FURNITURE
The invention relates to a seat, with a support surface unit that forms a seat part and a backrest directly connected to the seat part, and a frame, wherein the seat part rotates through a pivotal axis pivoting about a pivotal axis directed in the transverse direction of the seat the frame is connected and the backrest is connected to the frame via a connection point.
Such a seat furniture in the form of a chair is known from DE102011001811A1. This chair allows a user by loading the backrest from a basic position with in approximately a horizontal direction of the seat part an approximately vertical direction of the backrest to move the chair into a back inclined position in which not only the backrest with a larger angle with respect to the vertical but at the same time the seat part is also provided with a larger angle with regard to the horizontal. A reclining of the user thus leads to a dynamic change in the direction of the inclination of the seating part as a result of an active movement of a user on the chair. A possibility of a static adjustment of the inclination of the seat part independent of such a dynamic change of the direction of the slope is not offered by the chair disclosed in DEI0201i001811A1.
Starting from this state of the art, the object of the invention is to formulate a possibility to extend a seat of this type as disclosed in DE102011001811Al, with regard to an adjustability of the inclination of the seat component which is included as advantageously as possible.
This object is achieved by seating furniture according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments thereof are the subject of the subclaims and follow from the following description of the invention.
A seating furniture is according to the invention that a supporting surface unit, which forms a seating part and a backrest directly connected to the seating part, and a. frame, wherein the. seat part is connected to the frame via a pivotal axis pivotal rotation about a pivotal axis directed in the transverse direction of the seating furniture and the backrest is connected to the frame via the connecting point. characterized in that the distance of the connecting location can be changed by the rotary hinge with respect to the higher direction of the seating furniture, wherein a change in this distance is accompanied by a change in a direction of the slope of the seating part.
According to the invention, the transverse direction of the seating furniture is understood to mean any direction that extends from one side of the seating furniture (in particular a projection of the seating furniture with a vertically directed surface arranged next to this side of the seating furniture) in the direction of the other side of the seat (in particular a projection of the seat in a vertically oriented, plane-oriented plane next to these other sides of the seat) Correspondingly, the high direction of the seat means any direction extending from an underside of the seating furniture (in particular a projection of the seating furniture in a plane arranged horizontally below the seating furniture) in the direction of an upper side of the seating furniture (in particular a projection of the seating furniture in a horizontally oriented above the seating furniture) flat). Preferably, this is always the direction that the shortest distance between the two projections of the seating furniture mentioned is 6.0. .Luc
A direct connection between the seat part and the backrest is present if the support surface unit, insofar as it is separate from the frame, forms a coherent and possibly immovable (except for relative movements based on distortion) related unit. A connection of the seat part to the backrest must therefore not take place exclusively via the frame. The support surface unit can preferably be in the form of an integral seat shell, the seat part and the backrest merging directly with each other. Such an integral seat shell can preferably also be made in one piece or comprise at least one seat shell base in one piece. At the same time, it is possible to design the seat part and the backrest of the support surface unit as separate components which are connected to one another via one or more connecting elements of the support surface unit.
The embodiment of a seating unit according to the invention allows a particularly static advantageous incorporation of a (static) adjustability of the inclination for the seating part of the support surface unit, since this essentially requires only a movable part of the connecting location via which the The backrest is connected to the frame in the high direction of the seating furniture.
According to the invention, it is not necessary for a change in the distance of the hinge of the heating location over the entire area of the lenate in which this is possible to be accompanied by a change in the direction of the inclination of the seat component. Rather, it is sufficient if this is only possible in at least a part of this length region.
In a preferred embodiment of the seating furniture according to the invention, it can be determined that the connection location can be fixed at rotation positions of the rotary hinge. This makes it possible to set certain directions of the inclination of the seating part in the basic position of the seating furniture, so that a user of the seating furniture has the most favorable direction of the seating part for him. can choose. In addition, the different distances in which the connection location is fixed with respect to the pivot hinge can be pre-determined or can be continuously selected.
In a further preferred embodiment of the seating furniture according to the invention, it can be determined that the frame comprises a base support of the backrest and a slide carrying the connection location to the backrest which can be moved along the base support of the backrest. This can form a constructionally advantageous and / or easy-to-handle embodiment of the possibility of changing the distance of the connecting location from the swivel joint with respect to the high direction of the seating furniture. In a concrete embodiment of such seating furniture according to the invention, a support of the backrest comprising the base support and the carriage can advantageously be telescopic.
