A pipette with an adjustable volume has a stop bushing 19 provided with outside threading fitted into corresponding threading 10 formed inside the frame of the pipette. The upper part of the stop bushing and the piston shaft 3 are provided with jointly operative means 20 that prevent their turning in relation to each other but, nevertheless, permit movement of the piston shaft in relation to the stop bushing in the direction of the piston shaft. When the press button 2 is turned, the stop bushing constituting the upper stop of the piston can be moved by means of the threaded joint inside the pipette frame upwards or downwards so as to adjust the volume of the pipette. One or several grooves have been formed in the longitudinal direction of the stop bushing on the outer face of the bushing, and a locking tip or means is fastened to the pipette frame by means of a spring means to constitute a jointly operative means with said groove, which locking tip or means is arranged so that it is pressed by a spring against the outer face of the stop bushing. Hereby the groove is shifted periodically, when the bushing is being turned, over the locking tip into a position in which it locks the adjustment of the pipette at a certain volume value and in this way forms a periodically or stepwise adjustable pipettable volume in the pipette. <IMAGE>

clause The invention relates to; to laboratory technology, in particular to devices for sampling and dosage of liquids. Closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a pipette; containing a cylindrical body with a spring-loaded piston installed therein, a push button for interacting with the piston rod, a locking sleeve associated with the inner surface of the body through a recess, a spline groove is made in the upper part of the locking sleeve, and a spline lug is mounted on the piston rod. However, in the well-known pipette, although the position of the locking sleeve, which determines the piston stroke, is adjusted, it is no less impossible to provide stepwise adjustment of the volume of the pipette. The aim of the invention is to provide stepwise adjustment of the dispensed volume of fluid while maintaining dose stability at each step. The goal is achieved in that in a pipette containing a cylindrical housing with a spring-loaded piston installed in it, I press a button to interact with the piston rod, a locking sleeve connected to the inner surface of the housing by means of a thread, and in the upper part of the locking sleeve are slotted the grooves and on the piston rod are splined protrusions; at least one longitudinal groove is formed on the outer surface of the locking sleeve, and the housing is equipped with a spring-loaded stop D.PY interacting with the sleeve groove. In addition, a window with a scale is made in the case, and a check mark on the locking sleeve. FIG. 1 shows a pipette, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, longitudinally section; in fig. 3 is a section A-A in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 is a section BB in FIG. 2; in fig. 5 - locking sleeve in the presence of several grooves, cross section. The pipette contains a cylindrical body 1 with a tip 2, a piston 3, a coil spring 4, a pack; an actuating ring 5 with an annular disk 6. On the upper shaft of the piston rod 7 of the piston 3 it is fixed on its back. 8. A second spring 9 is mounted on the 152 stem of the piston 7 of the piston 3, which rests on the annular juice 10. In the upper part of the housing, a guide sleeve 11 is mounted along its axis by means of a calibration nut 12. A stop sleeve 13 is threaded inside the housing 1. The lower end the rod 7 has a flange 14, which, under the action of the spring 4, is pressed against the boutique 15 of the locking sleeve 13. The upper part of the locking sleeve 13 and the rod 7 of the piston 3 interact by means of spline lugs 16 entering the grooves 17. In the case of the pipette 1 a window 18 is made from the scales 19. At the first locking sleeve 13 there is a reference mark 20 on the outer surface of the locking sleeve 13 is formed by one or more grooves 21 in the longitudinal direction of the sleeve 13 and the housing 1 is fixed abutment 22, spring-loaded by a spring 23. The pipette operates in the following manner. When the pushbutton 8 is rotated, the locking sleeve 13 rotates together with the button 8 and the piston rod 7 of the piston 3, whereby the groove (or grooves) 21 in the bush 13 after certain intervals is displaced along the locking stop 22 into the groove 21, thereby locking the rod 7 in a certain position in the direction of rotation. Locking is released when the push button 8 is turned with a little more force in any direction. Thus, when the push button 8 rotates, the stop sleeve 13 moves up and down relative to the housing 1 and accordingly displaces the piston 3, which with the spring 4 presses the stem collet 14 against the shoulder 15 of the sleeve 13. All this allows the desired fluid volume to be adjusted stepwise by changing stroke length of piston 3. When the pipette is prepared, the button 8 is knocked up, whereby the rod 7 with the piston 3 is moved down until the button 8 is pressed against the upper end of the guide sleeve 11. 1. PIPET, containing a cylindrical body with a spring-loaded piston installed in it, a push button for interacting with the piston rod, a locking sleeve connected to the inner surface of the housing by means of threads, with grooves being made in the upper part of the locking sleeve and slotted grooves on the piston rod protrusions, characterized in that, in order to provide stepwise regulation of the dispensed volume of fluid while maintaining dose stability at each stage, an edge is formed on the outer surface of the locking sleeve it least one longitudinal groove, and the housing is provided with a spring-loaded abutment for interaction with the bushing groove.
