[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of safety protection, in particular relates to a safety helmet.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] A traditional safety helmet may usually be provided with a vent hole on a safety helmet body in order to achieve the air permeable effect; and at the same time may usually be mounted with an insect-resistant liner at an interior of the safety helmet in order to improve the comfort of a wearer and prevent mosquitoes from entering the safety helmet. Although a combination of the vent hole and the insect-resistant liner may produce the efficacy of ventilation, air permeation and insect resistance, the function of safety protection is reduced.
[0003] Thus, in order to satisfy the efficacy of ventilation, air permeation and insect resistance whilst not reducing the efficacy of safety protection, there is a designer considering inserting into the vent hole a cushioning material having a favorable air permeation. The inadequacy of said structure lies in that, when the safety helmet is confronted with an impact of the external force, the cushioning material which may fall off to touch a wearer's head at least affects the comfort of a wearer, and even worse, may hurt the head.
CONTENTS OF THE INVENTION
[0004] Regarding said problem, the present invention provides a portable and air permeable safety helmet with a cellar material, which helmet has the cushioning and protecting function and does not easily fall off.
[0005] A technical solution used by the present invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: [0006] A safety helmet, comprises a safety helmet body, characterized in that: the safety helmet body is provided with at least one vent hole, part or entirety of said vent holes being internally provided with a honeycomb material which defines an integrally moulded structure with the safety helmet body.
[0007] As a further improvement of the aforementioned solution, said honeycomb material is provided at a middle upper portion of the vent hole.
[0008] As a further improvement of the aforementioned solution, said safety helmet body is provided with scented silica-gel.
[0009] As a further improvement of the aforementioned solution, said safety helmet body defines an integrated moulded structure with the scented silica-gel.
[0010] Advantageous effects of the present invention are as follows: the safety helmet of the present invention which is provided with a honeycomb material within a vent hole in an integrally moulded manner, not only can omit an insect-resistant mesh fabric portion of the liner, thereby improving the comfort, ensuring portability and air permeability of the safety helmet, and producing the cushioning and protecting effect, but also does not easily fall off when subjected to an impact of the external force so that it is very safe and reliable .
[0011] Also, the provision of a honeycomb material at a middle upper portion of the vent hole may not only make a wearers head more comfortable, but also effectuate that even if the honeycomb material subjected to an impact is damaged, it does not easily hit the head.
[0012] Further, said safety helmet body is provided with scented silica-gel, which may prevent mosquitoes from approaching the same.

[0017] With reference to Figures 1 to 2, a safety helmet, comprises a safety helmet body 1, which is provided with several vent holes 2, part or entirety of said vent holes 2 being internally provided with a honeycomb material 3 which defines an integrally moulded structure with the safety helmet body 1, wherein the number of the vent holes 2 may be set according to actual conditions, normally, the vent holes 2 at a front end of the safety helmet body 1 are all provided with a honeycomb material 3, and the vent holes 2 at a rear end may be decided whether to provide a honeycomb material 3 according to actual conditions.
[0018] As a further optimization of the aforementioned embodiment, the provision of said honeycomb material 3 at a middle upper portion of the vent hole 2 may not only make a wearer's head more comfortable, but also effectuate that even if the honeycomb material subjected to an impact is damaged, it does not easily hit the head.
[0019] As a further optimization of the aforementioned embodiment, said safety helmet body 1 is provided with scented silica-gel, preferably scented silica-gel in natural plant essential oil, which may be deodorizing and mosquito repelling .
[0020] Said safety helmet body may also use an integrated moulded structure with the scented silica-gel, which not only makes a simple structure and a fine appearance but also saves labor cost.
[0021] The aforementioned said embodiments pertain to further explanations of the aforementioned content of the present invention, but should not be understood in a way such that the range of the aforementioned subject-matter of the present invention is only limited to the aforementioned embodiments, as any technology realized on the basis of the aforementioned content pertains to the scope of the present claims .

A safety helmet, comprising a safety helmet body (1), characterized in that the safety helmet body (1) is provided with at least one ventilation opening (2), wherein a part or all of the ventilation opening (2) is provided internally of a honeycomb material (3) defining an integrally formed structure with the safety helmet body (1).

The safety helmet according to claim 1, characterized in that the honeycomb material (3) is provided in a middle upper part of the ventilation opening (2).

The safety helmet according to claim 1, characterized in that the safety helmet body (1) is provided with a scented silica gel.

The safety helmet according to claim 1, characterized in that the safety helmet body (1) defines an integrally formed structure with the scented silica gel.
