The efficiency of loading garbage into a container is reduced. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of loading debris into containers by preventing it from cutting at the end of the chamber in the zone of the lower edge of the funnel wall. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed device the lid is made of two parts, the upper part of which is mounted for movement in the vertical plane, and the lower part is equipped with a device for alternately connecting with the sealing element and with the wall of the container. In addition, the upper part of the cover is made in the form of a gate valve with a horizontal plate attached to its lower edge, placed between the end of the chamber and the wall of the funnel. The horizontal plate is provided with a vertical displacement drive, made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, and pins, and the latch is provided with eyelets for said pins. The drive is made in the form of a fixed, foot on the lower part of the lid, on the center of the end of the container, turning disk, with the ends of the locking rods connected with hinges. The locking rods are tangentially relative to the rotary disk. In this case, the device is equipped with hydraulic cylinders placed on either side of the container, interacting with their rods with the ends of one of the fixing rods. The device is also equipped with a cylinder fixed on the sealing element of the hydr cylinder and a transmission mechanism that is controlled from its stem and interacts with the rotary disk. Moreover, in the latter, an orifice is made eccentrically, and the transmission mechanism is made in the form of a vertical two-arm lever, the lower arm of which is attached to the rod of the hydraulic cylinder fixed to the sealing element, and the upper arm is provided with a trunnion for the said opening of the rotary disk. The lower part of the lid is provided with hooks attached to its outer surface, and the sealing element has clamps that cooperate with the said hooks. Each grip is designed as a rod with a rectangular flange at the end. The upper part 7 of the cover is mounted in the guides 9 for movement in a vertical plane and is designed as a valve with a horizontal plate attached to its lower edge 10 placed between the end of the chamber 2 and the wall of the funnel 1 and provided with a hydraulic cylinder 11 for vertical movement. The bottom part 12 of the lid is provided with a device for alternately connecting with the sealing element 3 and with the wall of the container 5, made in the form of fixing rods 13 mounted on the outer end face, interlocked between themselves and with the drive, and response holes 14 for them, made in the sealing element and in the wall of the container. The connection of the valve with the horizontal layer is different and their simultaneous vertical movement is carried out by supplying the latter with pins interacting with the eyes of the valve (not shown). The drive of the fixing rods is made in the form of a rotating disk 15 fixed on the lower part 12 of the lid, along the end of the container end, with which the ends of the latching rods are pivotally located tangentially relative to the rotary disk, while hydraulic cylinders 16 and 17 are installed on both sides of the container its rods with the ends of one of the fixing rods. The rotational disk drive can also be made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 18 mounted on the sealing element 3, the stem of which is associated with a transmission mechanism consisting of a vertical two-arm lever 19, the upper arm of which is provided with a pin 20 placed in the eccentric opening 21 of the rotary disk. The lower part 12 of the lid 6 can be provided with hooks 22 fixed on its outer end, and the sealing element can be provided with grippers 23 cooperating with hooks 22, each gripper being in the form of a rod with a rectangular flange 24 at the end provided with a drive. The latter is made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 25 fixed to the seal, the rod 26 of which is mounted coaxially with respect to the grip bar and is hinged to it, and the sleeves 27 with a curvilinear groove 28 in its wall, in which the grip bar is freely placed. In this case, the grip bar is equipped with a finger 29, located in a curvilinear groove 28 of the sleeve 27. When the device is operated through the funnel 1, camphor 2 debris due to the reciprocating movement of the sealing element 3 is loaded into the empty container 5, while the lower part 12 of the cover 6 is connected to the sealing element by inserting fixing rods 13 c. reciprocal holes of the sealing element under the influence of the hydraulic cylinder 17, which rotates the disk 15 counterclockwise and displaces the fixing rods by the required value. In order to effectively fill the container and prevent the garbage from cutting off at the end of X1 of measure 2 by forming a free space in the zone of the lower edge of the wall of the funnel 1, the top part 7 of the cover is hooked to the horizontal plate 10 and jointly moved upwards from the hydraulic cylinder 11. After the garbage is fully loaded into the container, the lower parts 12 of the lid from the sealing element and its fixation with the container wall by rotating the disc 15 clockwise from the hydraulic cylinder 16 and displacing the rods 13 in the opposite direction to the counter holes in the container wall.
