The aim of the invention is the elimination of the tape production due to manufacturing, the provision of prestressing on the unloaded side of the tape and its exact installation, and the elimination of run-off of the guide rollers. The sliders 11 and 12 are strutted by means of springs 17 and 18, and the spring 17 is connected to the pin 19 of the slide 11 and to the pin 20 of the slide 12, and the springs 18 - with a trunnion 21 of the slider 11 and with a trunnion 22 of the slider 12. The prestressing of the belt 7 is created by moving the adjustable stops 15 and 16. In the embodiment of the force removing unit 8 without springs (Fig. 4), the preload of the belt 7 is determined by the position stops 15 and 16 relative to the strips 23 and 24, rigidly mounted in the node 8 removal effort. Belt cylinder works as follows. When supplying the working medium under pressure to one of the cavities of the housing 1 formed by the piston 2, the latter begins to move, moving the force removal unit 8.