In addition, a blocking mechanism can advantageously be designed for blocking a movement of the carriage that is approaching the connecting location at the rotary hinge in at least one blocking position, whereby this blocking can be broken. Such a blocking mechanism prevents unintentional adjustment of the inclination of the seat part according to the invention (static) of the seat part by loading the seat part with the body weight of a user, while 1 being adjustable by the implementation of a the high-directional pulling force is made possible.
Furthermore, it can preferably also be determined that the blocking can be broken by moving the carriage in a break position comprising a maximum distance from the connecting location from the rotary hinge. After breaking the blocking, the distance from the connecting location from the rotary hinge can be reduced again, in particular to a basic position of the slope, in which this distance (to be influenced by being adjustable) is minimal. Such an embodiment of a seating furniture according to the invention in particular allows a comfortable handling of the (static) adjustability of the inclination of the seating part by a user. It is also possible to implement the blocking mechanisms in such a way that the distance from the connecting location from the rotary hinge can be reduced after breaking the blocking in each of the determined blocking positions.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the blocking mechanism is also possible, wherein in the at least one block-turning position it also blocks movement which causes an increasing distance from the connection location of the rotary hinge. In this case it may also be necessary. block when an adjustability must be made by exerting a pulling force acting in the high direction.
Furthermore, it can preferably be determined that the carriage is loaded by a spring element in at least one direction of movement. It may in particular have been determined that the carriage is loaded in the direction of an increasing distance between the connection location and the pivot joint. By means of such an embodiment of the seating furniture according to the invention it can be achieved that possibly after breaking a blocking an automatic change of the distance between the connecting location and the pivot hinge with respect to the high direction of the seating furniture as a result of the loading by the spring element is caused. Similarly, it is possible that by loading by means of the spring element an action of the weight of the supporting surface unit can be at least partially counteracted, so that, for example, it can also be prevented that an automatic adjustment of the slope takes place in the event of a blocking being broken. The loading by the spring element can thus compensate for the effect of the weight of the support surface unit (in particular as accurately as possible). Thus, it can be determined that an adjustment of the direction of the inclination of the seating part must be actively caused in both directions, whereby the supporting surface unit is correspondingly damaged. This. can also simplify the handling of seating for a user.
In a further preferred embodiment of the seating furniture according to the invention, it can moreover be determined that the seat component comprises a saddle component which is pivotable with respect to a basic element of the seat component about a pivot axis directed in the transverse direction of the seat furniture (and preferably also in at least one fixed swivel position and can withstand this). The saddle part, which can comprise any shape, can therefore, in particular with a relatively large angle of inclination of the basic element, of the seat component, serve as an additional or alternative seating surface for a user, which makes the seating furniture usable in many ways possible makes. For example, the saddle component can enable comfortable use of the seating furniture according to the invention as an upright seat. Such an upright seat is characterized in that a user does not rest his entire body weight on the seat part, but rather rests on the ground with his back on the seat part and concretely on the saddle part with his back. The angles which are each time enclosed between the upper legs and the lower legs of the user can be greater than 90 ° and in particular at least 130 °.
In such an embodiment of the seating furniture according to the invention, a mechanism can then preferably be provided by means of which, with an increasing distance from the connecting location from the rotary hinge, a pivoting angle between the basic element and the saddle component is increased. The pivoting of the saddle part relative to the base element of the seat part is thus coupled to a change in the distance between the connecting location and the pivot hinge with respect to the high direction of the seating furniture. It can most preferably be determined here that the saddle component is held continuously in a (preferably approximately horizontal) direction by the action of the mechanism. Similarly, however, a manually pivotable part of the saddle part can also be carried out relative to the one which has been introduced.
It is not necessary that a change in the spacing of the pivot hinge of the connecting location over the entire area of the length in which this is possible is accompanied by a change of the pivot angle between the base member and the saddle member. Rather, it is sufficient if this is only possible in at least a part of this length region. Thus, for example, it can be determined that an increase in the distance of the swivel joint of the rotary hinge starting from a basic position of the slope in a first part, this change in the distance, has no consequences for a swelling between the oasis element and the base element. saddle part (which can then in particular also be zero, so that the saddle part is located within the basic element), while only a subsequent change in the distance in a second part leads to an increase in the pivot angle.
