Agricultural coupling machine.
The present invention relates to an agricultural coupling implement, in particular in a form of a hay-collecting machine, with a main frame, and to which at least one working unit is coupled, as well as a coupling frame for coupling to a tractor, the coupling frame relative to the main frame is rotatable about an upright axis of rotation.
Such a coupling tool can, for example, be a drawn circular rake or an offset, wherein a raking spindle can be mounted on the main frame as a working unit. The said upright axis of rotation allows the main frame with the working unit coupled thereto to turn relative to the coupling frame and thus relative to the tractor when cornering.
The coupling tool can be supported on the ground by at least one carriage, while the working units can be supported on the ground with supporting carriages and / or the main frame can be supported on the ground by means of a central carriage, in particular when the working units are connected to the main frame by hinged support arms.
With such coupling tools, it can hitherto lead to instabilities when driving with a suspension. The main frame with the working unit provided therefor can therefore often no longer be kept in the track of the tractor when the said upright axis of rotation between the coupling frame and the main frame is blocked or at least braked. On the other hand, it can also lead to instability and restless running of the coupling tool when driving over transverse waves, because the main frame with the working units has insufficient freedom for height movements or up and down movements relative to the tractor.
Furthermore, when driving over bends and over transverse waves or when lifting the main frame, it can lead to relatively strong angular shifts between the main frame and the tractor, such that when driving the at least one working unit over a string of coupling shafts from the tractor tap shaft leads to strong buckling angles at the couplings of the string of buckling shafts, which can lead to premature wear or even damage to the string of buckling shafts.
A coupling tool in the form of a circular rake, wherein the aforementioned problems can occur is known, for example, from DE 10.2008.034.311 A1.
The invention has for its object to provide an improved agricultural coupling tool of the type mentioned in the introduction, which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and finally further builds on in an advantageous manner, in particular an improved mobility of the machine main frame must be achieved. obtained which avoids the aforementioned instabilities and / or avoids wear in the drive train.
According to the invention, the stated object is achieved by an agricultural coupling implement according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments according to the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
It is further proposed to couple the main frame to the coupling frame with interconnection of further frames or connecting parts in order to at least allow a further degree of freedom to allow height movements of the main frame relative to the coupling frame. Such indirect coupling of the main frame to the coupling frame makes it possible to obtain a better height adjustment of the main frame and thereby avoids excessive buckling angles between the frame members. According to the invention, an intermediate frame is provided between the coupling frame and the main frame, which frame is rotatable about said upright axis of rotation relative to the coupling frame and is connected to the main frame by a rod connection which is situated over connecting coupling axes relative to the intermediate frame. and is hinged relative to the main frame. When cornering, the said intermediate frame and thus the main frame with the working unit coupled thereto can steer relative to the coupling frame or rotate about the upright axis of rotation. In addition, the said rod connection makes it possible to adjust the height of the height frame relative to the intermediate frame and thus relative to the coupling frame, whereby sharp angular angles of angle are avoided even with greater height movements due to the mutual steering coupling of the rod connection.
Said rod connection can in principle be of different design and comprise a different number of couplings. In an advantageous embodiment according to the invention, the rod connection may comprise at least two rods which are spaced apart from one another transversely to the coupling axes and which are pivotally connected to the intermediate frame and pivotably connected to the main frame about coupling axes extending parallel to each other. In particular, each rod can be coupled directly to the intermediate frame and directly to the main frame and each has two pivot axes, such that each of the rods can pivot relative to the intermediate frame and relative to the main frame. Said pivot axes can advantageously extend transversely with respect to the direction of travel, said transversely extending, i.e. transversely with respect to the direction of travel, varying when cornering and in the narrower sense per se only at the right driving is going on.
In particular, said rod arrangement may be in the form of a parallelogram rod arrangement, the rods extending approximately parallel to each other and having approximately the same rod length. By means of such a parallelogram rod arrangement, the main device maintains its angular orientation relative to the intermediate frame during height movements, so that, for example, when traveling over transverse waves and the height movements of the main frame caused thereby, the working aggressors do not execute too great buckling movements or lifting the main frame the work aggregates do not experience large tiltings. As a result, larger buckling angles between the frame parts can also be avoided, which can be advantageous when providing a mechanical drive string.
