[0015] Furthermore, the invention relates to a method of manufacturing a profile comprising a body and a coating of the body, the coating comprising at least one ink and one lacquer, the method comprising a step of manufacturing the body and a step of at least partially coating the body with the coating, characterized in that the profile is of the above-mentioned type, the step of manufacturing the body at least one phase of coextrusion of the core and the skin of the body , and includes a phase of scouring the skin of the body. [0019] As mentioned above, the invention relates to a profile 1 which can be used in particular in the field of construction. This profile 1 preferably has the form of a solid or hollow sheet, as shown in figure 2. This profile 1 can be used in particular for manufacturing cladding slats, floor covering slats, roller shutter slats, slats for closures, gates or the like. [0020] As mentioned above, this profile 1 comprises a body 2 and a coating 3 of the body 2. The body 2 is generally an extruded piece, i.e. a piece resulting from manufacture by extrusion wherein the core 21 and the skin 22 of the body 2 are preferably coextruded. The core 21 and the skin 22 comprise at least polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The core 21 can be made from synthetic material of any origin, in particular from recycled synthetic material. Thus, the PVC used for the core 21 may be recycled PVC. If necessary, the polyvinyl chloride of the core 21 of the body 2 is an expanded polyvinyl chloride, the expansion being carried out during the manufacture of the body 2 of the profile 1. As a variant or in addition, the core 21 of the body 2 can be a composite core which, in addition to the binder 211 formed by the polyvinyl chloride, contains at least one filler 212 . In the case of the presence of filler 212 in the kerf 21, this filler may comprise fibers of flax shives. This fiber from flax shives can be in the form of fiber or flour. In the example shown, which corresponds to a cladding slat, the thickness of the skin 22 of the body is equal to 0.6 mm. This skin 22 thus has an outer surface 221 which faces the outside of the profile 1, in this case the coating 3 and an inner surface 222 which faces the core 21 of the body 2 . The outer surface 221 of the skin 22 is a rough surface. This rough surface shows unevennesses 223 which may have the form of cavities and/or protrusions. These unevennesses 223 can be realized by sanding and optionally warm embossing of the skin 22, as will be described in more detail below. [0023] The coating 3 of the body 2 of the profile 1 is in turn a pressure coating printed on the body 2 . The printing is preferably carried out by atomization of the coating in one or more passes. In particular, this printing can be carried out by means of inkjet printing using nozzles mounted movably along a location serving to receive the body of the profile 1. The coating 3 in turn comprises an ink 4 and a lacquer 5 which are polymerizable compounds, in particular compounds which can be cured under the action of UV radiation. Preferably, the ink 4 and the resist 5 can be cured in the same wavelength range or at the same wavelength to perform simultaneous curing of the ink and the resist under UV. Moreover, the ink and lacquer compositions are mutually chemically compatible. [0024] Preferably, the ink is an ink from the acrylic ink family. In particular, the ink comprises as a main component a component of the acrylic family. Preferably, the ink 4 is a pigmented ink containing inorganic pigments 41 . As examples of inorganic pigment, titanium dioxide, carbon black or the like can be mentioned. [0025] The lacquer is likewise a lacquer from the acrylic lacquer family. [0026] The coating 3 is in the form of ink and lacquer separated from each other prior to printing. To enable the manufacture of a profile 1, as described above, the procedure is as follows. The materials constituting the core 21 and the skin 22 of the profile 1 are prepared so that they can each be extruded in parallel for the purpose of forming the body 2 of the profile 1. Leaving the extrusion die, the outer surface becomes 221 of the skin 22 of the body 2 of the profile 1 sanded during the movement of the body 2 of the profile 1 on a conveyor belt defining a guide path of the body 2 of the profile 1. After the sanding has been carried out, the coating 3 is applied to the body 2. This application is made by spraying the ink 4 and then the lacquer 5 with the aid of nozzles mounted movably along a location serving to receive the body of the profile 1. One or more UV lamps with a wavelength that is suitable for the ink and/or the lacquer allow crosslinking of the coating 3 . In general, the duration of the cross-linking is very short, in the order of the second, and it is carried out at ambient temperature (about 15 to 25°C) without the need for a thermal treatment after the irradiation. [0027] The profile 1 obtained has an appearance which, thanks to the design of the profile 1 as described above, is reproducible, also in the case of using recycled material or of unknown origin at the core level.
