专利说明:
Title: Device for the immobilisation of the hooves of the cloven-hoofed The invention relates to a device for a hoof care trestle with at least one leg support, at least one down holder, which cooperates with the hoof support, and at least one stop means, via which the hoof support is operatively connected to the down holder. Hoof care buckets serve for the immobilisation of cattle during claw cutting (hereinafter referred to as hoof care) carried out by human hands, in particular by so-called claw hairdressers (hereinafter referred to as hoof care workers). Known devices of these hoof care buckets serve to bring the claws (hereafter hooves) into a suitable position for carrying out the care work. To this end, the foot of the foot (hereinafter the leg) of a hoof to be worked is grasped with a downholder and, with the aid of the retaining cable attached to the downholder, is laid against the supporting surfaces of the legrest. The main component of the care activities for hoof care is the cutting (cutting) of the horn walls that protect the hoof balls. Cutting the horn walls is problematic in the narrow gaps in the hoof because, particularly with fear-related or frightening movements of the cattle, there is an increased risk of injuring the blooded hoof balls with the cutting tools used. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a device of the aforementioned type with which injury-free hoof care is greatly simplified. This object is met by a device with the features according to patent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are indicated in the dependent claims. The device according to the invention for a hoof care trestle is characterized in that the hoof support and the downholder comprise a corresponding locking construction. This latching structure comprises at least one latching recess formed in the supporting surfaces of the hoof support, as well as at least one latching member formed on the downholder. In addition, the hoof support comprises at least one hoof spreader, which is arranged on the support surfaces. With the locking structure, a locking connection is formed with at least one locking position, in which the required closing force for the locking is provided by a pulling force generated by the retaining means. In this locking position, the hoof of a beef leg, which is included in the device according to the invention, experiences an immobilisation to prevent undesired movements. The hoof spreader is provided with an orientation anatomically adapted to the beef leg relative to the downholder, so that the hoof of a beef leg, immobilized in the device according to the invention, experiences a spreading, the spreading force of which is also supplied by the tensile force generated by the retaining agent. The device according to the invention thus provides the hoof carer with a means with which, in the context of care work, the hoof to be processed of a beef leg is safely immobilized and can simultaneously be brought into a spread position convenient for processing. According to a first development of the invention, the hoof support comprises at least one pull-in opening for the retaining means, which is at least partially formed in the locking recess. With a tightening opening arranged in this way, the closing force transmitted by the retaining means experiences a positioning and orientation within the locking construction, which forms the locking. For this purpose, the retaining means is guided through the pull-in opening and fixed to the locking member of the downholder. The retaining means is preferably formed as a cable, the free end of which comprises a knotted, split or pressed loop which receives the locking member. According to a further development of the invention, the locking member of the downholder is formed as a round pin, while the locking recess of the hoof support is formed as a notch, the width of which is larger than the diameter of the round pin. In this way, in the locking position, the locking member is completely received by the locking recess and therefore comes to lie completely below the support surface formed on the hoof support. With the notch, the supporting surface comprises a free or small interruption, which advantageously enables an unimpeded imposition of a cattle hoof on the entire supporting surface. Moreover, the notch with its sloping surfaces forms a centering aid, with the aid of which the joining of the locking elements is simplified, in particular under unfavorable conditions. According to another development of the invention, a pivot bearing is formed with the locking construction, pivotal stops being formed by the wedge surfaces of the notch for the downholder pivotally positioned in the locking recess. The swivel bearing allows an individual adaptation of the downholder to a beef hoof, which is immobilized with the device according to the invention, within the framework of the predetermined limits of the swivel stops. However, in order to be able to minimize the pivotal movements of the downholder within the scope of the pivot stops, it is proposed that the pivot bearing comprises a rest position, which is formed approximately centrally between the pivot stops, in which a point of attachment, which pin is formed, being held independently in