Packing device for filling egg trays DESCRIPTION: FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a packing device for filling egg trays, comprising supply means for supplying eggs, as well as a number of spaced apart juxtaposes immediately above the supply means and / or as seen in the supply direction directly behind the supply means, which are located in the extend direction of supply, wherein the partitions form the side walls from ports to conveying means for further transporting the eggs, and wherein each port is bounded by two unique partitions being a left-hand part and a right-hand part, so that two partitions are present between two adjacent gates of which one forms a boundary of one gate and the other forms a boundary of the other gate. State of the art Such a packaging device is known from WO2010126372A. To reduce the passage between the partitions, attachments are used in the known packing device which are placed over a parting. Summary of the invention An object of the invention is to provide a wrapping device of the type described in the preamble in which the width of the ports can be adjusted more easily and quickly. To this end, the packing device according to the invention is characterized in that the partitions are movable in a direction perpendicular to the partitions and the packing device comprises adjusting means for moving the partitions, the two partitions bounding a gate being mutually displaced and away from each other . This makes the width of the ports easier and faster to adjust. An embodiment of the packaging device according to the invention is characterized in that all left-hand partitions are rigidly connected to each other and all right-hand partitions are rigidly connected to each other and the adjusting means can simultaneously move the baffle pairs from all ports towards each other and away from each other. This allows the width of all ports to be adjusted simultaneously and to the same extent. In a favorable practical embodiment the adjusting means comprise one operating element with which all the partitions can be moved continuously, which operating element is present on a first arm which is provided between the ends over a part with a toothing which extends along a part of an arc and engages is with a further toothing extending along a part of a further circular arc and present over a part of a second arm, each of the arms being rotatable about the center of the imaginary circle through the relevant circular arc, which arms have an end are linked to a left or right shot respectively. A further embodiment of the wrapping device according to the invention is characterized in that the wrapping device furthermore comprises shaking fingers which are present next to the gates in the feed direction of the eggs for the baffles and between a left and right baffle. These shaking fingers prevent eggs from lying against the bulkheads and ensure that the eggs are guided towards the gates. In order to prevent the eggs from being damaged when colliding with the shaking fingers, they are provided with elastic or resilient contact means for elastically catching eggs that collide with them during operation. In a favorable embodiment the contact means are formed by coil springs. In order to better guide the eggs to the gates, the wrapping device further comprises moving means for moving at least a number of the shaking fingers in the direction of delivery of the eggs in a direction to and from the front side of the baffles. A still further embodiment of the wrapping device according to the invention is characterized in that the wrapping device comprises height limiters which extend transversely between the left and right partitions of a gate and are present at a small distance above the eggs transported between the partitions during operation. These height limiters prevent the eggs from rolling over each other during operation. To prevent damage to the eggs, the height limiters are preferably provided with further elastic or resilient contact means. These further contact means are preferably formed by further coil springs. Yet another embodiment of the wrapping device according to the invention is characterized in that the wrapping device comprises at least two vertical pins which are incorporated in side partitions of at least one of the ports and which are displaceable towards each other and away from each other by displacement means. By moving these pins to a position between the partitions, they block the gates and stop the eggs. Thus, if desired, empty positions in the feed stream of the eggs can be created. In a favorable practical embodiment the displacement means comprise a further operating element which is present on one end of a further first arm which is provided between the ends over a part with a toothing extending along a part of an arc and which engages with a further toothing extending along a part of a further arc and being present over a part of a further second arm, each of the further arms being rotatable about the center of the imaginary circle through the relevant arc, with one end of each further arc arm one of the pins is present. Brief description of the drawings The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment of the wrapping device according to the invention shown in the drawings. Hereby shows: Figure 1 shows an embodiment of the packaging device according to the invention in perspective with an enlargement of a part of the packaging device; Figure 2 shows the part of the packing device shown in Figure 1 in detail; Figure 3 shows the gate construction in perspective; Figure 4 shows the gate construction in top view; Figure 5 shows the gate construction with shaking fingers; Figure 6 shows the movement mechanism of the shaking fingers; Figure 7 shows the retaining means in the release position; and Figure 8 shows the retaining means in the retaining position. Detailed description of the drawings Figure 1 shows an embodiment of the packaging device for filling egg trays according to the invention in perspective with an enlargement of a part of the packaging device. This part is furthermore shown in figure 2. The wrapping device 1 is provided with supply means 5 which have a dosing mat for supplying eggs 7. The apparatus is furthermore provided with a number of spaced apart partitions 9 directly above the dosing mat, which extend in the supply direction. These partitions form the side walls of ports 11 to transport means 13 for the further transport of the eggs. These transport means 13 are provided with rollers which transport the eggs further. Each gate is bounded by two unique baffles, see Figures 3 and 