The present utility model relates to the technical field of curtains, in particular to a curtain cord reel.
STATE OF THE ART
Currently, a cord reel is arranged above an upper curtain rod and below a lower curtain rod of pleated blinds and used to tension a steel wire that penetrates through the fabric of pleated blinds to ensure that the upper curtain rod or the lower curtain rod can easily slide on the steel wire. An existing cord reel has a few defects: each of the aforementioned cord reel is internally provided with a rotating shaft on which the steel wire is twisted, in which the end part of the steel wire is attached to the rotating shaft, a limiting mechanism to prevent the rotating shaft from rotating in reverse arranged in each cord reel, and the rotating shafts are rotated to cause the steel wire to rotate synchronously, so that the steel wire is rotated on the rotating shafts, thus achieving the purpose of tensioning the steel wire; however, in the long term, the rotation and rolling up of the steel wire causes the outer surface of the steel wire to wear and break easily, resulting in a relatively short service life.
SUMMARY
The present utility model aims at solving the technical problem and one purpose thereof is to provide a curtain cord reel capable of tensioning the steel wire without causing the steel wire to wear.
To solve said technical problem, the present utility model is realized according to the following technical solutions: the curtain cord reel comprises a cord reel frame and a rotating shaft, wherein the cord reel frame is internally provided with a cavity capable of housing the rotating shaft ; the curtain cord reel also includes a locking seat for securing the end portion of a steel wire; a first threaded shaft is attached to the inner wall of the upper end of the cavity; a second threaded shaft is mounted on the top surface of the locking seat; a screw hole that is in screw fit with the first threaded shaft and the second threaded shaft is formed in the center of the rotating shaft along the axial direction; and a thread of the first threaded shaft and a thread of the second threaded shaft are in the same direction.
By using the construction, the present utility model has the advantages that: According to the curtain cord reel, the end portion of the steel wire is attached to the locking seat, the rotating shaft is in threaded connection with the second threaded shaft of the locking seat and the first threaded shaft of the cord reel frame, and the threads of the first threaded shaft and the threads of the second threaded shaft are in the same direction, so that when it is rotated, the rotating shaft moves up or down since the first threaded shaft is attached to the cord reel frame around the locking seat under the bring rotating shaft to move up or down to further move the steel wire attached to the locking seat up and down, and thus the purpose of tensioning the steel wire is achieved; and moreover, the problem of an existing technology in which the surface of the steel wire is worn by rolling up the steel wire is solved, the service life is relatively long and the construction is relatively simple; and additionally, the rotating shaft is in threaded connection with the cord reel frame and the locking seat, respectively, and thus the cord reel is relatively easy to install and relatively easy to maintain and disassemble if a component is damaged.
Preferably, the locking seat is attached to the end portion of the steel wire, a first hole through which the steel wire can penetrate is formed in the lower surface of the locking seat, at least one locking screw hole is formed in the side wall of the locking seat along the radial direction and is in communication with the first hole, a locking screw is in threaded connection in the locking screw hole, the steel wire is fixed at the locking seat with the locking screw, and the first hole is in connection with the locking screw hole; in the installation process the steel wire is penetrated into the first hole and then screwed to the locking screw hole with the locking screw, and the steel wire is clamped between the end part of the locking screw and the inner wall of the first screw hole under the end part of the locking screw, so that the construction relatively simple and the installation relatively easy.
Preferably, the guide sleeve that plays a leading role in the locking seat is mounted on the cord reel frame and is located outside the locking seat, and the locking seat is slidably aligned with the inner wall of the guide sleeve; and when it is rotated, the rotating shaft causes the locking seat to move up or down, and the guide sleeve plays a leading role.
Preferably, the intersection of the locking seat is rectangular or curved; in this embodiment, a curved structure (rectangular or otherwise non-circular structures are also available) is used, the locking seat is a non-circular structure, and the locking seat is in sliding fit with the guide sleeve, so that the guide sleeve reaches the goal of preventing the locking seat moves in the circumferential direction; and when the rotating shaft is rotated, the second threaded shaft of the locking seat is tightly screwed or unscrewed with respect to the screw hole, and thus the purpose of tensioning the steel wire is achieved.
Preferably, a dust-tight cover is detachably connected to a position outside the rotating shaft of the cord-reel frame and is adjusted to prevent dust from entering the cavity of the cord-reel frame, and is therefore more dust-tight; moreover, the dustproof cover is detachably connected to the cord reel frame, and the purpose of tensioning the steel wire is achieved by opening the dustproof cover and rotating the rotating shaft when it is necessary to adjust the tightness of the steel wire.
Preferably, the dustproof cover is attached to the cord reel frame, in which the dust-free cover is a U-shaped structure, the attachment strips attached to the cord reel frame and running parallel to each other are respectively positioned at the end portion , from two sides of the inner wall of the dust-tight cover, and a part attached to the dust-tight cover of the cord reel frame, is a flat construction; since the two parallel fastening strips are arranged at positions located in the end part of two sides of the inner wall of the dustproof cover, after the dustproof cover is connected to the cord reel frame, the flat construction of the cord reel frame is positioned between the two fastening strips, and thus the purpose of attachment is achieved, the construction is relatively simple and the installation or disassembly is relatively easy.
Preferably, a second hole adjusted to rotate the rotating shaft by means of a tool is formed in the side wall of the rotating shaft, and when the rotating shaft is in tight fit with the first threaded shaft and the second threaded shaft, the rotating shaft is rotated by inserting the tool (such as a screwdriver) into the second screw hole, and thus the constructive is relatively simple and the workability relatively good.

