TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the field of food processing, in particular to a discharge device of forming machine for stuffed food.
BACKGROUND
Generally, the existing forming machines for processing stuffed food like dumplings are bulky. Although they have high production efficiency, the use of them is still limited in the large-scale plant or factory due to their bulk. With the increase of labor expenses in the catering industry, the demand of automatic food production equipment increases significantly. However, the traditional bulky forming machine for stuffed food is not suited for the common restaurant because of its large size and high cost. On the other hand, the poor automaticity and production efficiency of the small-scale food forming machine in prior art fails to meet the demand of the current catering industry.
Chinese utility model patent CN 200820062031 .X, entitled “Dumpling machine” and filed on January 29th, 2008, discloses the following technical solution that, a dumpling machine comprises a wrapper feeding unit, a filling injection unit, a dumpling forming unit, a discharge tailstock and a driving unit. The dumpling forming unit comprises a horizontal station turnplate, a forming mould on the turnplate, the wrapper feeding unit, a wrapper receiving station and a filling receiving station arranged on the turnplate, corresponding to the filling injection unit; a jacking unit is arranged at a folding station, one side of a dumpling pushing station is provided with a pushing unit, and the other side is provided with the discharge tailstock.
Chinese utility model patent CN 201220078666.5, entitled “Household dumpling device” and filed on March 2nd, 2012, discloses another technical solution that, the utility model relates to dough making or processing equipment, in particular to a household dumpling making device. The dumpling making device comprises two pressing plates (1); the two pressure plates (1) are connected to each other movably and both provided with a semicircular recess (2); and an edge of each recess (2) has a plurality of protrusions (3); and when the two pressing plates (1) are closed together, the protrusions (3) on both pressing plates (1) are engaged with each other.
In conclusion, there is no further improvement of the discharge device for stuffed food achieved in the prior art. Consequently, the existing discharge devices fail to pick up stuffed food steadily because of their complex structure and unglamorous function.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In order to overcome the above-mentioned technical problems, the present invention thus provides a discharge device of forming machine for stuffed food which is capable of picking up stuffed food steadily, precisely and continuously.
The invention is achieved by the following solution: A discharge device of forming machine for stuffed food comprises a turnplate, a spindle, a clamp, a fitting seat, a sliding block, a sliding sleeve, a first and a second cam, wherein the spindle is connected to a middle of the turnplate, a top of the turnplate is provided with the clamp, the spindle is connected to the sliding block via the fitting seat, the spindle is sheathed in the sliding sleeve which is connected to the first cam, while the fitting seat is connected to the second cam.
The clamp comprises a pair of clamp blocks and a cylinder actuating the clamp blocks.
The clamp is connected to the turnplate via a horizontal lever comprising at least one connecting rod.
The horizontal lever comprises a couple of connecting rods A and B, wherein the connecting rod B is L-shaped while the connecting rod A is straight, one end of the connecting rod B is connected to the cylinder while the other end thereof is connected to one end of the connecting rod A, a right angle portion of the connecting rod B is connected to a swing arm of the turnplate, and the other end of the connecting rod A is connected to another swing arm of the turnplate.
The spindle is provided with a connection on which the sliding sleeve is provided, the sliding sleeve is provided with an adjustable ball joint of which one end is connected to a swing arm of the first cam. A sliding rail is vertically configured along which the sliding block slides up and down. A bearing seat is provided between the turnplate and the fitting seat, and a linear bearing for guiding the spindle is provided within the turnplate.
The spindle and the turnplate are connected with each other via a keyway.
The working principle of the discharge device is:
The first cam drives the spindle and thereby the turnplate to rotate. The clamp clamps the stuffed food located in a mould, and then the second cam drives the spindle to ascend to a certain height. The first cam drives the spindle and thereby the turnplate to rotate again. The stuffed food is moved to a spot above a conveyor, and then the second cam drives the spindle to descend to approach the conveyor. The clamp is loosened, and thus the stuffed food is placed on the conveyor steadily. Then the clamp returns to the original position under the driving of the first and the second cam, in order to get ready for the next cycle.
The clamp comprises a pair of clamp blocks and a cylinder actuating the clamp blocks, the output end of the cylinder is connected to each clamp block respectively, so that the two clamp blocks are able to clamp and release the stuffed food.
The horizontal lever comprises a couple of connecting rods A and B, wherein the connecting rod B is L-shaped while the connecting rod A is straight, one end of the connecting rod B is connected to the cylinder while the other end thereof is connected to one end of the connecting rod A, wherein the connecting rod B does not rotate, but only connects to the cylinder. And the connecting rod A does not swing.
The adjustable ball joint may adjust the amplitude of the swing arm of the turnplate, and thus motivate the clamp blocks to locate the stuffed food on the conveyor, meanwhile the ball joint may drive the spindle to rotate.
The discharge device is beneficial in following aspects: 1. The first cam drives its swing arm to swing, and the spindle rotates and ascends/descends under the driving of the first and the second cam, thus the stuffed food in a mould can be clamped and picked up, then moved by the rotating spindle, and placed on the conveyor. The movement of the device is stable, and the food would not drop. 2. The clamping firmness of the stuffed food is ensured by the horizontal lever. 3. The cooperation of the sliding block and the sliding rail ensures that, the spindle ascends/descends at the predetermined position without any offset.

