Gegenstand der Anmeldung ist ein Wälzfräser mit Schneidplatten für die Herstellung von Verzahnungen. Die Anmeldung verfolgt den Zweck, einen Wälzfräser zu schaffen, bei dem einzelne Bausteine mit nur wenigen Zähnen im Falle des Verschleißens oder einer Beschädigung der Sitze der Wendeplatten ausgetauscht werden können gegen gleichförmige Zahnträger. Dabei soll es nicht notwendig sein, eine vollständige Zahnscheibe ersetzen zu müssen und überhaupt den Wälzfräser aus der Maschine ausspannen zu müssen. Außerdem sollen die Einzelteile gleichförmig sein. Nach der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß auf dem Fräserkörper (1) mehrere schraubenförmige Zahnsegmente (2, 2') in einer gewindeförmigen Führung (7, 8, 9) des Fräserkörpers (1) befestigt sind, wobei die Zahnsegmente (2, 2') unter einem drallförmigen Versatz der Schneidenden angeordnet sind.

The purpose of the invention is to eliminate this drawback and increase productivity.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in a screw mill, on the cases of which there are rows of guides with teeth mounted on their heads alternately from opposite lateral sides and at the bases of rotary cutting plates, the teeth are placed on the milling cutters and placed on guides helical segments.
