[03] [03] In the production process of the Euphausia superba, shrimps of different sizes need to be sorted out. The existing sorting device usually uses a rotating drum screen for sorting. This sorting method has the phenomenon that the sorting is not complete. Therefore, a Euphausia superba sorting device is provided to solve this technical problem.SUMMARY

The sorting drum rotates to screen the shrimps, and the water spraying plate sprays water to the shrimps to increase friction between the shrimps, thus accelerating separation of shrimps in different sizes. Meanwhile, the air spraying plate drives the shrimps to roll over to further accelerate separation of the shrimps in different sizes. Moreover, the sorting drum moves in a reciprocating manner in the rotating process to increase the motion frequency of the shrimps and accelerate separation of the shrimps. Furthermore, the sorting drum vibrates up and down under the driving of the vibration assembly to further accelerate separation of the shrimps. In the present disclosure, the sorting drum 4 vibrates in multiple directions in a rotating process to improve the sorting efficiency.
[36] [36] As shown in FIGS. 2-3, as a preferable embodiment of the present disclosure, 5 in order to drive the moving ring 9 to move in the reciprocating manner, the moving ring 9 is sleeved on the outer side of the rotating shaft 2, and two guide blocks 21 are symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the rotating shaft 2. The two guide blocks 21 are slidably arranged in two guide sliding chutes 22 in the moving ring 9. [48] [48] The working principle of the present disclosure is as follows. Euphausia superbas needing to be screened are added into the sorting drum 4 through one high end of the sorting drum 4. The driving motor 20 is electrified to rotate. The rotating shaft 2 1s driven to rotate through the second gear 19 and the first gear 18. The rotating shaft 2 drives the sorting drum 4 to rotate through the moving ring 9 and the first elastic piece 8. In the rotating process of the moving ring 9, the second driving rod 11 intermittently resists against the groove in the driven ring 10 to drive the moving ring 9 to move in the reciprocating manner along the rotating shaft 2, thus driving the sorting drum 4 to move in a reciprocating manner along the rotating shaft 2. Meanwhile, the arc-shaped protrusion 5 on the outer side of the sorting drum 4 intermittently resists against the first driving rod 6. Moreover, under the action of the first elastic piece 8, the sorting drum 4 vibrates up and down, so that the sorting drum 4 vibrates in a reciprocating manner along the moving ring 9 in the screening process and also vibrates up and down to realize multi-directional vibration and acceleration separation of the shrimps. Meanwhile, the water spraying plate 7 sprays water into the sorting drum 4 to reduce friction between the shrimps and accelerate the separation of the shrimps in different sizes. Furthermore, the air spraying plate 15 drives the shrimps to roll over to further accelerate the separation of the shrimps in different sizes. Furthermore, the sorting drum 4 moves in the reciprocating manner in the rotating process to increase the motion frequency of the shrimps and accelerate the separation of the shrimps. Furthermore, the sorting drum 4 vibrates up and down under the driving of the vibration assembly to further accelerate the separation of the shrimps. In the present disclosure, the sorting drum 4 vibrates in multiple directions in the rotating process to improve the sorting efficiency.

An Euphausia superbass sorter, comprising a main body (1); a sorting drum (4) rotatably arranged inside the main body (1) in an inclined manner, two ends thereof being provided with openings; a rotating shaft (2) mounted in an automatically rotating manner on the main body (1) and sheathed by a displacement ring (9) capable of moving in a reciprocating manner, the displacement ring ( 9) is elastically sheathed by a connecting ring 3) a plurality of support bars (13) are arranged in an array on the connecting ring (3) and connected to the sorting drum (4) and used to support the sorting drum (4); a vibrating assembly used to drive the sorting drum (4) to vibrate up and down in a spinning process; a water spray plate (7) arranged above the sorting drum (4) and used to spray water into the sorting drum (4); and an air spray plate (15) arranged below the sorting drum (4) and used to spray air into the sorting drum (4).

The Euphausia superbass sorter according to claim 1, wherein the displacement ring (9) is sheathed over the outside of the rotating shaft (2); two guide blocks (21) are arranged symmetrically on the outside of the rotating shaft (2); and the two guide blocks (21) are slidably arranged in two guide slide tracks (22) within the displacement ring (9).

The Euphausia superbass sorter according to claim 2, wherein a side surface of the displacement ring (9) is fixedly provided with a driven ring (10); a mounting ring (12) is fixedly mounted on the main body (1); the mounting ring (12) is sheathed over the outside of the rotating shaft (2); two second drive rods (11) are mounted symmetrically on the mounting ring (12); the second drive rods (11) opposing the driven ring (10); and
-10 - arcuate grooves are formed symmetrically in the driven ring (10).

The Euphausia superbas sorter according to claim 3, wherein two displacement rings (9) are provided.

The Euphausia superbas sorter according to claim 1, wherein first elastic members (8) are mounted on the outside of the displacement ring (9) in an arrayed manner, and ends of the first elastic members (8) away from the displacement ring (9) are securely fastened within the connecting ring (3).

The Euphausia superbass sorting device according to claim 1, wherein an arcuate projection (5) is fixedly fixed on the outside of the sorting drum (4); a first drive rod (6) is also arranged on the main body (1); the first drive rod (6) opposes an outer surface of the main body (1); and the main body (1) is arranged on a rotating rail of the first drive rod (6).

The Euphausia superbass sorter according to claim 6, wherein there are provided two first drive bars (6) arranged at two ends of the sorting drum (4).

The Euphausia superbass sorter according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a drive assembly is also arranged on the main body (1), and comprises a drive motor (20) fixedly mounted on the main body (1); and the drive motor (20) is in transmission communication with the rotating shaft (2).

The Euphausia superbass sorter according to claim 1, wherein the water spray plate (7) is fixedly mounted on the main body (1), and a plurality of nozzles are arranged at the bottom of the water spray plate (7) in an arrayed manner.

The Euphausia superbass sorter according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of nozzles (16) are mounted on the air spray plate (15) on an array.