In a further embodiment of the invention, an adjusting actuator for adjusting the angular position of said rod arrangement can be provided relative to the main frame and / or relative to the intermediate frame, wherein said adjusting actuator can advantageously be provided with external energy, to enable automatic adjustment from the tractor also during operation. Advantageously, a hydraulic cylinder can be provided as an adjusting actuator, which cylinder can be coupled on the one hand to a rod of the rod arrangement and on the other hand to the main frame, wherein the coupling can advantageously be hinged about coupling axes parallel to the coupling axes. Such a hydraulic cylinder, which operates between the main frame and rod arrangement, can prevent space problems and, in particular, collisions with the coupling frame when cornering. When said coupling frame is secured against tilting about a horizontal transverse axis, for example by means of a three-point coupling on the tractor, said hydraulic cylinder or adjusting actuator can be used for lifting the main frame, for example around the working unit attached to the main frame to be brought to a preparation and / or transport position.
Said coupling frame, which can be coupled to the tractor, can be designed, for example, as a coupling stand, which comprises a three-point coupling for coupling to the tractor, wherein such a three-point coupling can comprise an upper rod and two lower rods in a manner known per se, wherein at least one of said upper and lower bars can be made adjustable or can be formed by a hydraulic cylinder, in order to also raise and lower the coupling frame and to be able to tilt so as to thereby lift these further frame parts controlled on the coupling frame and to be able to lower it.
The driving of the at least one working unit can in principle take place in various ways, for example by means of hydraulic or electric motors. Said frame embodiment with intermediate frame and rod connection also ensures, in a particularly advantageous manner, that at least one working unit can be driven by means of a string of coupling shafts from a tractor tap shaft, wherein said string of coupling shafts advantageously by means of at least an axle bearing can be mounted on the intermediate frame. The string of coupling shafts may in this case comprise a first coupling shaft part which leads from said shaft bearing to the tractor pin shaft, and may comprise a second coupling shaft part, which leads from said coupling shaft bearing to the main frame, on which said second coupling shaft part to a drive or a further coupling shaft part can be connected to continue the drive train from the working unit. Due to the intermediate shaft bearing on the intermediate frame, excessive buckling angles in the area of the coupling shaft can be avoided.
In an advantageous further embodiment, an intermediate axle piece having a fixed angular orientation relative to the intermediate frame - of course rotatable about the axis axis of the intermediate axle piece - can be mounted on said axle bearing, the said first axle axle part on the one hand and the aforementioned first coupling axle part on the other hand second coupling shaft part can be connected in a non-rotating manner. For such an intermediate shaft piece and its bearing on the intermediate frame, buckling angles acting at the bearing position can be halved or reduced again, or at least a summing of the buckling angle due to bends and height movements can be avoided. The first and second coupling shaft parts can in each case comprise a coupling in the area of their connecting parts on the said intermediate shaft part, such that a total of two couplings are provided, which each receive a part of the angle.
In particular, large buckling angles in the area of the tractor axle step and / or in the area of the first coupling axle part, in particular at its coupling, which is located in the area of the axle bearing on the intermediate frame, can be avoided, because said axle bearing the height of the main frame relative to the intermediate frame means that the intermediate frame does not in itself position itself on the intermediate frame or is kept at the height provided by the intermediate frame. Only when the intermediate frame moves around the upright axis of rotation and / or the coupling frame is adjusted relative to the tractor by the three-point coupling, do angular changes occur at the rods of the first coupling axle, which is provided on the intermediate frame between tractor and axle bearing.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to a preferred exemplary embodiment and associated drawings. In the drawing:
FIG. 1: a schematic side elevational view of an agricultural coupling implement in the form of a circular rake according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, wherein the attachment of the main frame to the coupling frame is shown by an intermediate frame and a rod connection.
As shown in FIG. 1, the agricultural coupling implement 1 can be in the form of a circular rake, wherein at least one rake spindle can be mounted on a main frame 2 as a working unit 3, said rake spindle being supported on the ground by a support carriage 4. Said raking spindle can comprise rake teeth 6 revolving in a manner known per se around an upright rake shafts 5, which are attached to supporting arms which are cyclically rotated back and forth on their orbit, so that the rake teeth 6 cyclically on the ground to and from be hinged away from the ground.