The clamp 603 comprises a pair of clamp blocks 608 and a cylinder 609 actuating the clamp blocks 608.
The movement of the device is stable, and the food would not drop.
Embodiment 2 A discharge device of forming machine for stuffed food comprises a turnplate 601, a spindle 602, a clamp 603, a fitting seat 604, a sliding block 618, a sliding sleeve 605, a first and a second cam 606, 607, wherein the spindle 602 is connected to a middle of the turnplate 601, a top of the turnplate 601 is provided with the clamp 603, the spindle 602 is connected to the sliding block 618 via the fitting seat 604, the spindle 602 is sheathed in the sliding sleeve 605 which is connected to the first cam 606, while the fitting seat 604 is connected to the second cam 607. The clamp 603 comprises a pair of clamp blocks 608 and a cylinder 609 actuating the clamp blocks 608. The clamp 603 is connected to the turnplate 601 via a horizontal lever 610 comprising at least one connecting rod. The horizontal lever 610 comprises a couple of connecting rods A 611 and B 612, wherein the connecting rod B 612 is L-shaped while the connecting rod A 611 is straight, one end of the connecting rod B 612 is connected to the cylinder 609 while the other end thereof is connected to one end of the connecting rod A 611, a right angle portion of the connecting rod B 612 is connected to a swing arm 613 of the turnplate 601, and the other end of the connecting rod A 611 is connected to another swing arm 613 of the turnplate 601.
The spindle 602 is provided with a connection 614 on which the sliding sleeve 605 is provided, the sliding sleeve 605 is provided with an adjustable ball joint 615 of which one end is connected to a swing arm 616 of the first cam. A sliding rail 617 is vertically configured along which the sliding block 618 slides up and down. A bearing seat is provided between the turnplate 601 and the fitting seat 604, and a linear bearing for guiding the spindle 602 is provided within the turnplate 601. The spindle 602 and the turnplate 601 are connected with each other via a keyway.
The first cam 606 drives the spindle 602 and thereby the turnplate 601 to rotate. The clamp 603 clamps the stuffed food located in a mould 800, and then the second cam 607 drives the spindle 602 to ascend to a certain height. The first cam 606 drives the spindle 602 and thereby the turnplate 601 to rotate again. The stuffed food is moved to a spot above a conveyor, and then the second cam 607 drives the spindle 602 to descend to approach the conveyor. The clamp 603 is loosened, and thus the stuffed food is placed on the conveyor steadily. Then the clamp 603 returns to the original position under the driving of the first and the second cam 606, 607, in order to get ready for the next cycle.
The clamp 603 comprises a pair of clamp blocks 608 and a cylinder 609 actuating the clamp blocks 608, the output end of the cylinder 609 is connected to each clamp block 608 respectively, so that the two clamp blocks 608 are able to clamp and release the stuffed food.
The horizontal lever 610 comprises a couple of connecting rods A 611, and B 612, wherein the connecting rod B 612 is L-shaped while the connecting rod A 611 is straight, one end of the connecting rod B 612 is connected to the cylinder 609 while the other end thereof is connected to one end of the connecting rod A 611, wherein the connecting rod B 612 does not rotate, but only connects to the cylinder 609. And the connecting rod A 611 does not swing.
The adjustable ball joint 615 may adjust the amplitude of the swing arm 613 of the turnplate 601, and thus motivate the clamp blocks 608 to locate the stuffed food on the conveyor, meanwhile the ball joint 615 may drive the spindle 602 to rotate.
The first cam 606 drives its swing arm 616 to swing, and the spindle 602 rotates and ascends/descends under the driving of the first and the second cam 606, 607, thus the stuffed food in a mould 800 can be clamped and picked up, and then moved by the rotating spindle, and placed on the conveyor. The movement of the device is stable, and the food would not drop.
The clamping firmness of the stuffed food is ensured by the horizontal lever 610.
The cooperation of the sliding block 618 and the sliding rail 617 ensures that, the spindle 602 ascends/descends at the predetermined position without any offset.

