专利摘要:
An ink jet printer includes a rotatable support means for supporting a sheet of paper, a rotary drive means for rotating the support means, and an ink jet print head mounted adjacent the support means for printing on a sheet of paper supported thereon during a plurality of successive rotations of the support means. A paper supply means loads a sheet of paper onto the support means such that the sheet of paper is supported thereby. A paper ejector means removes a sheet of paper from the support means. A control means controls operation of the paper supply means and the paper ejector means such that as a sheet of paper is removed, after a plurality of rotations on the support means, another sheet is concurrently loaded onto the support means, whereby the time required for loading and unloading a sheet of paper is minimized and the overall speed of the printer enhanced.

;about
iCn The invention relates to printing devices, namely inkjet printing devices for sequential printing. A printing inkjet printing device for sequential printing comprising a rotating drum for holding a sheet of paper, a drum drive, an inkjet printing head mounted next to the drum, a feeding means, a discharge means and a means for controlling the feed and output means f. A disadvantage of the known printing device is its low productivity. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity by feeding the next sheet to the drum until the previous one is completely removed. This goal is achieved by the fact that in an inkjet printing device for sequential printing containing a rotating drum to hold a sheet of paper, a drive bar, mounted next to the drum, an inkjet printhead, feeding means, output means. and means for controlling the feeding and discharge means, the latter being kinematically connected with the feeding and withdrawing means, while the output and the supporting means are located on opposite sides of the drum. The control means includes a cam kinematically connected to the drum and a double-arm lever with rollers at the ends of the shoulders, one of which is connected to the feeding means and the other to the drum. The control means contains an additional double-arm lever, on one shoulder of which a roller is interconnected with the cam, and on the other side there are sheets for removing the sheet. In FIG. one; The device shows a general view; in fig. 2 - the same view. on the side of FIG. 3 is a sectional view of a drum in FIG. 4-13 - the sequence of operations of the device; in fig. 14 diagram of the sequence of operation of the device. The inkjet printing device comprises a rotating drum 1 for holding a sheet of paper and an inkjet printing head 2 mounted next to the drum. The printing head 2 moves parallel to the axis of the drum 1 by means of a threaded rod 3 in such a way that many spiral printed lines are applied to the paper. On the periphery of the drum 1, slots 4 are made, in order to hold a sheet of paper on the drum 1 by means of a vacuum. There are fixtures 5 on the drum to properly lay the sheet. It is intended for loading sheet 6 from pallet 7 onto drum 1 and includes two clamps 8 against which the front paddle of the sheet rests. The tabs 8 are installed at the ends. lever: ag 9 between the two feed rollers 10 and 11 and the drum 1. The feed rollers 10 and 11 are separated (fig. 2), but at the moment the roller 11, mounted rotatably at the ends of the levers 12, lowers a sheet of paper 6 between 3 and roller 10. In order to ensure that rollers 10 and 11 operate on plate 13, two slots 14 are made. Drive 15 is connected to a roller 10, which is applied at a certain point in time, thereby transferring a sheet of paper to drum 1. drive start 15 is provided with a tachometer 16, The belt 18 drives the motor shaft 18. The drive 18 drives the drive of the drum 1. Simultaneously with the gripping of the paper sheet 6 by the rollers 10 and 11, the clamps 8 are shifted so as not to interfere with the passage of the sheet 6. The rollers 19 in contact with the drum 1, on the support arms 20, must be moved before contact with the drum 1 in order to press the sheet 6 of paper against the drum 1 after applying the sheet on the drum (Fig. 2). The continuously rotating roller 21 is intended to rotate the rollers 19 in contact with the drum while the rollers 19 are not in contact with the drum 1. When the rollers 19 are not in contact with the drum 1, their circumferential speed is equal to the circumferential speed of the drum 1. The guide paper includes the guide pins 22 and is intended to fold the paper sheet 6 when it is applied to the drum 1. The fingers 22 are rotatably mounted on the shaft and have notches 23, the dimensions of which allow the roller 24 to be received 19. The fingers 22 can rotate in the direction m drum 1 so as not to remove the paper commoners at jamming. A stationary sheet flexor includes fingers 25 for bending the sheet transferred to the drum 1 by the feed rollers 10 and 11 so that its path goes tangentially to the periphery of the drum 1. The output means is for removing a sheet of paper b from the drum 1 after the printing operation is completed . It includes fingers 26 entering the grooves 27 formed on the outer circumference of the drum 1.
The tabs 5 release the front edge of the sheet 6 of paper to be removed, then the fingers 26 are guided into the grooves 27 in such a way that the sheet of paper 6 is removed from the drum 1 regardless of whether partial vacuum is maintained inside the vacuum chamber of the drum 1.
The vacuum belt conveyor includes many porous belts 28, interacting with a rarefied space 29 with a partial vacuum, which is maintained there by a vacuum source connected with it by a vacuum tube 30.
The rollers 31 and 32 support the vacuum rollers, and the roller 32 is driven by the belt 33 so that the paper sheet 6 is carried by the belts 28 at a speed almost equal to the peripheral speed of the drum 1.
Each of the fingers 26 has a notch 34 that partially covers the shaft 35 of the roller 32 when the fingers 26 are pulled out of the grooves 27 (Fig. 2).
I
The plenum 36 is associated with a plenum air source 37 that provides air to each sheet when it is removed from the drum, pressing the sheet to the fingers 26 and the conveyor belt.