Without this in FIG. 1, at least one further working unit 3 in the form of a reel can be coupled to the main frame 2, for example by a further frame part 7, which can be connected to said main frame 2.
Said main frame 2 is connected to a coupling frame 8, which can be coupled to a tractor 9, for example by means of a three-point coupling.
The main frame 2 is not directly connected to said coupling frame 8, but is movably coupled to the coupling frame 8 by interposing an intermediate frame 10 and a rod connection 11.
The said intermediate frame 10 can advantageously be rotatably coupled or mounted to the coupling frame 8 about an upright axis of rotation 12, if necessary, that the intermediate frame 10 can move around the upright axis of rotation 12 and can pivot relative to the coupling frame 8.
The intermediate frame 10 is connected to the main frame 2 by said rod connection 11, wherein said rod connection 11 can pivot up and down about coupling axles 13, 14, 15, 16 on the one hand relative to the intermediate frame 10 and on the other hand relative to the main frame 2 can pivot up and down. This movability of the position connection 11 ensures that the main frame 2 can move up and down relative to the intermediate frame 10.
As shown in FIG. 1, the rod connection 11 can comprise two rods 17 and 18 spaced apart transversely to the coupling shafts 13, 14, 15 and 16, each of which, by means of the said coupling shafts 13, 14, 15 and 16, on the one hand on the intermediate frame 10 coupled to the main frame 2 on the other hand, such that each of the rods 17 and 18 can be pivoted relative to the intermediate frame 10 and relative to the main frame 2 in an upright plane.
As shown in FIG. 1, the rods 17 and 18 can be aligned at least approximately parallel to each other and have substantially the same rod length, such that the rod connection 11 forms a parallelogram rod arrangement. By means of such a parallelogram bar arrangement, the main frame 2 can be adjusted in height relative to the intermediate frame 10, without thereby making an angle change. Specifically, the main frame 2 can be in the position shown in FIG. 1 can be moved up and down, the intermediate frame 10 herein being the one shown in FIG. 1 can retain the position shown.
The angle adjustment of said rod connection 11 can be adjusted here by a setting actuator 19, which can advantageously engage between one of the rods 17 and 18 and the main frame 2, wherein for the rod-side and main-frame-side coupling points 20 and 21 of the actuator 19 coupling consoles on the associated rods 18 and the main frame 2 can be provided, see Figs. 1.
Said adjusting actuator 19 can herein be a hydraulic cylinder, the length adjustment of which of the rod connection 11 rotates relative to the main frame 2 in a different angle orientation, whereby the main frame 2 can be raised or lowered again relative to the intermediate frame 10.
As shown in FIG. 1, the working unit 3 can be driven from a tractor tap shaft by a mechanical drive train in the form of a string of coupling shafts 22, said string of coupling shafts 22 being advantageously supported by an axle bearing 23 on the intermediate frame 10. Said axle bearing 23 can advantageously be arranged on the intermediate frame 10 at a height which can approximately correspond to the height of the tractor tap shaft, at least when the intermediate frame 10 and the coupling frame 8 are a correspondingly active position. As a result, a first coupling shaft part 24 can lead from the shaft bearing 23 to the tractor pin shaft without a large buckling angle.
A second coupling shaft part 25 can lead from said shaft bearing 23 to the main frame 2 and be connected to the main frame 2 with an input drive or a further coupling shaft part, over which the working unit 3 can be driven.
As shown in FIG. 1, an intermediate shaft piece 26 may be mounted on the shaft bearing 23, which shaft is rotatably mounted about its axis, but otherwise mounted in a fixed angular orientation relative to the intermediate frame 10. Said intermediate shaft piece 26 can herein assume a horizontal, in the direction of travel direction, at least when driving straight on and / or when the frame is not turned.
On the aforementioned intermediate shaft piece 26, on the one hand, the aforementioned first coupling shaft part 24 and on the other hand, the second coupling shaft part 25 are rotatably mounted, such that the intermediate shaft part 26 transmits the torque of the first coupling shaft part 24 to the second coupling shaft part 25.
