The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to driving belts and a trapezoidal profile, used on pulleys with a V-shaped groove under. belt. A trapezoidal drive belt is known for use on pulleys having a V-shaped belt groove containing an infinite bearing element in the form of at least one metal tape and trapezoidal transverse plates with one or two slits under the bearing element having supporting surfaces with connecting elements in the form of at least one protrusion on one and supporting surfaces and a corresponding depression on the other supporting surface, while the transverse plates are mounted close to on to the other on the support member and slidably interacting with one another abutment surfaces 11. A disadvantage of the known device is the lack of self-installation of the transverse plates, as a result of which their optimum interconnection is not ensured. The invention is an improvement in performance by both sintering the plate self-assembly. This goal is achieved by using a trapezoidal profile drive belt for use with pulleys having a V-shaped belt groove containing an endless bearing element in the eide of at least one metal tape and trapezoidal transverse plates with one or two slots for the bearing element having supporting surfaces with connecting elements in the form of at least one protrusion on one of the supporting surfaces and a corresponding recess on the other supporting surface, wherein the plate of the mouth closely facing one another with a supporting element with the possibility of sliding and interacting with each other supporting surfaces, on one of the supporting surfaces of each transverse plate at the location of the connecting elements there is a groove, the side walls of which are parallel to the base of the plate, and the recesses of the connecting elements are made with a radius shorter than the radius of the stupid. In addition, the groove is made on the base surface of the transverse plates from the recess side. FIG. 1 shows the transverse plate assembly; in fig. 2-4 are embodiments of transverse plates. The transverse plates have support surfaces 3 and 4 which are in contact with corresponding support surfaces of adjacent transverse plates on the carrier element. The support surface 3 of each transverse plate is made with a bevel 5, on the surface of which the transverse plates are brought into contact during the bending of the drive belt. The transverse plates are made with connecting elements in the form of at least one projection b on one of the supporting surfaces and a corresponding depression 7 on the other opoon of poheohnosti, while recesses 7 are made with a radius smaller than the radius of the projections 6. Moreover, on one of the supporting surfaces of each The transverse plate at the location of the connecting elements has a groove 8, the side walls 9 of which are arranged parallel to the base of the transverse plate. In a preferred embodiment, the groove 8 is made on the support surface 4 on the side of the recess 7. The drive belt operates as follows. The transverse plates 1 are placed on an infinite carrier element closely to each other with the possibility of sliding relative to the latter and the supporting surfaces 3 and 4 interacting with each other. The protrusions 6 of the transverse plates are spaced in the corresponding depressions 7 of the adjacent transverse plates. When bending the drive belt, the contact surface of the transverse plates coincides with the surface of the bevel 5, and the connecting elements ensure the relative centering of the transverse plates. The presence on one of the support surfaces of the transverse plate at the location of the connecting elements of the groove 8 and the implementation of the depressions 7 of the radius CW, MeHbDiHM of the radius of the protrusions 6, ensures the self-installation of the transverse plates and increase the accuracy

1. DRIVE KEYPAD BELT FOR APPLICATION ON PANELS HAVING A V-SHAPED BELT GROOVE, containing an endless supporting element in the form of at least one metal tape and trapezoidal transverse plates with one or two slots for the supporting element having bearing surfaces with bearing surfaces connecting elements in the form of at least one protrusion on one of the supporting surfaces and the corresponding recess on the other supporting surface, while the transverse plates are mounted close to one another on the supporting element with the possibility of sliding and interaction between the supporting surfaces, characterized in that, in order to improve performance by ensuring the self-installation of the transverse plates, a groove is made on one of the supporting surfaces of each transverse plate at the location of the connecting elements, the side walls of which located parallel to the base of the plate, and the recesses of the connecting elements are made with a radius smaller than the radius of the protrusions.
