To provide high rigidity, the top of the transverse wall has a parallel reinforcing element which interconnects opposite shock absorber mounts and the upper longitudinal bearers. At the bottom of the transverse wall, there is provided a frame system consisting of hollow members formed by the transverse wall and the bottom plate, and by reinforcing elements connecting the longitudinal bearers to the floor plate and a support element.

  . This invention relates to transport engineering and more specifically to passenger car bodies.
The closest technical solution to the invention is the front part of the body of the light vehicle, containing a limited pass; 1sirsky salon transverse wall,. The two upper and two lower side wall side members, which are connected to the lateral walls of the wheel arch, on which are mounted symmetrically located relative to the longitudinal median plane of the support body.
A disadvantage of the known design of the front part of a passenger car body is that the supports for the transport struts are connected to the transverse wall only through the side walls of the wheel housings, as a result of which the stresses arising during the movement of the car can lead to undesirable twisting and bending of the front part.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the stiffness of the front end.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the front part of the car body is known, containing a transverse wall bounding the passenger compartment associated with the side walls of the wheel housing, on which are mounted symmetrically relative to the longitudinal median plane of the body of the suspension struts, the bottom of the upper and two lower side spars the walls and the bottom connected to the transverse wall are provided with the main element of rigidity connecting the supports with the upper spars and the frame system including b hollow girders closed profile, formed respectively oppositely directed ends of the transverse wall and the bottom, the bottom surfaces of the lower side member and the carrier elements which are associated with the bottom and the lower spar.
The lower spar can be equipped with amplifiers made in the form of vertical stiffeners located in their plane.
The sides of the main stiffener element may have ledges for communication with the stops of the damping struts and the upper spars.
On the transverse wall in the installation area of the steering column is made horizontal corrugation. Each lower spar in the transverse wall zone may have a bend to the inner side of the body, and the hollow internal beams of the frame system formed by the bottom surfaces, the lower spar and the supporting element are located at least in the area of this bend. Under the bottom, P-shaped load-bearing elements can be mounted, extending their ends relative to the transverse wall towards the front end of the body. Between the ends of the U-shaped supporting elements and the transverse wall can be installed reinforcing kerchiefs. The U-shaped carrier element, the kerchiefs and the lower side members can be rigidly interconnected, forming a hollow carrier beam closed shed. The U-shaped carrier element can be connected to the lower spar and the bottom, forming hollow carrier bars of the closed profile. U-shaped carrier elements 17 are mounted under the bottom 8, protruding with their ends 22 relative to the transverse wall 3 towards the front end of the body 1. Reinforcing kerchiefs 23 are installed between the ends of the U-shaped nesupdah elements 17 and transverse wall 3 U-shaped bearing element 17 , kerchiefs 23 and lower spars 7 are rigidly interconnected, forming a hollow carrier beam 24 of a closed profile (Fig. 6). In addition, the U-shaped supporting element 17 is connected to the lower spar 7 and the bottom 8, forming a hollow bearing beams 14 and 15 of the closed profile. The lower spar 7 with its front end is attached to the end wall of the body (not shown) and consists of the outer bearing section 25 of the side wall 4 and the inner bearing part 26, which form a hollow body (Fig-3). In addition, the spar 7 has in the area of section 27 a first S-shaped bend (Fig. 1), so that the spar 7 with its carrying section 28 near the transverse wall 3 is connected to the passenger compartment 2 and is located lower (section E) than the carrying section 29 in the area of the front end of the spar. The second s-shaped bend 21 starts in the zone of the transverse wall 3 and extends in the direction of the arrow W, as well as in the direction of the outer sides of the vehicle. The bearing portions formed in this case are designated 30 and 31, respectively, with respect to each other, the latter are located at a distance of 3. The spar 7 has a c. in the area of section 32, the deformation zone 33, which starts at the front end 22, and this zone effectively operates at an automobile speed of approximately 8 km / h. The spar 6 is formed by means of a section 34 of the side wall 4 and an angular profile 35 on which the support 5 for a suspension strut rests with its flange 36. Parallel to the transverse wall 3 is the main stiffening element 9, which bounds one of the upper additional aggregate compartments 37 and is made in cross section in the corner. The main stiffener element 9 is attached by its flange 38 to the transverse wall 3, namely, the bend section 39, which also expands the aggregate compartment 37. Mentioned the kerchief 23 is attached to the inner shelf 40 of the supporting element 17 and extends obliquely upwards, and

Due to this design and the attachment of the outer flange 42 of the supporting element 17 to the spar 7, being a continuation of the carrier part 26, hollow support beams 24 and 13 are formed. The latter are parallel to each other, having

The invention allows for the introduction of a core stiffener, connecting supports for cushioning pillars with upper spars, and the introduction of a frame system to increase the rigidity of the entire front end of the body.

1. THE FRONT PART OF A BODY OF A PASSENGER CAR, comprising a transverse wall bounding the passenger compartment, connected with the side walls of the wheel housing, on which are mounted symmetrically to
