专利摘要:
An arrangement for heating the service cabin of a motor vehicle having a work implement thereon for use such as in agriculture or earth moving includes an oil distribution system having a hydraulic pump for feeding the oil from an oil reservoir associated with the vehicle and through oil conduits back to the reservoir. The oil is heated during operation of a hydraulic apparatus provided for operating the work implement which is coupled into the oil conduit for heating the service cabin area. An operating element in the form of a throttle is coupled in parallel into the oil conduits, and a return conduit leads from the throttle to the oil reservoir via the heat exchanger. A selectively operated valve in the conduits is provided for valving the oil from the reservoir to the hydraulic apparatus or to the operating element for selectively heating the oil fed through the heat exchanger.

2. The device according to claim 1, about tl and that the said heat exchangers are combined into a single unit,
3. The device according to paragraphs. 1 and 2, it is deprived of the fact that it is equipped with a thermostat and an additional pressure guide, an ooline, having
a hydraulically adjustable valve and connected to the pressure hydroline of the hydraulic pump and to the hydroline connecting the hydraulic consumer to the heat exchanger, the regulating inlet of the valve connected to the said thermostat installed in the hydraulic line connecting the additional heat exchanger to the hydraulic tank.
The invention relates to the transport machinery industry and relates to a working hydraulic system, in particular for a vehicle used in agriculture and transport.
A heating device for heating a vehicle cabin is known, which contains a hydraulic system including a hydraulic pump connected to a hydraulic tank by a suction syrup and a pressure hydraulic line through a controllable valve to the inlet of at least one hydraulic consumer whose outlet through a heat exchanger is connected to a hydraulic tank II.
A disadvantage of the known device is the reduced heating of the hydraulic fluid, and only from the side of the control system, and consequently, insufficient heating of the vehicle.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of vehicle heating.
This goal is achieved in that the heating device for heating the cab of the vehicle contains a hydraulic system including a hydraulic pump connected by a suction line to the hydraulic tank and a pressure line through a controlled valve to the inlet of at least 1 hydraulic user, which is output through the heat exchanger to the hydraulic tank. It is equipped with an additional heat exchanger and a choke installed in the hydroline connected from the side of the throttles through the aforementioned controlled valve n with a pressure head hydroline of a hydraulic pump, and from the side of the additional heat exchanger - with a hydraulic tank.
The heat exchangers mentioned are combined into a single unit.
The device is equipped with a thermostat and an additional pressure hydroline, which has a hydraulically adjustable valve and is connected to the pressure hydroline of the hydraulic pump and with the hydroline that connects the hydraulic consumer to the heat exchanger, and the regulating valve inlet
connected to the said thermostat installed in the hydroline connecting the additional heat exchanger with the hydraulic tank.
FIG. 1 shows a block diagram
the proposed device; 2, the same exemplary embodiment.
The scheme (F1. 1) contains a hydraulic pump 1 connected to a hydraulic tank 2
and with a pressure head hydroline 3 leading to the dispenser. Two hydrolines 5 and 6 depart from the metering unit, of which the hydrolines 5 are connected to a steering hydraulic mechanism 7 having output hydroline 8. The metering device i is configured and connected in such a way that a predetermined amount of hydraulic fluid is supplied to it as the preferred consumer. The hydroline 6 connects the dispenser k to a manually actuated control valve 9, connected by hydroline 10 to the hydraulic system of the vehicle. Hydrolini 10 is connected via hydraulic consumer 11 and heat exchanger 12 with hydraulic tank 2. Hydroline 13 leaving from controlled valve 9 is connected to working element I, which is preferably made 10 in the form of droplets, whose hydrolines are connected to the output side through additional heat exchanger 16 with hydraulic tank 2 Both heat exchangers 12 and 16 are connected by interconnected pipes 17 and 18, which through control and distribution device 19 are connected to outlet openings 20 for warm air located inside ri cab driver. In order to transport warm air to the exit. In each of the openings 20, both heat exchangers 12 and 16 can be equipped with one sludge and one single or multi-stage blower. In order to continuously monitor the appropriate hydraulic fluid temperature, both heat exchangers 12 and TB are connected to the respective hydraulic lines with a temperature gauge 21, preferably made with an audible warning device. During the operation of the hydraulic system, the controlled valve 9 is adjusted so that the pressure medium transported by the hydraulic pump 1 and not discharged by the dispenser 4 for the operation of the hydraulic steering mechanism 7, is fully supplied through the hydraulic lines 6 and 10 to the hydraulic system. The hydraulic fluid heated by the hydraulic system, along with the hydraulic fluid heated and supplied to the hydraulic steering gear, flows through the hydroline 10 through the heat exchanger 12 to the hydraulic tank 2. In the heat exchanger 12, the heat is passed to if necessary, serves to heat the driver's cab. When the hydraulic system is not working, the hydraulic medium does not flow from it, so that the hydraulic tank 2 through the heat exchanger 12 receives only the heated hydraulic medium going along the hydraulic line 8 from the steering gear 7. Since the hydraulic fluid coming from the steering gear 7, as a rule, heated only moderately, then at low air temperatures. This would not be enough to supply the driver’s cabin with warm air through heat exchanger 12. Therefore, when the hydraulic system is not working, the hydraulic tank 2 should be switched The controlled valve 9 is guided by hydraulic pump 1 along hydraulic line 6 through working element} C, through hydraulic line 15, through heat exchanger 16. to the extent that sufficient heat can be obtained in heat exchanger 12 to heat the driver’s cabin. Work item 14 can be made adjustable. According to the embodiment (Fig. 2), the device comprises a hydraulically adjustable valve 22 connected in parallel to the controlled valve 9, which is connected by hydroline 23 to the hydroline 6 and hydroline to the thermostat 25 built in behind the heat exchanger 16, as a result of shutdown or failure of the heat exchanger 16), a corresponding amount of hydraulic fluid is withdrawn from hydroline 6 through hydroline 23. Thus, during operation of the working element It is not possible t occur overheating of the hydraulic fluid flowing to the heat exchanger 16 and from here to the hydraulic tank 2,
