The invention relates to an improved awning.
A sunshade is a utensil for outdoor activities. Since the required screen area is large, it must be possible to open and close the screen without great physical effort and the fixation must be simple. The screen mast constructions which are in the current state of the art described above exhibit certain defects which, because of the uneven pulling force applied from outside, can very quickly lead to damage to or breakage of the screen mast. Moreover, the stability of the screen mast in the construction described above is not very high, the service life is short and the structure is moreover relatively complex. Moreover, the safety of the locking system arranged under the screen mast is insufficient, so that an improved awning must be offered, the interconnected inner and outer tubes of which allow the opening and closing of the screen and at the lower end of the screen mast a correct locking system with increased safety is used.
The technical problems to be solved by this invention relate to the current state of the art described above, and the invention offers a simple sunshade system with stable connections, a pleasant tube system from inner and outer tubes that is easy to open.
To this end, the invention provides: a sunshade consisting of an upper screen drum, lower screen drum, long screen style and short screen style. The long screen posts are pivotally connected to the upper screen post with hinges, the end of the short screen post is hinged to the lower screen drum, and the other end of the short screen post is pivotally connected to the upper end of the long screen posts and forms the screen frame. As an improvement, the locking system described above consists of: It comprises a handle, a fixation base, a fixation hook and a handle. An opening for the hand was formed on the inside of the handle. Round drill holes are provided at the upper and lower ends of the handle. Corresponding thereto, adapted threaded holes are provided opposite the outer tube. The handle is fixed to the outer tubes by means of screws through round drill holes on the handle and adapted threaded holes. The fixation base is welded to the inner tube under the handle. A fixation borehole is formed on the fixation base. Safety drill holes are provided on the underside of the fixation drill holes. Correspondingly, handle boreholes and keyholes corresponding to the fixation and security boreholes are provided at the upper end of the handle. The fixation base is rotatably connected to the handle by means of fixation and handle drill holes with connecting pieces with hinges. The lower end of the fixation hook is rotatably connected to the handle with fixing screws and nuts with hinges.
As an improvement, convex position determining surfaces are formed on both sides of the upper end of the fixation hook. Accordingly, position-determining nuts were formed in the lower part of the handle which are used to clamp the concave position-determining surfaces.
Finally, connecting drill holes are provided in the lower part of the described disassembled lower screen drum. Threaded drill holes are provided at the corresponding position of the inner tube to connect the lower screen drum and the inner tube with the aid of fixing screws.
In comparison with the current state of the art, this invention has the following advantages: By using an inner tube and suitable sliding outer tubes, this system can be used in two ways. Moreover, a fixation sleeve is provided in the lower part of the outer housing to connect the three upper tube parts, whereby the connections in this product become even more stable and the service life is extended. In addition, the construction of a locking system is sophisticated and the use of the reaction forces existing between the individual components makes it possible to open and close the screen so that not only the closing function is excellent, but also the safety boreholes on the fixation base perform the safety function.