A conSi.ruCLiei bj-jzonoer simple version for the i_ net. compared to the basic element. mechanism pivoting of the seat component can be carried out when a (in particular rigid transfer element is arranged which, on the one hand, cooperates at a position remote from the pivot axis with the saddle component (i.e. at least supports this), and optionally with it (movable) ) is connected and, on the other hand, is linked to the connection location (directly or indirectly).
In a preferred embodiment of the seating furniture according to the invention, it can be determined that the connecting location comprises a pivot hinge that is rotatable about a pivot axis directed in the transverse direction of the seating furniture or is designed by such a pivot hinge. This embodiment advantageously enables the creation of an action of tilting the backrest and (in combination with the pivot hinge connecting the seat part to the frame) also of the entire support surface unit.
Being able to move the support surface unit can moreover be improved in that the support surface unit is designed to be twisted and the connecting location is rotated about in a longitudinal direction of the support surface. seating furniture includes embarrassing axis toeiatena rotary hinge or is embodied by such a rotary hinge. In addition, the seating part can preferably also be connected to the frame via a rotation hinge which is rotated about a pivot axis directed in the high direction of the seating furniture. Such a direction of the seating furniture makes it possible to advantageously support a user of the seating furniture, in particular wherein the backrest can at least partially follow a lateral movement of the back of the user.
According to the invention, the longitudinal direction of the seating furniture is understood to mean any direction that extends from a rear of the seating furniture (in particular a projection of the seating furniture into a vertically oriented plane arranged behind the seating furniture) in the direction of a front of the seating furniture. chair (in particular a projection of the seating furniture in a plane directed vertically to the front of the seating furniture). Preferably, this is the direction that determines the shortest distance between the two projections of the seating furniture.
High movability of the support surface unit Can be achieved in a particularly simple construction where the connection location is arranged centrally with respect to the extent of the backrest.
A particularly advantageous effect of the inclination for the seating furniture according to the invention can be achieved when the device comprises a seat base connected to the seat part over the pivot joint and a backrest support connected to the seat by the seat, the seat base and the backrest carrier is connected via a rotation hinge allowing a pivot axis directed in the transverse direction of the seating furniture. As a result, it can in particular be achieved that the backrest carrier is adjustable with respect to the seat base between a first, upright position and a second back-inclined position, wherein an angle between the seat component and the backrest in the second position is greater than in the first position . Such a change in the angle made between the seat part and the backrest in the context of an action of tilting the seat furniture is perceived as comfortable by many users.
The same applies to a further preferred embodiment of the seating furniture, wherein it is determined that the backrest carrier is adjustable with respect to the seating base between a first upright position and a second back-inclined position, wherein the adjustment between the two positions leads to a movement of a front side, of the seat of the seating part in the high direction of the seating furniture.
Again in order to improve the comfort when using the chair, it can preferably be designed as a rotating chair, wherein a seat base of the frame via a pivotal pivot allowing a pivotal pivotal rotation in the high direction of the seating furniture is connected to a base part of the frame.

The invention will be further elucidated on the basis of exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. The seating in the form of a chair shown in Figs. 1-4 comprises a frame 1 and a support surface unit connected to the frame 1. which is arranged as a seat shell 2,
The frame 1 is substantially rigid. This is thus designed in such a way that the individual (bearing) elements forming the frame do not deformly function when the chair is used correctly.
The seat shell 2 is of integral design, so that a portion used as a seat component 3 merges into a portion of the seat shell 2 used as a backrest 4. The seat shell 2 can herein be made of one or a plurality of parts (in particular with an upper part of the seat shell then preferably preferably formed from one part and a frame bearing the upper part of the seat shell).
