专利摘要:
Road plate for a cycle path, as well as combination of two such road plates and a coupling element Two road plates 1 are connected to each other via coupling elements 21 near the corner points. These coupling elements each have two coupling parts 23 which, in a direction 15 perpendicular to the coupling surfaces, form-locked in recesses 11. The two coupling parts are connected to each other via a connecting part 25 which is reinforced by a metal insert strip 27. Each recess is present in both a side surface 9 and in a coupling surface 7 of the road plate. The coupling element 21 can thus be introduced into the recess from the side surface. . 公开号:NL2021300A 申请号:NL2021300 申请日:2018-07-13 公开日:2019-01-28 发明作者:Hermanus Cornelis Henricus Swaans Johannes 申请人:Lauka Holding B V; IPC主号:

DESCRIPTION: FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a road plate for a cycle path provided with an upper side over which it is driven during use, an underside present with which the road plate rests on a surface during use and four side surfaces forming a rectangle, two side faces of which form opposite surfaces forming coupling surfaces for coupling to a further road plate, which road plate is provided in or near each coupling surface with at least one recess in which a coupling element can be arranged. State of the art Such a road plate is known from NL2008405. With this known road plate the recess is present in the coupling surface and the recess extends over the entire width of the road plate. The recess is tapered from the coupling surface. The coupling element is formed by a slat with two equally tapered halves, each half of the slat being present in a recess. Summary of the invention An object of the invention is to provide a road plate of the type described in the preamble that can be coupled better and more easily to a further road plate. For this purpose, the road plate according to the invention is characterized in that the recess, in a direction away from the road plate and perpendicular to the coupling surfaces, is at least partly bounded by a wall part, so that a coupling part of a coupling element fitting into the recess is perpendicular to the connecting surfaces can be locked in the recess. By giving the recess a shape in which a coupling element can be present in a form-locked manner, it is prevented that two road plates coupled to each other can be removed from each other in a direction perpendicular to the coupling surfaces during use. The recess preferably extends over only a part of the length of the coupling surface, so that when coupling the coupling element has to be arranged over the short distance in the recess. An embodiment of the road plate according to the invention is characterized in that the recess is present at least in one of the side surfaces that does not form a coupling surface, so that a coupling element can be arranged in this recess from this side surface. As a result, the coupling element can easily be introduced into the recess from a side surface. A further embodiment of the road plate according to the invention is characterized in that the recess is also present in the coupling surface, so that coupling to a further road plate can be effected via the part of the recess present in the coupling surface. A recess is preferably present in the road plate near each corner of the rectangular road plate, so that two road plates can be more firmly coupled to each other. A still further embodiment of the road plate according to the invention is characterized in that a further elongated recess is present in or near the center of each coupling surface, which recess extends parallel to the top of the road plate in the coupling surface and in which a further coupling element can be arranged. With this, it can be prevented that during the laying of road plates these will sag with respect to each other (due to uneven ground) so that the coupling elements could no longer be fitted. Yet another embodiment of the road plate according to the invention is characterized in that on one of the coupling surfaces at a distance from a side surface that does not form a coupling surface, there is a projection extending from the bottom to the top of the road plate and that a trapezoidal has a cross-section with the broad side against the coupling surface, and the other coupling surface having a uniform recess in which a protrusion of a further road plate is present during use. As a result, two road plates coupled to each other cannot move in the transverse direction with respect to each other, and during laying a road plate to be laid is looking for the correct position relative to the road plate already laid by means of this projection. Preferably, there are two protrusions or two recesses spaced apart on each coupling surface. It is also possible to provide each coupling surface with a protrusion and a recess. The invention also relates to a combination of two road plates according to the invention and a coupling element. With regard to this combination, the invention is characterized in that the coupling element comprises two coupling parts which, in a direction perpendicular to the coupling surfaces, are present in a form-locked manner in the recesses, as well as a connecting part present between the two coupling parts. An