Particleboard made from particles in the form of chips or fibers or the like is made by distributing a mass of chip material onto an endless belt conveyer system. The mass of material is subsequently passed to a precompressor, a high frequency preheating device, a further press and a finishing press. The unheated further press serves to reduce the thickness of the material to substantially that of the finished board prior to its consolidation by temperature and pressure in the finishing press. A further endless belt contacts the surface of the material and runs through the precompressor, the high frequency heating device and the further press and serves to counteract any tendency of the chip material to expand after leaving the precompressor. This endless belt additionally yields a number of other significant advantages, in particular a reduction of loss of heat from the material prior to reaching the finishing press.

A disadvantage of the known devices is the manufacture of low quality plates.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the plates.
This goal is achieved in that the device is provided with an endless belt of non-metallic material passing through the pre-compaction, high-frequency preheating and pre-pressing stations between the high-frequency heating of the carpet and the pressing of plates of the plates placed between the high-pressure heating of the carpet and the corresponding pressing of the fiber carpet.

The device consists of a housing I; conveyor 2, above which the molding machines 3 are molded with pre-compaction units 4 and high-frequency heating 5 of the carpet 6, and the pressing unit 7 of the plates 8, the device is equipped with the high-frequency heating unit 5 located between 15 and the pressing unit 7 with the pressing of the preliminary pressing 9 and corresponding the width of the fibrous carpet 6 with an endless band 10 of non-metallic material passing through the pre-compaction units 4, high-frequency heating 5 and the pressing unit 7 of the plates 8 ,.
The device works as follows.
The conveyor 2 of the molding station 3 is covered with a carpet 6, which is fed to the prepressing to the pre-compaction unit 4, where the carpet 6 is compressed and moved to the high-frequency heating unit 5, after which the compacted and heated carpet 6 is pre-pressed on the press 9 and cpa3j is passed to extrusion knot .7, where extrudes 8 are pressed

DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURE OF WOOD ^ A-BAND
AND WOOD AND FIBROUS FRAME FROM WOLF
Of a UNDER CARPET, including a conveyor, molding stations with pre-compaction units and high-frequency heating of the carpet and the plate pressing unit, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of the board, the device is equipped with a pre-press placed between the high-frequency carpet heating unit and the plate pressing unit and the corresponding width of the fibrous carpet with an endless ribbon of non-metallic material passing through the units of pre-compaction, high-frequency heating and pre-press preliminarily pressing.
