专利摘要:
An apparatus for separating liquid and solid materials from one another, especially for the extraction of juice from agricultural products, particularly from fruit, comprising a rotatably mounted press container which is subdivided by a substantially hood-shaped press or squeezing diaphragm into a pressure compartment and a press or squeezing compartment. The pressure compartment possesses an inlet arrangement for the infeed of a pressurized fluid medium and the squeezing compartment is provided with a juice outlet arrangement. At the region of the squeezing diaphragm there are provided outfeed or ejection elements for the product residues, these ejection elements being dispositioned to protrude into the squeezing compartment and extend along sections of a helical or screw line.

The invention relates to the wine industry, in particular to processes for the separation of liquid and solid phases, mainly for squeezing juices from fruits, and can be applied in the canning and non-alcoholic industries. According to the main patent ff, a press is known for separating liquid and solid phases, mainly for harvesting fruit juices, containing a horizontally mounted rotatably cylindrical body with end walls divided inside by a flexible partition into a pressure chamber and a pressing chamber loading and unloading , drainage devices for collecting and draining the liquid phase, which are perforated grooved elements mounted on the wall of the housing from its inner side, a collector for opening The liquid phase, the discharge elements and the system for supplying the liquid lj. However, in the specified press it is not possible to increase productivity and convenience of its service, since with the help of unloading elements the complete removal of pressed pulp from the pressing chamber cannot be carried out. $ 1 invention spruce - increased productivity and ease of maintenance. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a press for separating liquid and solid phases, mainly for squeezing fruit juices, containing a horizontally mounted with the possibility of compaction a cylindrical body with end walls, divided inside the flexible partition into a pressure chamber and a pressing chamber, loading and unloading openings, drainage devices for collecting and from-water liquid phase, which are perforated grooved elements mounted on the wall of the housing from its inner side, the collector removing the liquid phase, the relief elements and a system for supplying Yid-bone, relieving elements are arranged in a spiral in the flexible wall and are in the form of support webs or bodies projecting vertices 3 compression chamber. Washers installed on a flexible partition. Supporting bodies are fixed on the inner surface of the housing behind a flexible partition. Lintels or support bodies are made of elastic material. Jumpers or supporting bodies are made in the form of sleeves connected to a source of compressed air. The pressure chamber is connected to a vacuum system. Fig. 1 schematically shows a press for the separation of liquid and solid phases; figure 2 - the discharge element in the form of a hollow support body, the cross section; in FIG. 3 a continuous discharge element, a slit Press 1 for separating liquid and solid phases, mainly for squeezing juices from fruit, consists of a cylindrical body 2 closed at its both ends with convex walls 3. The latter are provided with hollow bearing pins and 5, installed in turn in racks 6 with the possibility of rotation. The gear 7, which is rigidly connected to the bearing pin 5, serves to rotate the press case 2 of the press 1. Inside the drum there is a flexible partition 8, the edge of which is hermetically fixed directly near the axial plane of the press 1 on its inner walls, i.e. on the body 2 and both end walls 3 This circular anchoring is indicated by the number 9. In accordance with this construction, the press 1 is divided by means of a flexible partition 8 into a pressing chamber 10 and a pressure chamber 11. The latter is connected via an inlet 12 to an unsupported supply system a working fluid with the possibility of regulation. Here both an overpressure and a vacuum are created, and in accordance with this, a working fluid is provided to be introduced into or removed from pressure chamber 1. In the first case, the pressure chamber 11 is increased by the pressing chamber 10, in the second case, the flexible wall 8 more or less abuts the walls of the press unit 2 1. The axle 5 serves as an element of the inlet device 12, which is connected to one inlet pipe adjacent to the inner side of the wall of the press case 2 1. The inlet pipe I has openings (openings and / or slots, which the working fluid flows from the pipeline into the pressure chamber 11). Drainage devices for collecting and discharging the liquid phase, i.e., juice, are perforated grooved elements 15 each having an outlet 16 (only one of them is visible in the drawing). As the press 1 rotates, the outlet pipes 1b move to the position above the collecting channel 17 In the area of the flexible partition 8 there are provided extension chamber 10, i.e. protruding on the inner side of the flexible partition 2 all their length, the discharge elements 18. They have in their construction hollow support bodies 19 which are attached to Case 2 press 1 through bin s 20. The internal cavity 21 of the support body 19 can be filled (by pressurized hydraulic fluid conduit 22. This allows the support body 19 to be made of elastic material, for example, in the form of a sleeve, since under the action of the working fluid under pressure it can acquire the necessary rigidity. These discharge elements 18 are blocked by a flexible partition 8, which under certain conditions can be easily adapted to the shape unloading elements 18. Flexible partition 8 can also be given an appropriate profile. In both cases, a vacuum can be created in the pressure chamber 11 in order to press the flexible partition 8 tightly against the elements 18. The foregoing also concerns the construction of support bodies 19 having a solid profile. These support bodies 19 can be made of an elastic material, but a hard material can also be used. In contrast to the shown embodiment, the discharge elements 18 in the form of jumpers can be fixed not on the body 2 of the press 1, but on the most flexible partition 8. In this case, the jumpers themselves can act as discharge elements 18. The discharge elements 18 are fixed on the flexible partition 8 in any way, for example by vulcanization. They acquire the necessary rigidity for unloading in any case if the flexible partition 8 is pressed due to the vacuum created in the pressure chamber 1.1. Regardless of this, hollow bearings may acquire rigidity as a result of internal pressure. The supply of working fluid under pressure to such unloading elements 18 should be carried out near the anchoring 9 of the flexible partition 8. Press during the unloading process works as follows. The pressed pulp during rotation of the housing 1 1. Press 1 with the discharge elements 18 is directed to the discharge opening 23. Due to the proposed construction of the discharge elements 18, the pressed pulp does not hang between the said elements 18 and the perforated grooved elements 15, and slides along the cylindrical wall of the housing 2, directed to the discharge opening 23 and completely withdrawn from the pressing chamber 10.
The full output of the pressed pulp from the press chamber provides the possibility of increasing the productivity and convenience of operating the press for separating the liquid and solid phases.