embodiment of the combination according to the invention is characterized in that the connecting part is attached to each of the coupling parts over a distance parallel to the top of the road plate. As a result, during use the connecting part is only loaded on tensile and possibly also shear, but not on bending, so that a large load can be resisted. The coupling element is preferably made of flexible material, for example rubber, so that any subsidence of the substrate can be absorbed. A further embodiment of the combination according to the invention is characterized in that the connecting part is provided with a metal insert which extends into the two recesses. This prevents the flexible material from being overloaded in the event of subsidence in the subsurface and the distance over which the road plates can subside relative to each other is limited. Brief description of the drawings The invention will be further elucidated hereinbelow on the basis of exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings of two road plates according to the invention connected to each other by means of coupling elements. Hereby shows: Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of a combination of two road plates and coupling elements according to the invention; Figure 2 shows a detail at the location of a coupling element of the combination shown in Figure 1; Figure 3 shows the detail shown in Figure 2 with a separate coupling element; and Figure 4 shows a detail of a second embodiment of a combination of two road plates and coupling elements according to the invention. Detailed description of the drawings Figures 1-3 show a first embodiment of a combination of two road plates and coupling elements according to the invention. Each road plate 1 has a top side 3, a bottom side 5 present opposite it and four side surfaces, two side faces of which face opposite to each other, coupling faces 7 and the coupling elements can be arranged from the other two side faces 9. Each coupling surface is provided at the ends with two recesses 11 with a further recess 13 in the middle between them. Each of the two recesses is, in a direction 15 away from the road plate and perpendicular to the coupling surfaces, partly bounded by a wall part 17, see figure 2. so that coupling parts 23 of the coupling elements 21 present in the recesses are enclosed in the recesses 11 in a direction 15 perpendicular to the coupling surfaces. Each of the recesses 11 is present both in one of the side faces 9 which does not form a coupling face and in the coupling face 7. The coupling element 21 can thus be introduced into the recesses from a side face 9, the coupling between the road plates 1 on the side of the coupling surfaces 7. The recesses 11 extend over only a part of the length of the coupling surface. Each coupling element 21, see Figure 3, has two coupling parts 23 which are present in the direction 15 perpendicularly to the coupling surfaces 7 in a recess 11 and a connecting part 25 present between the two coupling parts. The connecting part is parallel to the top of the road plate to each of the coupling parts 23. The coupling element 21 is of flexible material and in the connecting part 25 there is a metal insert 27 (strip) which extends into the two recesses 11 (see figure 2). The further recess 13, see figure 1, present in the middle of each coupling surface 7, see figure 1, is long and extends parallel to the top side 3 of the road plate 1 in the coupling surface 7. In this embodiment the cross-section of this further recess 13 has the shape of a semicircle. A further coupling element 29 is provided in the two opposite recesses, which are designed as a circular cylindrical rod. This further coupling element 29 prevents the two road plates 1 from collapsing relative to each other during fitting. Furthermore, on one of the coupling surfaces 7 remote from the side surfaces 9 there are two projections 28 spaced apart. These protrusions extend from the bottom 5 to the top 3 of the road plate 1 and have a trapezoidal cross-section with the broad side against the coupling surface. In the other coupling surface 7, there are matching recesses 30 on the protrusions, in which the protrusions 28 of an adjacent road plate are situated in order to prevent two interconnected road plates from sliding relative to each other in the transverse direction. Figure 4 shows in detail a second embodiment of a combination of two road plates 31 and a coupling element 33 according to the invention. The recesses 35 are then only located in the side surfaces 37 and not in the coupling surfaces 39. The coupling element 33 is formed by a plate 41 with two protruding cylindrical coupling parts 43 which can be inserted into the recesses 35. Although in the foregoing the invention has been elucidated with reference to the drawings, it should be noted that the invention is by no means limited to the embodiments shown in the drawings. The invention also extends to all embodiments deviating from the embodiments shown in the drawings within the scope defined by the claims. Thus, the further recesses 13 and the further coupling elements 29 or the protrusions 28 and the recesses 30 can be omitted. One of the two measures to prevent shifting of the road plates relative to each other may be sufficient.
