MOBILANT TRANSPORT TRUCK, IN PARTICULAR A CC CONTAINER, IN PARTICULAR FOR THE TRANSPORT OF PLANTS AND FLOWERS The invention relates to a mobile transport trolley, in particular a CC container, in particular for the transport of plants and flowers, according to the features of claim 1. For transporting flowers and plants, high-quality mobile transport trolleys are regularly used, in particular so-called CC containers, where the abbreviation CC stands for 'Container Centralen'. Such a CC container is a mobile, dismantled and then stackable returnable transport cart, usually made of galvanized steel. These CC containers come in various standardized versions, with the individual CC containers being part of a pooling system of CC containers. This pool system of CC containers is the most widely used and widely used reusable carrier system in Europe, whereby the CC containers are used primarily in the plant trade and in so-called nurseries. Within this pool system the CC containers can be exchanged randomly, so that suppliers can exchange full containers directly against empty containers. There are also containers similar to CC containers, which are not part of a pool system. These containers are often referred to as DC containers in professional circles. In the context of the present description, however, for the sake of simplicity, the term CC container should be used as a representative of both types of containers. Such CC containers serving as a transport trolley often consist of a rectangular carriage base element with usually four transport rollers, of which at least the front two can be either post-trailing or rotatable transport rollers. The trolley base element is regularly provided with square profiles at the top and bottom four corners which serve to place vertical rods and which at the bottom run pyramid-shaped, so that several of such trolley base elements can easily be stacked on top of each other. The aforementioned four rods or posts of a substantially equally long square profile are placed on the corners of the trolley base element, so that each mobile transport trolley regularly has four rods projected substantially perpendicularly upwards from the corners of the trolley base element and forming a storage space which is accessible via two opposite narrow sides and two opposite long sides, or define them. The square profiles that guide the rods are preferably open on the long side and have a series of slots one above the other, into which the racking boards (also referred to as planks) that are often made of plywood impregnated with phenolic resin can be hung. For this purpose, the racking boards comprise L-shaped metal profiles which can engage through and behind the longitudinal slots of the rods. In order to be able to safely store the flowers and plants transported on or in such transport carts, which are regularly arranged or arranged in rows in pots or the like, during transport, in particular to prevent falling over or falling out of the transport cart or protruding overhangs branches, leaves, etc., is generally known to wrap the transport carts with shrink film prior to transport. For this, the ready, packed transport trolley is transferred to the location of a wrapping machine. There, the transport trolleys are run in separately, secured and the shrink film is applied manually at the bottom with a knot. The transport trolley then turns and the film runs from bottom to top. The system stops automatically when the set highest point is reached. The operator of the wrapping machine cuts the film loose and fixes it to the transport trolley. Alternatively, the shrink film can also be wrapped manually around the transport trolley, for which there are suitable unwinding aids. Such an effort for the safety of the load is undoubtedly expensive and, above all, not very ecological. For example, heat accumulation may occur on plants during transport and damage due to cooling due to evaporation due to precipitation may occur. Furthermore, increased solar radiation on the foil can cause burns on the plants. A further substantial disadvantage is that the film is broken every time and can no longer be reused, so that high removal costs arise. In order to somewhat solve this problem, it is already known that instead of the wrapping in foil described above, a wrapping technique referred to as Flower-Safe® can be used, wherein a rolled-out tarpaulin provided with a fixing rod at both free ends by means of a first mounting rod is pushed into or attached to a rod on the side of the carriage. The sail is then unwound and wrapped once around the transport cart, until finally the entire transport cart is wrapped. Subsequently, the second mounting rod is inserted into a following rod on the side of the carriage and finally the sail is secured with a Velcro closure. The disadvantage of this system may in particular be that the handling of this winding sail is also relatively labor-intensive, in particular with regard to the fixing of the sail by means of the fixing rods. Moreover, for transport wagons of different heights, for example with rods of different heights, possibly several of such sails must be present, or the entire transport cart cannot be wrapped to a desired extent. A further drawback may be that after removal the sail must be rolled up again and stored in a suitable manner. Moreover, a disadvantage inherent in both systems is that the rods can no longer be grasped after wrapping the transport trolley, which generally makes handling of the transport truck more difficult. Starting from this, it is an object of the present invention to provide a mobile transport trolley, in particular a CC container, in particular for the transport of plants and flowers, with which the safety of the load can be achieved in a simple manner for different types of carriages. is. This object is achieved with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the sub-claims. According to claim 1, a mobile transport trolley, in particular a CC container, in particular for the transport of plants and flowers, is proposed, which comprises a rectangular carriage base element to which transport rollers are arranged. Furthermore, four of the corners of the carriage base element are provided with rods protruding substantially perpendicularly upwards, which are preferably releasable and / or are connected to the carriage base element by means of a plug-in connection. These four rods which protrude substantially perpendicular to the corners of the carriage base element define a storage space via two opposite short sides and two opposite long sides. According to the invention, at least one roller shutter element is provided on an upper or