A dispensing device for a filled food forming machine, characterized in that the dispensing device is provided with a rotation plate (601), with a shaft (602), with a clamp (603), with a fitting seat (604), with a sliding block (618), and of a sliding sleeve (605), of a first and of a second cam (606, 607), the shaft (602) being connected to a center of the rotation plate (601), with an upper side of the rotation plate (601) includes the clamp (603), the shaft (602) being connected to the sliding block (618) via the fitting seat (604), the shaft (602) being arranged in the sliding sleeve (605) connected to the first cam (606), while the fitting seat (604) is connected to the second cam (607).

Delivery device of a filled food forming machine, according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamp (603) comprises a pair of clamping blocks (608) and a cylinder (609) which activates the clamping blocks (608).

Delivery device of a filled food forming machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the clamp (603) is connected to the rotation plate (601) by means of a horizontal lever (610) comprising at least one connecting rod.

Dispensing device of a filled food forming machine, according to claim 3, characterized in that the horizontal lever (610) comprises a pair of connecting rods A (611) and B (612), the connecting rod B (612) being L-shaped, while the connecting rod A (611) is straight, one end of the connecting rod B (612) being connected to the cylinder (609), while the other end thereof is connected to one end of the connecting rod A (611), with a part is connected at a right angle to the connecting rod B (612) with a tilting arm (613) of the rotation plate (601), while the other end of the connecting rod A (611) is connected to another tilting arm (613) of the rotating plate (613) 601).

A dispensing device for a filled food forming machine, according to claim 4, characterized in that the shaft (602) is provided with a connection (614) on which the sliding sleeve (605) is provided, and wherein the sliding sleeve (605) is provided with an adaptable ball joint (615), one end of which is connected to a tilting arm (616) of the first cam.

The dispensing device of a filled food forming machine, according to claim 4, characterized in that a sliding rail (617) is configured vertically, a rail along which the sliding block (618) slides up and down.

Delivery device for a filled food forming machine, according to claim 4, characterized in that a bearing seat is provided between the rotation plate (601) and the fitting seat (604), and in that a linear bearing is provided in the rotation plate (601) around the axis (602).

A dispensing device for a filled food forming machine, according to claim 4, characterized in that the shaft (602) and the rotation plate (601) are interconnected by means of a carrier slot.

A dispensing device for a filled food forming machine, according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the first cam (606) drives the shaft (602) so that the rotation plate (601) starts rotating, the clamp (603) ) the filled food items that are located in a mold compressed, and wherein the second cam (607) then drives the shaft (602) to raise it up to a certain height, the first cam (606) pushing the shaft (602) driving the rotation plate (601) again, moving the filled foodstuff to a location above a conveyor belt, to which the second cam (607) drives the shaft (602) in a downward movement in the direction of the conveyor belt, after which the clamp (603) is released, whereby the filled foodstuffs are applied to the conveyor belt in a controlled manner, whereafter the clamp (603) subsequently returns to its original position under the influence of the drive through the first and second cams (606, 607) to prepare for the next cycle.
