Apparatus to seal the valve of a valve bag with adhesive and of the kind where bag arrives from bagging machine standing up or somewhat reclining. The apparatus comprises adhesive sprayer (9) over which and fitted thereto a shield (23) with bow-shaped cross-section and rounded front is mounted so that the fronts of shield (23) and sprayer (9) are flush over and under each other, or so that the shield (23) protrudes in front of sprayer (9). The assembly comprising shield (23) and sprayer (9) is suspended or has organs to move it in a way that the assembly during insertion into the valve (6) describes a bow-shaped motion (A) in the vertical middle of the bag valve and so that the assembly lifts up the valve (6) when inserted. The adhesive sprayer (9) is designed to apply adhesive onto the lower inside of the bag valve (6). According to one special embodiment the adhesive sprayer can turn or rotate round its own axis in order to apply a consistent strip of adhesive. After the adhesive has been applied to the valve a piston member compresses the valve from above in order to close the valve. Besides, there may be a sensory organ incorporated in the shield so as to ensure that adhesive is applied only after proper insertion of the adhesive sprayer into the valve of the bag. The apparatus ensures that the adhesive sprayer is properly inserted into the valve as the valve is opened and distended by the shield prior to the process, and in addition the sprayer will be placed at exactly the same spot every time it enters a valve due to its being fixed to the guiding shield.

The invention relates to packaging and packaging equipment, in particular to equipment for packaging in valve bags with subsequent sealing of valves, and can be used in 5 chemical, construction, food and other industries.
A device for sealing bags is known, comprising a conveyor for feeding bags, a mechanism for filling bags O, and a mechanism for sealing bags 1 3.
However, this device is not reliable in operation.
A device for sealing the valves of the cells by means of an adhesive, 15 containing a conveyor for bagging the bag filling mechanism and a spray-mounted adhesive C2 sprayer, is known.
However, the known device does not allow a 20 to securely seal the valves of the bags.
The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the sealing valves.
This goal is achieved in that the device for sealing the valves 25 of bags with an adhesive, comprising a bag supply conveyor, a bag filling mechanism and an adhesive dispenser that is fortified with movement, is equipped with an upholstered reinforcement behind the diffuser. the movement of the brush with the plate to interact with the bag valve and fixed above the spray gun and the screen connected to it, while the cross-section of the screen has an arched shape, and its output part is fixed and protrudes above the spray gun.
The atomizer and screen are hinged on the lever with the possibility of moving in the horizontal plane.
In addition, the projection of the screen onto the horizontal plane is a rectangle.
The sprayer is mounted to rotate about a horizontal axis, and its openings for the supply of adhesive material are located around the circumference.
The holes of the sprayer are located at an angle of 60 °, and the sprayer is equipped with a pneumatic actuator with a lever for turning it.
The device is equipped with an on-screen sensor for controlling the operation of the sprayer.
There is a slot in the screen, and the sensor is located in the latter and is a spring-loaded lever fixed on the axis.

The device for sealing the valves of the bags with an adhesive consists of a filling machine 1, a belt conveyor 2 for feeding the bags 3 and a conveyor 4 for removing the bags 3. The filling tray 5, the bag support 6 and the plunger 7 are mounted on the filling machine 1 an adhesive spray gun, hingedly mounted on the lever 8. Next, in the course of the technological operation on the conveyor belt 2, the piston 9 was fixed to press or clamp the valve and seal it. The loose material contained in the bag in this case serves as a pressing support. The atomizer mounted on the hinged lever is fastened with a clutch to the axis 10 located above the bag and at a right angle to the vertical plane of the valve. The gun 11 is mounted on the driver, attached to the lower end n at a right angle r - to the hinge lever 8. The gun 11 is connected to the rest of the equipment by a hose 12 and a solenoid valve 13. The additional equipment contains a reservoir for heating, a pump and a filter (in the drawing shown). The atomizer is equipped with a nozzle-14 mounted on the screen 15, which is also attached to the lower end of the hinge lever 8 by means of a pair of protruding posts 16. The screen 15 protrudes beyond the nozzle 14 so that it lies behind the curve A described by the front horse face of the screen the time it moves to the position where it pops into the bag valve. The screen 15 has a rectangular shape in a plane with rounded front edges and is somewhat curved downward in the front part, while its sides are bent vertically downwards. The nozzle 14 of the driver is rotatably installed relative to its own profile axis in the pistol 11. The nozzle 14 enters the valve and applies an appropriate amount of adhesive, after which the lever 8 with the nozzle 14 returns B to its original position. Piston 9 Operates to press, clamp and seal the valve. After the pressure on the valve is applied, the conveyor 2 begins to move again, feeding the bag 3 to the cross conveyor 4. The nozzle 14 can be rotated 60 using pneumatic cylinder 1 7. At the beginning, one of the holes is horizontal, and when the head is rotated 60, a continuous strip of adhesive is applied 180 degrees in a steady stream. When the nozzle 14 is located above the center of the bag valve, a layer of adhesive covers a distance greater than half the valve. When the nozzle 14 is in a somewhat retracted position relative to the front of the screen 15, the adhesive jet is tilted and applied below the outer edge of the valve, which eliminates the possibility of mixing, nor the adhesive with the contents of the bag. If the screen 15 and the spray nozzle 14 cannot get into the bag valve, this is detected by the sensor. The sensor includes a lever 22, protruding through the slot 23 in front of the screen 15.
The lever 22 is mounted above the screen in order to provide a hinge movement with respect to the axis 24. The lever 22 is held in the desired position by means of a coil spring 25.