the force line by the closing force exerted by the retaining means on the pivot bearing. In this way a reduced closing force leads to a lower resistance which must be overcome by the horseshoe during the pivoting of the downholder and, conversely, the resistance which must be overcome by the herd of cattle when pivoting the downholder can be increased by an increase of the closing force exerted by the retaining means. The supporting surfaces of the hoof support comprise a longitudinal extension adapted to the anatomy of a bovine leg provided with a longitudinal main extension line, the top line of the notch being aligned transversely to the main extension line of the supporting surfaces. While the longitudinal extension of the support surface serves to guide the bovine leg into its natural motion pattern, the notch allows the fastening of the beef hoof in a predetermined position within this motion pattern. A special joint-gentle immobilisation of the beef hoof is guaranteed because an angle unequal to 90 ° is formed between the top line of the notch and the main extension line of the supporting surfaces, which angle is adapted to the anatomy of a beef leg. The adjusted angle allows in particular lateral expansion of beef leg to increase the working space required for the care measures by the care personnel. The direction of rotation of the adjusted angle is aligned with the direction of rotation of the bovine leg sideways. According to a particularly simple and at the same time functional development of the invention, it is provided that the downholder comprises at least one bracket, and that the locking member of the downholder is formed by one of the arms of the bracket. The respective other arm forms a contact member and is the naming component for the downholder with which the grasped bovine hoof is held down on the support surface of the hoofrest. In order to prevent a cow from being able to move its hoof immobilized with the device according to the invention from the laterally opened bracket of the downholder, the opening of the bracket points outwards, i.e. in a direction away from the cow . An embodiment of the invention, from which the further inventive features emerge, is shown in the drawing. Are shown: Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a device according to the invention for a hoof care buck in a locking position; and Fig. 2: a perspective view of the device according to Fig. 1 in a holding position. Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a device according to the invention for a hoof care buck in a locking position. The device has a hoof support 1, a down holder 2, which cooperates with the hoof support 1, and a retaining means 3, via which the hoof support 1 is operatively connected to the down holder 2. The hoof support 1 and the down holder 2 comprise a mutually corresponding locking structure consisting of a locking recess 6 in the support surface 4, 5 of the hoof support 1, and of a locking member 7 formed on the down holder 2. In addition, the hoof support 1 comprises a hoof spreader 8 with a cylindrical basic shape arranged on the support surfaces 4, 5. The hoof support 1 furthermore comprises a pull-in opening 9, which is partly formed in the locking recess 6, for the retaining means 3 in the form of a cable. This is guided through the pull-in opening 9 of the locking recess 6 and tied to an eye 10 of the locking member 7. The locking member 7 of the downholder 2 is formed as a round pin and the locking recess 6 of the hoof support 1 is formed as a notch, the width of the notch being larger than the diameter of the round pin. A pivot bearing is moreover formed with the locking recess 6 and the locking member 7, pivot stops being formed with the wedge surfaces 11, 12 which delimit the locking recess 6 for the downholder 2, which is pivotally positioned in the locking recess 6. The supporting surfaces 4, 5 of the hoof support 1 comprise a longitudinal extension adapted to the anatomy of a bovine leg, with a longitudinally extending main extension line 13, the top line of the locking recess 6 shaped as a notch being aligned at an angle unevenly at 90 ° transversely of the main extension line 13 of the supporting surfaces 4, 5. The down holder 2 comprises a bracket 14, the locking element 7 of the down holder 2 being formed by one of the legs of the bracket 14. The respective other arm of the bracket 14 forms contact member 15 which abuts the beef hoof and holds it down. FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the device of FIG. 1 in a holding position, in which the locking element 7, for holding a bovine leg not shown, was moved out of the locking recess 6 and moved into the free space. This illustration shows that the holding means 3, which is designed as a cable, is connected to the eye 10 of the locking element 7 by means of a knot 16. The same parts are provided with the same reference numerals. All the features mentioned in the above description and in the claims can be combined in any selection with the features of the independent claims. The disclosure of the invention is therefore not limited to the described or claimed combinations of features, rather, all useful combinations of features within the scope of the invention are to be regarded as disclosed.
