for entering the slot in the working plane. The third option is to use the tool (Fig. 5) to use only one 38-milling cutter with a drive 38 The equipment operates as follows: The boards equipped with positioning points 9-9 and 1.0-10 are fed by means of a roller conveyor 14 to a trimming device. 31 Gate 16 moves the board 5 with positioning points to the corresponding stops of the pair 15. In this case, the gate 16 is made mainly in the form of a pair of shutters (Fig. 2) and engages with precisely placed positioning points I, however, it is sufficient to ensure that the board moves the gate to the pair stops 15). When the board 5 is in this position, both positioning points 10-10 are parallel with respect to the cutting plane of the saw 24. Then, the board 5 advances together with the support plate (by means of the actuator 22 to the next position. The dielectric is under the clamping device 11 board 5, leading edge which has already been cut, is advanced by means of a pair of pushers 17 to the next position. In this case, the ejectors of the pair 17 are adjacent to the positioning points 9-9 corresponding to the saw cutting plane 25. A pair of lugs and a pair of ejector 17 are the stroke shown by the arrow in Fig. 3. The stops of the pair 15 are arranged parallel to the cutting plane of the saw 24, and the ejectors of the pair 17 are parallel to the cutting plane of the saw 25. The distance between the pair of stops and the pair of ejector is with constant and corresponds to the distance between the cutting planes of both saws 24 and 25. Due to the parallel arrangement of the stops of the pair 15 in relation to the cutting plane of the saw 24 and the implementation of these stops each time of the same path, the exact position is Points of positioning 10-10 of the cutting line in the plane of cutting the saw 24. By moving the board, the leading edge of which is already cut, the rear edge of the board, i.e., connecting the positioning points of 9-9, is parallel to the cutting plane of the saw 25 Each time two cutting processes are carried out simultaneously on two different successive planks; parallel cuts are obtained, but the trimmed boards are trapezoidal in shape. When the pair of lugs 15 and the pair of igniters 17 are returned to their original position, the lugs and ejectors are folded by means of the sensor cylinder 18 and the mechanism 19 upwards (see arrows in Fig. 3). Due to the movement of the pair of lugs and the pair of pushers of the board to the income of one of the machining positions, they are permanently clamped with clamping devices 11, so that su port 21 can reverse the course. After its return to the initial position (see Fig. 3 |, a new board is fed by the roller conveyor 14 and a new working stroke can be started. The proposed device can be cut at the same time by two edges, and the boards are clamped without being able to move them. The saws make a relative movement and provide clean cutting and using hard wood. Parts of the device (a pair of lugs 15 and a pair of pushers 17) pushing the boards into the area of the cutting planes can rise immediately after completing this movement and after clamping boards to their original position. A pair of lugs 15 and a pair of ejectors 17 do not limit sawing, and trimming is fully automated. One stop 15, part of the gate 16 and one ejector 17 on one side (Fig. 2, on the left side are set permutable across the direction processing for processing boards of different lengths. Accordingly, the table 30 for removal of boards can be rearranged. A second embodiment of the working element of the device (Fig. 4 {differs from the device according to FIG. 1-3 only by the fact that instead of two saws, two mills 32 and 34 are provided, which rotate around a vertical axis and have a stepped profile. They are driven by drives 33 and 35. When using mills in the work plane, a larger slot occurs. After each milling process, this spline enters by turning the plate 36, which is driven by the actuator 37. Such a device operates as described. Since both cutters 32 and 34 are arranged in such a way that the section of the largest diameter of the cutter 32 is matched with the section of the smallest diameter 34, the front edge of the board is supplied with a stepped profile corresponding to the shape of the cutter 32, while the cutter 34 creates on the trailing edge of this board a corresponding profile fitted to first, i.e., both profiles are stored together. Due to this, it is possible to perform bonding in a rib-gluing installation without further rotation of the boards and at the same time to ensure a tight fixed connection. In the device with the third embodiment of the working oprafia (Fig. 5, only one milling cutter 39 is provided, which rotates around a vertical axis and also has a stepped profile. When using such a milling cutter, both cutting planes are simultaneously processed.
Boards are introduced mainly in such a way that their large surfaces (due to the bevel on the sides of the board due to the natural growth of the tree) are in the zone of the smallest diameter of the milling cutter 39 {fig. 5 large surface located below). The milling cutter 39 then creates on the front and on the rear edges a beveled profile corresponding to the shape due to the natural roundness of the wood, with a small amount of material being milled. The profiles of the trimmed boards are not matched to each other (Fig. 5), so that when gluing it is necessary to rotate every other board.
Applying the invention increases lumber yield and increases
performance.
