专利摘要:
Ceiling of a building that is equipped with a hanging lamp suspension system so that the electrical connection and the suspension are realized at a level above the lower surface of the ceiling and possibly of the central box cover, for example inside the central box. Preferably the electrical connection and suspension are placed completely above the bottom surface of the ceiling and of the central box cover. For example, the existing central box cover is replaced by a modified type. In one embodiment, cover plate and central box cover have screwed-together stubs through which the hanging wire is threaded prior to screwing together.

专利说明:

Ceiling with hidden hanging lamp hanging system, hanging lamp hanging system and working method.
This invention relates to a suspension system for suspending a hanging lamp from the ceiling.
It is known to suspend a hanging lamp by realizing the electrical connection and suspension just below the ceiling under the cover of the central box recessed into the ceiling. For a neat finish, the electrical connection and suspension point are hidden with an aesthetic cover. The result is aesthetically not optimal because the hood forms a bump protruding from the ceiling. FR2694847 and NL1040911 handle electrical connections in relation to a ceiling.
The object of the invention is a cleaner finish of hanging a hanging lamp from the ceiling.
To this end, a suspension system is proposed so that the electrical connection and / or the suspension are realized at a level above the lower surface of the ceiling and / or of the central box cover, for example inside the central box cover, preferably such that the electrical connection and / or suspension are is completely above the bottom surface of the ceiling and / or of the central box cover.
For this purpose, the existing central box cover is replaced by an adapted type. In a preferred embodiment, a preferably flat cover plate is mounted against the bottom surface of the ceiling, preferably releasable, to cover the central box and to hide it from view. Most preferably, the cover plate is anchored to the central box cover and / or covers it.
This results in an aesthetically more attractive suspension system by sinking at least a part of the suspension system in the ceiling. The cover plate causes at the most a minimal protrusion from the bottom surface of the ceiling. One or more of the central box, central box cover and cover plate are equipped with mounting means for the detachable mounting of the central box cover and / or the cover plate on, for example, ceiling or central box cover or central box. Different ways of mounting are conceivable, such as with magnetic means or click means or hook means or screw means.
In a preferred embodiment, the central box cover has a, preferably centrally placed, through-opening, preferably forming part of a stub with optionally a thread, preferably internal, and / or the cover plate, a preferably centrally-positioned, through-opening, preferably forming part of a stub with possibly thread, preferably externally. These openings are preferably aligned. These stubs can be inserted into each other, for example screwed, preferably the stub of the cover plate into that of the central box cover. Preferably, one of the openings, preferably that of the cover plate, is arranged so that the current wire of the hanging lamp can be threaded through it in a snug manner. If mounted in a manner as intended on a horizontal ceiling, these openings or stumps are preferably substantially vertical.
The cord of the hanging lamp preferably extends through an opening of the central box cover and / or the cover plate.
The stump on the cover plate preferably protrudes from the cover plate on both sides. The stub on the central box cover is preferably located on its side remote from the cover plate. The stump on the cover plate on its side facing the central box cover is preferably longer, preferably at least 10% longer, than the stump on the central box cover, preferably on its side facing away from the cover plate. One or more of the central box, the central box cover and the cover plate are preferably equipped with means, for example belonging to a strain relief, for retaining the electric wire and / or hanging wire of the lamp. In a preferred embodiment, said means comprise an edge of the hole through which the wire of the lamp extends, which edge forms a stop against which a protrusion rests on the wire. In one embodiment, the strain relief is directly from the wire to the central box or central box cover or indirectly to that part through a component, such as the stump, of the cover plate. Other means are also conceivable, preferably wherein the strain relief takes place at a level above the lower surface of the ceiling, preferably within the central box.
The central box cover is preferably based on a flat plate from the surface of which preferably a wall, for example stiffening ribs, protrude.
The accompanying drawing shows one of the many embodiments that belong to the invention.
FIG. 1 shows a side view in section;
FIG. 2 and 3 show a perspective view;
FIG. 4 shows a side view in section;
FIG. 5 and 6 show an image recording.
FIG. 1 shows the assembled unit of the central box cover 4 and the cover plate 5 of which the stubs 10, 11 are screwed together.
FIG. 2 shows the central box cover 4 and FIG. 3 shows the cover plate 5, both with a threaded plug 10, 11.
FIG. 4 shows a ceiling equipped with the invention, with an illustration of the strain relief 2. The ceiling is formed by plasterboards 7 mounted on supporting slats 6. The visible side of the plasterboards 7 carries a plaster layer 8. From the invention, the central box 1 and the central box cover 4 which is mounted to the central box with screws 3. The electric wire 9 of the hanging lamp (not visible) extends from a distance below the plaster layer 8 of the ceiling through the stubs 10, 11, 12 and beyond the strain relief 2 to inside the central box 1. The ends of the conductor wires of the wire 9 located inside the central box 1 are shown in a loose state. In reality, these ends are connected to the electrical wires of the building's electricity grid ending in the central box 1.
FIG. 5 and 6 show the system during the mounting of a hanging lamp. The hanging wire, also electrical wire, of the lamp is connected inside the central box to the electrical wiring, after it has been threaded through the stump of the cover plate and of the central box cover and then has been threaded on the strain relief. The central box cover is then mounted on the central box. Finally, the cover plate with its stub is screwed into the stub of the central box cover.
The hanging lamp hangs on its power cord. The strain relief is restrained by the central box cover, possibly through the stub of the cover plate. So the central box cover carries the hanging lamp.
The central box cover is, for example, square, has a dimension with sides of 69 mm x 69 mm and thickness 2 mm, a weight of 13.3 g and is made of polypropylene. The cover disc has, for example, a size: diameter 120 mm x thickness 4 mm, a weight of 47 g and is made of ABS.
Preferably one or more of the following applies: the central box cover rectangular or square; the cover plate circular; the diameter or body diagonal of the cover plate is at least 10 or 15 mm or 5 or 10% larger than that of the central box cover; cover plate thickness between 2 and 5 mm, such as 4 mm and / or thicker, such as at least 0.5 or 1 mm, than the central box cover; central box cover thickness between 1 and 3 mm, such as 2 mm.
A possible alternative provides for another attachment of the cover plate to the central box cover by, for example, magnetic means or by hook-shaped legs on the cover plate which are anchored in keyhole-shaped openings in the central box cover by a combined insert and then rotational movement of the cover plate.
Other alternatives also belong to the invention. For example, a differently constructed ceiling, for example, of concrete slab plates.
