This invention relates to a valve industry. The known design of the valve is made in the form of a 1; 1-turn damper with a disk shut-off member mounted on an axis in the flow passage of the housing with a peripheral sealing lip interacting with the sealing element Lll placed in the housing. A disadvantage of the known valve is the possibility of formation of ring vortices and cavitation in the zone of blocking the flow channel, accompanied by vibrations and noises, which reduces the density of its operation. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability. To achieve this goal, the valve, comprising a housing with a flow passage, in which a disk valve with a peripheral sealing edge, which interacts with a sealing element placed in the housing, is mounted on the rotary axis, is provided with perforated plates rigidly connected to the valve and installed in a row sides of the closure member at a distance from it and one from another located within the circumference described by the peripheral edge of the closure member as it rotates and parallel to left of the disk plane. FIG. 1 shows a valve in a partially open position, a slit; in fig. 2 - the same, in the closed position; in fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the closure member in the form of a spherical segment, in a partially open position; in fig. 4 - the same, in the full-closed position. The valve includes a housing 1 with a passage 2, in which a locking member is mounted on the rotary axis 3. 4. Axis 3 is installed in the central part of the channel and fixed on both sides of the housing 1 by means of bearings, in the housing groove 5 a sealing element 6 is positioned, pressed by a support ring 7. The locking member 4 is equipped with perforated plates 8, there may be several of them located on different sides of the locking member within the circumference described by the peripheral edge of the locking member as it rotates. The plates 8 and the locking body 4 are provided with mounting holes in which the fastening elements are located, for example bolts 9, the spaces between the plates 8 and between the plates 8. and the locking body 4 are formed by sleeves 10 or by any other means. In each plate 8, the holes 11 are distributed over the entire surface area, and if there are several parallel plates, the holes 11 in two adjacent plates should be displaced relative to each other, and the area of the flow area of the holes 11 should increase from plate to plate closure body 4. When the closure member is rotated, the perforated plates inhibit the flow of medium through the valve, and the effect of decelerating the flow decreases as the opening section increases, as the ratio of the flow passing through the plate to the total flow increases. In the open position, the perforated plates do not stop, they already live the flow, providing almost complete valve performance. The technical and economic efficiency of the invention is to reduce the possibility of cavitation and the accompanying vibrations and noises, which increases the reliability of the valve. 756 8 9 Ft