The seat shell 2 is connected to the frame 1 via three rotary hinges 5, 6, 7. A first pivot hinge 5 is thereby arranged in the vicinity of the front side 8 of the seat shell 2. With regard to a transverse direction of the chair, the first pivot hinge 5 is in the middle and therefore approximately in the center. sagital plane of a user of the chair positioned. The first pivot hinge 5 permits rotation of the portion of the seat shell 2 connected to this pivot hinge 5, essentially the entire seat part 3 relative to the corresponding part of the frame 1 (the seat base 9) about a first pivot axis 10. The first axis of rotation 10 extends in the high direction of the seat. In essence, it is oriented approximately vertically (in the case of a chair standing on a horizontal floor) ♦ The second swivel hinge 6 comprises two divided swivel hinges (possibly also an embodiment with a preferably continuous swivel hinge), which with respect to the transverse direction of the chair spaced apart from each other and approximately: at the same distance from each other, lie the first pivot hinge 5. The two split pivot joints together define a second pivot axis 11 which is substantially parallel in the transverse direction of the swell runs straight at the front 8 of the seat of the seat part 3 (or with a curved front edge 8 of the seat parallel to the two ends of the front 8 of the seat). To this end, in each case a support foot 12 of each shared pivot hinge is connected to the frame 1 of the chair, while a common support bridge 13 serves as support means for the seat part 3 of the seat shell 2 and comprises a pin 14 of the first pivot hinge 5. The seat part 3 of the seat shell 2 is thus guided by the first pivot hinge 5 pivotally supported on the support bridge 13 of the second pivot hinge 6.
The third pivot hinge 7 connects the seat shell 2 in the region of the backrest 4 with a backrest support 15 of the frame 1. In this case, the third pivot hinge 7 is in the middle with respect to the extent transverse of the chair and thus - just like the first pivot hinge 5 - arranged approximately in the sagital plane of a user of the chair. The third rotary hinge 7 is designed as a ball-shaped hinge. This. correspondingly permits rotation of the backrest 4 relative to the backrest carrier 15 about a plurality of axes, inter alia about at least one third pivotal axis 16 extending longitudinally of the chair and about a transverse axis of a large extending fourth axis of rotation 17.
The support according to the invention of the sitting scissor 2 permits a deformation caused by a displacement of the weight of a user of the seat, whereby it is moved transversely from the seat part 3 to the backrest 4 to one side, while the front 7 of the sitting and one side 18 de of the backrest are pivoted in the direction to the other side.
The backrest support 15 of the frame 1 is structurally separate from the seat base 9 of the frame x and is rotatably connected to the seat base 9 via a fourth pivot 19 about a fifth pivot axis xu, also in the transverse direction of the chair. By being rotatable from the backrest carrier 15 with its restraint to the seat 9, an operation of the chair is reclined for the purpose of allowing a user to lean back through the chair, as compared with the figures. 1 and 2, Figures 3 and 4, respectively. The inclination of the seat shell 2 thereby leads to an increase in the pretension of a spring element (not shown) which, when the backrest is relieved, causes it to be automatically moved back to the basic position shown in Figures 1 and 3.
Due to the distance of the fifth pivot axis 20 from the second pivot axis 11 extending through the second pivot pivot 6 and extending in the transverse direction of the seat, when the seat shell 2 is inclined, an angle between the seat component 3 and the backrest 4 becomes Angle α formed enlarged (oiiCcg).
The chair further comprises a kinematic movement which ensures that a backward inclination of the seat shell 2 is accompanied by a lifting (moving in the high direction) of the first and the second rotary hinge 5, 6 and thus the front side 8 of the seat. To this end, the fourth pivot hinge 19 via which the back support 15 is connected to the seat base 9 is arranged at a distance from the second pivot axis 11. In addition, at the relevant end of the backrest carrier 15, on which the fourth pivot hinge 19 is also arranged, there are two rods 21 (one on each side of the backrest carrier 15) (an embodiment with a rod 21 may suffice) for a (common) sixth pivotal axis 22 directed in the transverse direction of the chair pivotally connected to the backrest support 15. The sixth pivotal axis 22 is thereby arranged at a distance from the fifth pivotal axis 20 carried out by the fourth rotating support means 19. The rods 22 extend as far as one end from a lever 23 to which they are rotatably connected about a (common) seventh axis of rotation 24 extending in the transverse direction of the chair. The respective other end of the lever 23 is rotatably connected to the seat base 9 about a (common) eighth axis of rotation 25 extending in the transverse direction of the chair. A distance between the seventh axis of rotation 24 and the eighth rotation is thus also made. axis 25 completed. The support feet 12 of the second rotary hinge 6 are connected via a transverse support to the two rods 21 in the vicinity of the seventh axis of rotation 24. Through this connection of the second pivot hinge 6 to the frame 1, the desired adjustment, coupled with a backward inclination of the seat shell 2, is achieved in the height of the first and second pivotal support means 5, 6 and thus the front side 8 of the seat.