As shown in the Figures, the cord reel frame 1, the cavity 1.1, the rotating shaft 2, the locking seat 3, the first threaded shaft 4.1, the second threaded shaft 4.2, the threaded hole 5, the guide socket 6, the first hole 7, the locking locking screw hole 8, the locking screw 9, the dust-tight cover 10, the fixing strips 11 and the second hole 12 are marked.

According to the curtain cord reel, the end portion of the steel wire is attached to the locking seat 3, the rotating shaft 2 is in threaded connection with the second threaded shaft 4.2 of the locking seat 3 and the first threaded shaft 4.1 of the cord reel frame, and the thread of the first thread threaded shaft 4.1 and the thread of the second threaded shaft 4.2 are in the same direction, so that when it is rotated, the rotating shaft 2 moves up or down since the first threaded shaft 4.1 is attached to the cord reel frame 1, around the locking seat 3 under the rotating shaft 2 to move up or down to cause the steel wire attached to the locking seat 3 to move further up or down, and thus the purpose of tensioning the steel wire is achieved; and moreover, the problem of an existing technology in which the surface of the steel wire is worn by rolling up the steel wire is solved, the service life is relatively long and the construction is relatively simple; and additionally, the rotating shaft 2 is in threaded connection with the cord reel frame 1 and the locking seat 3, respectively, and thus the cord reel is relatively easy to install and relatively easy to maintain and disassemble if a component is damaged.
The locking seat 3 is attached to the end portion of the steel wire, a first hole 7 through which the steel wire can penetrate is formed in the lower surface of the locking seat 3, at least one locking screw hole 8 is formed in the side wall of the locking seat 3 along the radial direction and is in communication with the first hole 7, a locking screw 9 is in threaded connection in the locking screw hole 8, the steel wire is fixed at the locking seat 3 with the locking screw 9, and the first hole 7 is in connection with the locking screw hole 8; in the installation process the steel wire is penetrated into the first hole 7 and then screwed to the locking screw hole 8 with the locking screw 9, and the steel wire is clamped between the end part of the locking screw 9 and the inner wall of the first screw hole 7 by virtue of the end part of the locking screw 9, so that the construction is relatively simple and the installation relatively easy.
The guide sleeve 6 that plays a leading role in the locking seat 3 is mounted on the cord reel frame 1 and is located outside the locking seat 3, and the locking seat 3 is slidably aligned with the inner wall of the guide sleeve 6; and when it is rotated, the rotating shaft 2 causes the locking seat 3 to move up or down, and the guide sleeve 6 plays a leading role.
The intersection of the locking seat 3 is rectangular or curved; in this embodiment a curved structure (rectangular or otherwise non-circular structures are also available) is used, the locking seat is a non-circular structure, and the locking seat 3 is slidably aligned with the guide sleeve 6 so that the guide sleeve 6 reaches the target prevent the locking seat 3 from moving in the circumferential direction; and when the rotating shaft 2 is rotated, the second threaded shaft 4.2 of the locking seat 3 is tightly screwed or unscrewed with respect to the screw hole 5, and thus the purpose of tensioning the steel wire is achieved.
A dustproof cover 10 is detachably connected to a position, outside the rotating shaft 2, of the cord reel frame 1 and is adjusted to prevent dust from entering the cavity 1.1 of the cord reel frame 1, and is therefore more dustproof ; moreover, the dustproof cover 10 is detachably connected to the cord reel frame 1, and the purpose of tensioning the steel wire is achieved by opening the dustproof cover 10 and rotating the rotating shaft 2 when it is necessary to adjust the tightness of the steel wire .
The dustproof cover 10 is attached to the cord reel frame 1, wherein the dust-free cover 10 is a U-shaped structure, the attachment strips 11 attached to the cord reel frame 1 and running parallel to each other are respectively positioned at positions located at the end portion, from two sides of the inner wall of the dustproof cover 10, and a portion, attached to the dustproof cover 10, of the cord reel frame 1, is a planar construction; since the two parallel mounting strips 11 are arranged at positions located in the end portion of two sides of the inner wall of the dustproof cover 10, after the dustproof cover 10 is connected to the cord reel frame 1, the planar structure of the cord reel frame 1 is positioned between the two fixing strips 11, and thus the purpose of fixing is achieved, the construction is relatively simple and the installation or disassembly is relatively easy.
A second hole 12 adjusted to rotate the rotating shaft by means of a tool is formed in the side wall of the rotating shaft 1, and when the rotating shaft is in tight fit with the first threaded shaft 4.1 and the second threaded shaft 4.2, the rotating shaft 2 can be rotated by inserting the tool (such as a screwdriver) into the second screw hole 12, and thus the constructive is relatively simple and the workability relatively good.

A curtain cord reel comprising a cord reel frame (1) and a rotating shaft (2), wherein the cord reel frame (1) is internally provided with a cavity (1.1) capable of housing the rotating shaft (2); and characterized in that it also comprises a locking seat (3) for securing the end part of a steel wire, in which a first threaded shaft (4.1) is fixed to the inner wall of the upper end of the cavity (1.1), a second threaded shaft (4.2) is arranged on the upper surface of the locking seat (3), a screw hole (5) which is in a screw fit with the first threaded shaft (4.1) and the second threaded shaft (4.2) is formed in the middle of the rotating shaft (2) ) along the axial direction, and a thread of the first threaded shaft (4.1) and a thread of the second threaded shaft (4.2) are in the same direction.