4, being a left baffle 9a and a right baffle 9b, so that between two adjacent gates there are two baffles, one of which forms a boundary of one gate and the other one forms a boundary of the adjacent gate. The partitions 9 are movable in a direction 14 perpendicular to the partitions. The packing device 1 has adjusting means 17 for moving the partitions, wherein the two partitions 9a, 9b bounding a port 11 can be moved towards each other and away from each other. All left partitions 9a are rigidly connected to each other and all right partitions 9b are rigidly connected to each other. As a result, the adjusting means 17 can simultaneously move the partition pairs 9a, 9b from all ports 11 towards each other and away from each other. The adjusting means 17 have one operating element 19 with which all the partitions 9 can be moved continuously. This operating element is present on a first arm 21 which is provided between the ends over a part with a toothing 23 which extends along a part of a circular arc and is in engagement with a further toothing 25 which extends along a part of a further circular arc and is present over a part of a second arm 27. Each of the arms is rotatable about the center 24, 26 of the imaginary circle through the relevant arc. The arms are coupled with an end 21b, 27b to a left or right partition 9a, 9b, respectively. The wrapping device furthermore has shaking fingers 29, see figures 5 and 6, which are located next to the gates in the feed direction 30 of the eggs for the baffles and between a left and right baffle 9a, 9b. The shaking fingers 29 are provided with elastic or resilient contact means 31 for elastic collection of eggs bumping against them during operation 7. The contact means 31 are formed by coil springs. The wrapping device further has movement means 33 for moving at least a number of the shaking fingers 29 in the direction of delivery 30 of the eggs 7 in a direction to and from the front side of the partitions 9, see figure 6. The movement means 33 have an eccentric 37 which is mounted on the drive shaft 38 of the dosing mat. Via a mechanical construction 39 a rotating movement is converted into a linear movement. Furthermore, the wrapping device has height limiters 35 which extend transversely between the left and right partitions 9a, 9b of a port 11 and are present at a small distance above the eggs 7 transported between the partitions during operation. These height limiters 35 are provided with further elastic or resilient contact means for preventing the eggs from rolling over each other during operation. The further contact means are also formed by further coil springs. The packaging device furthermore has retaining means. 7 and 8 these retaining means are shown in the release position and retaining position, respectively. The restraining means can be arranged in each of the ports and each has two vertical pins 41 which are incorporated in side partitions 43 of the ports 11. Displacement means 43 move these pins towards each other and away from each other. These displacement means 43 have a further operating element 45 which is present on one end of a further first arm 47. This arm is provided between the ends over a part with a toothing 49 which extends along a part of a circular arc and is in engagement with a further toothing 51 which extends along a part of a further circular arc and over a part of a further second arm 53 is present. Each of the further arms is rotatable about the center 54 and 56 of the imaginary circle through the relevant arc. One of the pins 41 is present at one end of each further arm. The ports 11 guide the eggs 7 from the dosing mat of the supply means 5 to the rollers of the conveying means 13, the rollers being filled 100%. The operation of the ports is as follows. The eggs arrive on the dosing mat, where the user can perform a visual check. Via the ports 11 the eggs arrive on the rolls with 5, 6 or 7 next to each other, depending on the package in which the eggs are packed. The eggs are detected by sensors. When all sensors are operated, the roller conveyor takes one step. One complete row on the roll is now filled. These steps keep repeating themselves, in order to get 100% filling on the rolls. In order to improve the flow, the shaking fingers 29 are present on the lead-in side of the ports 11. These are driven by the eccentric 37 which is mounted on the drive shaft 38 of the dosing mat. Since the size of the egg grows with the age of the chickens, the passage of the gates must be variable in width. A unique system is incorporated in the gates, whereby with one operating element 19 the width of all ports 11 can be adjusted manually. The passage becomes smaller by moving the operating element in figure 3 to the left. Moving this to the right makes the passage wider. Spring steel spirals to force the eggs in the gates are applied at two positions in the gates. The first spiral is on the ends of the bulkheads. The eggs approach the gates from this direction. Because this is on a dosing mat, the eggs collide with the ends of the gates, which may result in the egg breaking. Because the eggs now collide with the resilient spirals, the eggs are introduced into the gates in an egg-friendly manner. The spring force of the spirals does not damage the eggs, and the friction on the egg is minimal, which benefits the flow of the eggs. The second set of resilient spirals is located above the eggs, when the eggs are between the partitions. These prevent the eggs from crawling on each other when the dosing mat accumulates. The eggs can move freely through the spirals, but if they want to crawl on top of each other, they are pushed back by the spirals. Egg-friendly is also the spearhead here. To be able to fill some trays / hatching windows, it is necessary to occasionally create an empty space on a roll (figures 7 and 8 illustrate this). For this purpose the two vertical pins 41 are present in the side partitions 42 of the gates. When the pins are in the release position (Figure 7), all rolls are 100% filled. When an empty space has to be created, the pins move between the eggs to the retaining position (Figure 8). The rollers now continue to run, leaving an empty space on the rollers. The opening and closing of the pins is timed together with the start and stop moment of the rollers. Although in the foregoing the invention has been elucidated with reference to the drawings, it should be noted that the invention is by no means limited to the embodiment shown in the drawings. The invention also extends to all embodiments deviating from the embodiment shown in the drawings within the scope defined by the claims.