lower part of each long and short side, viewed in the direction of the height axis of the transport trolley, which access door to the loading space is present in each loading position on the short or long side. and which is displaceable in the direction of the height axis such that it at least partially covers and / or covers the respective access opening to the loading space located on the short or long side depending on the pull-out length of the roller shutter element. The arrangement of the roller shutter elements preferably takes place in such a way that the roller shutter elements are arranged relative to the height axis or all above or below, so that they can always be pulled out in the same direction. In principle, however, a mixed ranking from above and below would also be possible. With such an arrangement of roller shutter elements according to the invention, the transport trolley can be opened on all four sides individually as required in a simple manner. Like the other components of the trolley, the roller shutter elements can be a simple part of the return logistics and they can be returned, for example, just like the racking boards. Such roller shutter elements thereby make it possible to make the transport trolley and the transport goods placed therein only accessible from one side or two or three sides, for example in the context of a sales presentation or a commodity inspection, without the wrapping as in the aforementioned prior art must be removed with great effort. In particular, it is easy to slide between the open inspection or presentation position and the covered transport position, and as often as one wishes, without incurring significant costs. Subsequent order picking or watering of the flowers and plants or any other kind of care of the plants and flowers can also be carried out substantially simpler. A further advantage of the arrangement on all sides according to the invention comprises that the transport trolley can be rotated and displaced arbitrarily without the employee having to pay attention that a certain side of the trolley is positioned in a certain way. The roller shutter elements can also be arranged or become simply such that the rods are easily accessible for an employee to be able to grasp, which substantially increases the ease of operation. Furthermore, it is possible for at least one shelf to be provided which can be fixed to the rods and can also be detached again, which is mounted in the storage space in mounted condition (preferably substantially horizontally and / or substantially parallel to the carriage base element). According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the roller shutter elements are mounted on the short and long sides of the transport trolley in such a way that, relative to the outer dimensions of the transport trolley, they substantially do not protrude beyond the surfaces of the short and long sides formed by the rods. This ensures in a simple manner that the standardized external dimensions of such a transport trolley, for example used as a CC container, can be adhered to. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the roller shutter elements are arranged or attached to a rectangular part of the frame which, viewed in the direction of the height axis of the transport vehicle, can be connected from above to the free end of the rods, which preferably all have the same length. . In particular, a connection to be released here is advantageous so that the rectangular frame portion, together with all the roller shutter elements attached thereto, can also be released again at any time, which is a considerable advantage in particular with regard to logistics in particular. In principle, however, it is also possible to construct the rectangular frame section integrally with the rod or the transport trolley. A further advantage of such a rectangular frame section fixed at the top of the transport trolley, viewed in the direction of the height axis, is that as a result of this the construction becomes totally rigid and thereby a good manageability of the transport trolley during transport is possible. The rectangular frame portion, like the carriage base element, as well as the rack shelf or rack boards, thereby substantially contributes to the stabilization of the overall structure. A further substantial advantage of such a construction is that the rectangular frame part can be used independently of the height of the rods or any additional construction or arrangement parts used in connection with the rods, as long as it is ensured that the roller shutter elements of suitable length to securely cover the relevant access openings on the short sides or the long sides to the storage space. In principle, there are various options for connecting the rectangular frame section to the free ends of the rods. This can be done, for example, by means of a bolt-screw connection, a nail connection or the like. However, a simple manageable plug-in connection is particularly preferred, which is in particular shaped such that plug-in elements on the side of the frame engage in plug-in manner in plug-in cavities on the side of the rods. In connection with such a plug-in connection, a positional security can for instance be provided by, for example, split pins, screws and the like. In order to guarantee that the rectangular frame portion is attached to the rods at the desired height without preventing the shelf boards from being pulled out, the insertion lengths can be limited by fuses formed on the insertion elements. These fuses can be formed in various ways and ways. For example in L-shaped corners or the like, which can be connected form-and / or force-and / or material-tightly with insert elements. According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the fuses are shaped and / or protruded from the respective insert element in such a way that these fuses simultaneously form a bearing point for the roller shutter element, in particular for a point of rotation of the roller shutter element. This makes an overall simpler and more compact structure possible. According to a further particularly advantageous embodiment of the present invention, the roller shutter elements located on the long sides or the alternative on the short sides extend in each case between two lower bearing points located on the insert element side and therefore situated lower than the rectangular frame portion, which are preferably formed by the fuses described above on the side of the plug-in elements. Furthermore, the roller shutter elements, which are arranged on the short sides or alternatively on the long sides, each span between two bearing points or bearing