MOULD FOR WONTON TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the field of food machinery, in particular to a mould for wonton.
BACKGROUND
Wonton consists of wrapper and minced fillings enclosed therein. Wrapper of Kwangtung wonton is a square sheet in e.g. 8cm * 8cm, made from eggs and flour. Generally, fillings are the mixture of minced pork and vegetables such as caraway, celery and green onion, all are sauced. Another kind of fillings can be made of shrimp meat, crushed flounder, yolk, mushroom or water chestnut. Typically, the manufacture of Kwangtung wonton is time-saving, as it is unnecessary to fold the wonton wrapper trimly. The size of Kwangtung wonton is preferably suitable for one bite. In most cases, wontons are served with soup and noodles after being poached in boiled water, which is called wonton noodles.
The existing wonton is usually made manually by the experienced cooks, which is definitely inefficient.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In order to overcome the above-mentioned drawback, the present invention provides an efficient mould for wonton which seems handmade wonton and is tasty.
The invention is achieved by the following solution: A mould for forming wonton comprises a mould board and a rack, wherein the mould board is configured with a number of molding recesses, and the rack is attached onto the mould board, right beneath the molding recesses.
It further comprises a mould base, and the mould board is secured to the mould base via a number of columns.
Each of the molding recesses includes a spherical recess and a cylindrical hole, wherein the bottom of the spherical recess is connected to the cylindrical hole, and a plurality of rib recesses are provided in the spherical recess.
Three or more molding recesses are provided on the mould board at even intervals.
The rack is a gate-type rack, both ends of which are secured to the mould board respectively via bolts.
Compared to prior art, the present invention is beneficial in following aspects:
The mould comprises a mould board and a rack, wherein the mould board is configured with a number of molding recesses, and the rack is attached onto the mould board, right beneath the molding recesses. During forming, the fillings are dosed onto a wonton wrapper, the wonton wrapper is then sunk into the spherical recess due to the gravity of the fillings and the extruding force of a dosing unit. The wrapped fillings descend into the cylindrical hole, and then the wonton wrapper is compressed to bond together due to the limitation and compression of the cylindrical hole, and thereby the wonton is sealed. The sealed wonton then falls into the attached rack through the cylindrical hole, and thereby the forming of wonton is accomplished. The process is simple and timesaving, without manual pinch, which leads to an increased efficiency. As a plurality of rib recesses are provided in the spherical recess, a portion of the outer surface of the wonton wrapper will be sunk into the rib recesss when the wonton wrapper is pressed into the spherical recess, goffers are thus formed on the outer surface, and thereby an aesthetic appearance close to handmade wonton is achieved. Also, as the wonton is subjected to the limitation and compression of the cylindrical hole, the fillings are compressed together lightly, which improves the taste thereof. Three or more molding recesses are provided on the mould board at even intervals, that is, three or more wontons can be made once, which further improves the manufacture efficiency.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The present invention is further described hereinafter with reference to the following embodiments which are a part of all embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments hereinafter, the other embodiments obtained by the skilled person in the art without any creative work will also fall within the protective scope of the present invention.
Embodiment 1
This embodiment comprises a mould base 5, a mould board 1 and a rack 2, wherein the mould board 1 is secured to the mould base 5 via a number of columns 6, the mould board 1 is configured with a number of molding recesses 3, the rack 2 is attached onto the mould board 1, beneath the molding recesses 3.
Each of the molding recesses 3 includes a spherical recess 30 and a cylindrical hole 31, wherein the bottom of the spherical recess 30 is connected to the cylindrical hole 31, and a plurality of rib recesses 4 are provided on the spherical recess 30. Three molding recesses 3 are provided on the mould board 1 at even intervals.
The rack 2 is a gate-type rack, and both ends of the rack are secured to the mould board 1 respectively via bolts.

During forming a wonton, the fillings are dosed onto a wonton wrapper, the wonton wrapper is then sunk into the spherical recess due to the gravity of the fillings and the extruding force of a dosing unit. The wrapped fillings descend into the cylindrical hole, and then the wonton wrapper is compressed to bond together due to the limitation and compression of the cylindrical hole, and thereby the wonton is sealed. The sealed wonton then falls into the attached rack through the cylindrical hole, and thereby a wonton is formed. This process is simple, time-saving and efficient without manual pinch. Also, as the wonton is subjected to the limitation and compression of the cylindrical hole, the fillings are compressed together lightly, which improves the taste thereof. Embodiment 2
This embodiment comprises a mould base 5, a mould board 1 and a rack 2, wherein the mould board 1 is secured to the mould base 5 via a number of columns 6, the mould board 1 is configured with a number of molding recesses 3, the rack 2 is attached onto the mould board 1, beneath the molding recesses 3.

Five molding recesses 3 are provided on the mould board 1 at even intervals.

A mold for wonton, characterized in that it comprises a mold plate (1) and a rack (2), wherein the mold plate (1) is configured with a number of mold notches (3), and wherein the rack (2) is connected to the mold plate (1), under the shape notches (3).

Mold for wonton, according to claim 1, characterized in that the mold additionally comprises a mold base (5), and in that the mold plate (1) is attached to the mold base (5) with the aid of a number of columns (6).

The wonton mold according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that each of the mold notches (3) comprises a spherical notch (30) and a cylindrical hole (31), the bottom of the spherical notch (30) being connected to the cylindrical hole (31), and wherein a plurality of rib-shaped notches (4) are provided on the spherical notch (30).

Mold for wonton, according to claim 3, characterized in that three or more mold notches (3) are provided on the mold plate (1), and this at equal intervals.

Mold for wonton, according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the rack (2) is a gate-type rack, and in that both ends of the rack (2) are connected to the mold plate (1) by means of respective bolts .