The feeding and insertion control means causes the paper sheet 6 to be dropped after several turns of the drum 1, during which printing is carried out, and the next sheet is next to the previous sheet 1. The control includes a cam mechanism 38 comprising a shaft 39 with cam 40-40. The shaft 39 is rotated by a pulley 44 and a belt 45 .. The size of the pulley 44 is chosen so as to enable the cam mechanism 38 to communicate with the drive 18. In this case, one turn of the cam mechanism corresponds to such a number of revolutions of the drum 1, which is necessary to form a complete printing cycle.
Each of the cams 40-43 is a leading surface, the contour of which controls the operation of the supply and discharge means, and the operations are performed in a specific sequence. The feeding means has a corresponding cam element that moves the rollers 10 and 11, the retainer 8, the rollers 19 in contact with the drum 1 in such a way that each of them interacts with the sheet 6 of paper at a certain time so as to feed it onto the drum 1.
The lever 46 turning on the shaft 47 has a roller 40 which is pressed ;: to the cam 40 under the action of the spring 49 installed at the lower part of the lever 46 and erased by 50. As the cam 40 rotates, the lever 46 rotates the lever 46 printing latch 8 under; is lowered and lowered.
The lever 51, pivotally mounted on the shaft 47, has a roller 52 mounted rotatably. The roller 52 is pressed against the cam 41 by the action of the spring 53 and controls the rotation of the lever 12 and the movement of the rollers 10 and 11.
The lever 54 is pivotally mounted on the shaft 47 and controls the rotation of the rollers 19. On the lever 54 with the possibility of rotation, there is a roller 55, which is pressed against the cam 43 by the spring 56.
The movement of the lever 57 is controlled by turning the fingers 26 around the shaft 58 and inserting them into the grooves 27 of the drum 1.
The roller 59 is rotatably mounted on the lever 57 and pressed against the cam 42 by the spring 60.
The printing process control means 61 provides control of the output signals of the inkjet print head 2. It receives pulses from the output of the tachometer 16 and generates control signals for the actuator 15 and 18
Each of the latches 5 is hinged (FIG. 3) on the end wall 62 of the drum 1 on the axis 63. A spring 64 is attached at one end to the wall 62 of the drum and the other to the retainer 5, the protrusion 65 driven by the cam is pressed to the surface of the fixed cam 66. by rotating the drum 1 around the stationary cam 66, the cam-led protrusion 65 causes the latches 5 to protrude above the surface of the drum so that they come into contact with the front edge of the sheet fed to the drum 1. Then the latches 5 are sunk so as not to interfere with the removal of the sheet from the drum. The removal and securing of the clips 5 occurs during each revolution of the drum 1, although these operations are required only at those revolutions of the drum during which the sheet is applied and removed.
If, in the course of the revolutions, no overlapping occurs and the sheet is removed, the latter continues to be held firmly on the drum due to the vacuum acting on the sheet through the slits 4.
FIG. Figure 4 shows the relative position of the elements of the printing device after the drum 1 has completed one full revolution (360 °) in a system in which the entire printing process is completed in four turns (1440) of the drum. The cam 40 rotates the lever 46 in such a way that the latch 8 rises to a position where a sheet of paper b is pressed against it. A sheet of paper b on drum 1 is printed on 1/4 of its lines, and the sheet is fed by a feeding mechanism (not shown) in the direction of fixer 8.
FIG. 5 shows the position of the elements of the printing device after turning the drum 1 to 900. Printing is more than half finished and the sheet b of paper is already advanced to the latch 8.
Fig. 2b shows the position of the element of the printing device after the drum rotates 945. At this point, the latch 8 lowers in accordance with the contour of the cam 40 under the action of the spring 49. Simultaneously with this, the lever 51, turned under the action of the spring 53 (Fig. 1), driven by a cam roller 52 and cam 41 causes roller 11 to lower and clamp a sheet of metal; hell with rollers 10 and 11
FIG. 7 shows the position of the elements of the printing device after rotation of the drum 1 on 990®. At this point, drive 15 is recorded and the roles of Ki 10 and 11 advance sheet b towards drum 1.
FIG. Figure 8 shows the position of the printer’s elements in the set.1 after turning the drum through an angle of 1125. Cam 42 rotates a growl: g 57, as a result of which fingers 26 enter the grooves 27 of drum 1, preparing the removal of sheet b from drum 1.
FIG. 9 shows the position of the elements of the printing device after rotating the drum through an angle of 1305 °. At this point, lever 54 rotates
cam 43, with a rotating force created by the spring 56 to bring the rollers 19 into contact with the drum 1, the fingers 25 bend the sheet b upwards in a direction tangential to the circumference of the drum 1.. .
FIG. 10 shows the position of the elements of the printing device after rotating the drum 1 at an angle of 1362 °. The drive 15 is turned off, since the sheet b is already tightly coupled to the drum 1. Further movement of the sheet b occurs only due to the rotation of the drum 1.
FIG. 11 shows the position of the elements of the printing device after the rotation of the drum 1 at an angle of 1395 °. At this point, printing on sheet b is fully completed, and more than half of this sheet is already separated from drum 1.. The roller 11 is raised by the lever 51 under the action of the cam 41 ..
In FIG. 12 shows the position of the elements of the printing device after rotating the drum 1 at an angle of 1485 °. The fingers 26 are retracted from the drum 1. due to the rotation of the lever 57 by the cam 42. At this point, the Paper Sheet 6 is removed from the reel 1 and transferred to the hopper by a vacuum conveyor. , Fig. 13 shows the position of the elements of the printing apparatus of the device; after rotation of the drum 1 at an angle of 1665. The rollers 19 are retracted from the drum 1 under the action of the cam 43. The latch 8 is raised by the lever 46 under the action of the cam 40.
The printing process on sheet 6 continues by repeating the operations described above.
Fig. 14 shows that the sequence of operations repeats through every 1440 rotation of the drum 1.
