专利摘要:
A slide-fastener stringer has a tape formed from a ground weave with double wefts interwoven with a warp and a coupling element disposed along the edge of the tape and held thereto by binding warps. The coupling element is of the type in which a synthetic resin monofilament is coiled to form coupling heads whose shanks are disposed one above the other so that they have a common projection in the slide fastener plane. The shanks are connected to those of successive heads by bights. The coupling warp comprises a plurality of warp yarns whose patterns are offset lengthwise by at least one pick and which each passes over two coupling elements, between the next coupling element and a ground double weft and under a double weft between coupling elements in a repeating pattern. Double weft disposed between consecutive coupling members are drawn upwardly beyond the median plane of the coupling element as ground-weft padding loops.

专利说明:

The invention relates to light industry products, namely, to stitches-zips of increased strength. A zipper is known that contains woven: carrier tapes consisting of main yarns and pairwise located weft yarns, and a series of connecting links in the form of a deformed spirals of artificial monofilament with the arrangement of the shoulders of adjacent links projected on the plane one above the other, while the rear elements of the links are in pairs covered from above by the main threads covering the paired weft threads and the next A spherical link located between the lower shoulder of the previous link and the paired weft threads lying under it, and the paired weft threads are located under and between the connecting links in the pockets of the main threads of the carrier tapes fl. However, the known zipper does not have sufficient strength to bend. The purpose of the invention is to increase durability. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a zipper containing woven carrier tapes consisting of main yarns and pairwise arranged weft yarns, and a series of connecting links in the form of a deformed helix of an artificial ryofilament with an arrangement of shoulders links in the projection on the plane one above the other, the rear elements of which are in pairs covered from above by the main threads, covering the paired weft yarns and the next closest link located “between the lower shoulder the previous link and the paired weft yarns lying under it, and the paired weft yarns are located under and between the connecting, links in the pockets of the main yarns of the carrying tapes and the main yarns encompassing the main elements of the connecting links into the part of the supporting tape lying under the connecting links, and paired weft threads, located between the connecting links, are tightened by means of at least one main thread, covering the rear elements of the connecting links, up to or above the level of the upper arms of the connecting links. In addition, at least one of the main threads between adjacent connecting links can be tightened at the level of the upper arms of the connecting links. In addition, each main thread encircling the rear elements of the connecting links can pick up the paired weft threads from below, one between the adjacent connecting links and the other under the connecting links. The main threads, covering the rear elements of the connecting links, pick up the paired weft threads lying between adjacent connecting links, are missed between the bottom captivity of the next connecting link and the pairing weft threads lying under it, and then cover the next two links of the connecting chain from above. links. Fig. 1 shows a diagram of a zipper closure; Fig.2 zipper, top view; on fig.Z - section aa in figure 2; FIG. 4 is a view B in FIG. 2; On the FIG. 5 is a top view of the zipper of FIGS. 1 and 2; Fig. 6 is a schematic of an embodiment of a zipper closure; figure 7 is a top view of the zipper in figure 6; on Fig - section bb In figure 7; figure 9 is a view of the figure 7; Fig. 10 shows the AID on top of the zipper of Figs 6 and 7. The zipper has woven carrying tapes 1 and closing links 2 made from artificial monofilament embedded in them. Bearing ribbons 2 are made of filaments of a ground base 3 and paired pairs of threads 4 and 5 lying next to each other, and a ground weft thread 6 .. Rows 7 of connecting links have arms of adjacent links 8 and 9 located in a projection on a plane below each other , namely, the lower shoulder 8 and the upper 9, as well as the coupling heads 10 and the rear elements 11. They are covered from above by the main threads 12, and the paired ducks 4 of the ground weft threads 6 are located on the other side in the zone between the connecting links 2 and, except In addition, under the connecting links 2 in the pockets of 13 bases s threads. The main threads 12 cover the top. two connecting links 2 and pick up a duck lying between them a pair of ducks 5 and an unpaved weft thread. Figure 1-6 shows the displacement of the main threads 12 on one rapport in the direction along the zipper. For the sake of consistency, this displacement is shown by various transformations of the respective threads. The next connecting link 2 is picked up from below between the lower shoulder 8 and the double weft 4 under it 4 of the ground weft. After that, the main yarns 12 are inserted into the area of the carrier tape lying under the connecting links 2. Figures 1 and 6 show that the pair of ducks 5 of the ground weft thread are chuckled by means of the main thread 12, covering the rear elements of the connecting links 2 to or above the level, the upper arms 9 of the connecting links in the support loop 14. FIGS. 3 and 10 show , what
supporting shoulders 14 form between the upper shoulders 9 adjacent connecting links 2 as if a shock-absorbing (buffer) layer. Additionally, one or several filaments of the soil base 3 can be drawn into the support loop 15 between adjacent connecting links 2 up to or above;. exactly the upper shoulder 9 of the connecting links, as shown in Fig.6-10.
The stitching of the main threads 12 is carried out as follows (Figures 1-5).
The main yarns 12, when they are inserted into the zone of the carrier tape lying under the connecting links 2, pick up two paired wefts 4 and 5 of the ground weft yarn, namely the weft 5 in the zone between the adjacent connecting links 2 and the weft 4 under the connecting links 2.
In the embodiment of the zipper (Figures 6-10), the main threads 12, when inserted into the area of the carrier flap lying under the connecting links 2, s, pick up a paired duck 5 between the adjacent connecting links 2 and then pass between the lower shoulder 6 of the next connecting link 2 and underlying double weft 4 to cover the following two connecting links 2.
The application of the proposed zipper will increase its strength for bending.
