This invention relates to devices for evaporating solutions, individual liquids that tend to foam when mixed, for example, black liquors. A film evaporator is known, which comprises a vertical casing, heating tubular elements, over which a liquid distributor is placed, and a device for recirculating a liquid 1. A disadvantage of the apparatus is the large heat loss and the lack of means to prevent foaming of the liquid. A device for evaporation of solutions is known, comprising a vertical body, a steam chamber with heat exchange elements and solution distributors installed above them, and a mortar chamber, nozzles for supplying the source and removal of the concentrated liquid, nozzles for supplying and discharging the heating steam and secondary vapor removal, a circulation pump and a circulation pipe connected respectively to the mortar chamber and liquid distributors 2. The disadvantages of the known device are lack of means to prevent foaming of the solution. The aim of the invention is to prevent solution solution by adjusting the selection of the concentrated solution. This goal is achieved due to the fact that, in a device for evaporation of solutions, containing a vertical case, a steam chamber placed one above the other with heat exchanging elements and solution distributors and a solution chamber installed above them, branch pipes for supplying the initial drainage of concentrated liquid and removal of heating steam and removal of secondary steam, a circulation pump and a circulation pipe connected respectively to the mortar chamber and liquid distributors, and the chamber is provided with a vertical partition installed under the heat exchange elements of the steam chamber. The mortar chamber is provided with an inclined guide plate installed between the heat exchange elements and the vertical partition to divert the solution for recirculation. From the evaporator, part of the evaporated liquid is forcibly evaporated by its indirect heating, while the other part of it is evaporated by expansion. These two types of evaporation are carried out in one Nome and the same evaporation space in the vertical compartments of the liquid compartments with a common gas space; in this case, that part of the concentrated, heated liquid, which does not return to the indirect heat exchange contact, is combined with that part of the liquid that is subject to evaporation with expansion before the concentrated liquid is removed from the evaporation space. This combination can, of course, also take place outside the evaporation space. The evaporator, in which the expansion compartment and the heat exchanger are combined, is a much simpler and less expensive design that is easier to manage. Thus, it is possible to replace all connecting pipes between the expansion section and the evaporator unit with a single partition, and for steam to use one common exhaust pipe. FIG. 1 shows a device for evaporation of solutions, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, front view; in fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the device; in fig. 4 - multi-stage installation, including the proposed device. The device for evaporation contains a vertical case 1 with a lid 2, a steam chamber 3 with plate heat exchanging elements 4, combined into packages 5, above which is a separator 6, a solution supply pipe 7 and a solution distributor in the form of perforated pipes 8 and a mortar a chamber 9 provided with a vertical partition 10 dividing it into two compartments 11 and 12 with an inclined guide plate 13. The device is also equipped with a pipe 14 for transferring the solution into the adjacent compartment, a branch pipe 15 for discharging alignment on the recirculation pipe 16 and for discharging the evaporated solution, the circulating pump 17, the circulation pipe 18, outlet pipe 19 and secondary steam pipe 20 and the condensate 21, the supply of fresh solution, respectively. When the apparatus is in operation, the solution from perforated pipes 8 is supplied to the outer surfaces of the lamellar heat exchange elements 4, flows down in the form of a film along their outer surface. Heats up and boils. The concentrated solution is collected in the lower compartment 12, the secondary steam leaves the apparatus through the nozzle 19. The solution from compartment 12 is pumped through pipe 18 into the apparatus and re-distributed through plate heat exchange elements 4. The initial solution under pressure enters the apparatus and through pipe 7 to compartment 1, where it is evaporated by expansion and flows through pipe 14 to section 12. As the liquid evaporates continuously, fresh solution is supplied through pipe 20. Claims (2) [1] 1. DEVICE FOR VAPORIZING SOLUTIONS, containing a vertical body, a steam chamber placed therein with heat exchange elements and solution distributors installed above them and a mortar chamber, nozzles for supplying and discharging concentrated liquid, nozzles for supplying and discharging heating steam and outlet secondary steam, a circulation pump and a circulation pipe connected respectively to the solution chamber and liquid distributors, characterized in that, in order to prevent foaming astvora by adjusting the selection of the concentrated solution mortar chamber is provided with a vertical partition, is mounted under the heat exchange elements of the steam chamber.