The portion of the L-shaped (alternative: arc-shaped) backrest carrier 15 extending in the high direction of the chair is telescopic and for this purpose comprises a base support 26 of the backrest connected to the seat base 9 and a tubular tube comprising the third pivot hinge 7. carriage 27 which is guided movably on the corresponding end of the base carrier 26 of the back. The positioning of the carriage 27 on the base carrier 26 of the backrest can moreover be blocked in different locking positions.
As is shown in particular in a comparison of Figures 1 and 3, a change in the length of the high-running portion of the backrest bearing 15 results in a telescopic displacement of the faleae 2 / on the base support 26 of the backrest. until a change in the direction of the inclination of the seat bottom part is added of an increasing or decreasing distance of the distance of 7 µj through the third pivot hinge. A suitable place of protection between the backrest support 15 (and with it the frame 1) and the backrest 4 of the zxt scale 2. As a result, the static direction of the inclination of the seat part 3 can be adapted to the individual wishes of a user. This is independent of a dynamic change in the incline · which is connected: delivered with the function of tilting the chair back.
In order to be able to set different directions of the slope, is in. the backrest carrier 4 is a blocking end (not shown), which is designed, for example, such that when manually lifting the carriage 27, different detent positions are passed one after the other, each of which against itself is shortened in the high direction directed portion of the backrest carrier 15 blocking movement of the carriage 27 on the base carrier 26 of the backrest, so that a selected, with. one direction of the inclination of the seat part 3 corresponding to the block-turning positions is also ensured by a user sitting thereon when the seat shell 2 is loaded. The blocking action of the rotating mechanism can therefore be designed with the possibility of breaking, so that the carriage 27 is moved outwards as far as possible and thus the largest possible distance to the second axis of rotation 11 is determined. The telescopic portion of the backrest carrier 15 extending in the high direction can then be fully pushed back together and optionally pulled apart again until a new desired blocking position is reached.
The chair shown in Figs. 5 to 8 differs from that of Figs. 1-4 solely by including a saddle member 28 in the seat member 3, wherein the saddle member 28 with respect to a basic element of the seat member 3 is surrounded by a pivot axis 29 directed transversely of the seat. This pivoting of the saddle part 28 takes place synchronously with a change in the direction of the inclination of the seat part 3 by means of a corresponding mechanism which comprises an exemplary L-shaped (alternatively bob-shaped) transfer element 30 connected on the one hand to the carriage 2 / of the backrest carrier 15. On the other hand, the saddle lower part 28 lies at a location at a distance from the pivot axis 29 on the transfer element 30, so that a rotating torque generated by a load on the saddle part 28 is unsupported by the transfer element 30.
This mechanism causes the saddle part 28 which is arranged in a basic position of the inclination of the seat part 3 (Figs. 5 and 6) substantially directly within a corresponding recess of the basic element of the seat part 3 (the pivot angle β is 0), in it remains approximately in the horizontal direction when the inclination direction of the seat part 3 is extended by extending the telescopic portion of the backrest carrier 15 which extends in the high direction to a sitting surface that is falling towards the front 8 of the seat changed. The pivot angle β formed between the axle section and the saddle member 28 is thereby increased with an increasing change in the direction of the slope of the seat member 3. In the same way, this pivot angle β is reduced again when the direction of the inclination of the seat part 3 is changed again to the basic position of the inclination by sliding the telescopic part of the backrest support 15 together.
In the position pivoted relative to the basic element in which the saddle part 28 is additionally arranged at a greater distance from a floor on which the chair is positioned relative to the base position of the ramp, the saddle part 28 can serve as an alternative seating surface on which a user stands can rest. In this way, an effect of sitting up is achieved for the chair.
The seats shown in the drawings are designed as rotating seats. To this end, in each case the seat base 9 of the frame 1 is rotatably connected via a fifth pivot hinge 31 about a ninth pivot axis 32 which extends in the high direction of the chair and which is approximately vertically oriented, to a foot part 33 of the frame which is only partially shown. 1