supports which are arranged above the rectangular frame portion in the direction of the axis of elevation, which in turn are thus mounted on the rectangular frame portion. are arranged inwards with an opposition that they release the outer supports of the rectangular frame portion for the stackability of substantially similarly shaped rectangular frame portions, or engage them behind them in the stacked state. Such an arrangement of the roller shutter elements ensures in a simple manner that the roller shutter elements do not interfere with each other and that they can cover each of the attached long and short sides reliably and reliably and completely. Moreover, the overall logistics are improved by the stackability, because several of such rectangular frame parts can be transported together and compactly and, for example, can be transferred to the desired location. The rectangular frame portions can in principle be constructed in various ways, for example as covers or caps. However, the rectangular frame portion is particularly preferably designed as a stable, preferably rectangular frame portion formed by four outer supports, the insertion elements of which are arranged at the corners and / or are substantially identical to the carriage base element with respect to the outer dimensions. Such a rectangular frame section can be assembled and maintained very easily. Moreover, by adjusting the outer dimensions of the rectangular frame portion to those of the carriage base element, it is thereby guaranteed that the outer dimensions of the carriage always correspond to the standard. As an alternative to the attachment or arrangement of the roller shutter elements described above on the rectangular frame portion, from which the roller shutter elements can be pulled from top to bottom, there may also be a design according to an alternative embodiment in which the roller shutter elements are attached either directly via an auxiliary frame to which the roller shutter elements are attached. can be attached directly to the carriage base element and / or to an end portion of the rods arranged on the carriage base element. As a result, the roller shutter elements, viewed in the direction of the height axis, can then be pulled out from bottom to bottom to at least partially cover each of the access openings to the storage space arranged on the short or long sides. This way of functioning corresponds to that previously described with respect to the rectangular frame portion. In this connection, for example, an auxiliary frame could be inserted or suspended in the area of the carriage base element to make the arrangement of roller shutter elements according to the invention available. Also, directly fixing the roller shutter elements at the level of the carriage base element or the level of the rods attached thereto would in principle be possible as described above. According to a further particularly advantageous embodiment, a protective housing is added to the roller shutter elements, which housing comprises at least one cleaning device, by means of which the bottom and / or top of the roller shutter elements forming a flat roller screen, when pulling out and / or winding up the roller shutter elements be cleaned. The cleaning device can for instance be a type of construction with sealing lips or alternatively or additionally comprise a brushing device. Depending on the embodiment, the protective housing can be directly attached to the rectangular frame section, for example such that each roller shutter element is enclosed. With regard to the auxiliary frame or the attachment to the carriage base element or to the rods, the protective housing must then be fixed accordingly there or in the immediate vicinity thereof. According to a further particularly preferred embodiment, it is proposed to attach one of these stabilizing grip strips or grip surfaces to each of the free ends of the roller shutter elements, wherein the grip strips or grip surfaces preferably comprise at least one support element, for example at least one support hook or the like, with which each roller shutter element can be removably secured at a desired cover height to a counter element on the transport side. The slot-shaped holes in the rods described for example in the introduction of the description may serve as the counter element on the side of the transport trolley. This is advantageous, for example, with roller shutter elements arranged at the bottom when they are pulled upwards for covering, while with roller shutter elements arranged at the top, the carriage base element can in principle also be provided with a corresponding counter element, i.e. the attachment to the carriage base element takes place. According to a further particularly preferred embodiment, the grip strips or grip surfaces are intended to comprise two grip recesses which are spaced apart at a certain distance in the longitudinal direction of the grip strips or the grip surfaces. With such grip recesses at a certain distance from each other, it is easily ensured that the roller shutter elements can be pulled down or pulled up evenly without tilting or jamming. Measures which are comparable or equivalent to the grip recesses are handles or the like which can be arranged on the roller shutter elements. The roller shutter elements themselves are preferably made of a web of flexible material, for example of plastic and / or textile material, which in turn is mounted on a rotatable winding shaft, the winding shaft being a component of a pre-tensioned in the winding direction, in particular with a spring prestressed winding device. As a result, the roller shutter elements can simply be pulled out in the desired pull-out position against the force of the winding device. Similarly, when the roller shutter elements are released, it is guaranteed that they roll up themselves, whereby a brake system known per se can be built in. Furthermore, the invention concludes a frame element with the features of claim 16. The invention is further explained below with reference to a drawing. The following is shown: FIG. 1 schematically a side view in perspective of a transport trolley according to the invention, FIG. 2 schematically a rear view of the transport trolley according to the invention according to FIG. 1 FIG. 3 schematically the transport trolley according to FIG. 1 with roller shutter elements included in a protective housing, FIG. 4a shows diagrammatically an enlarged detail view of a protective housing on the short side, FIG. 4b schematically a section through a protective housing according to FIG. 4a, FIG. 5 schematically an enlarged representation of a model of the plug-in connection between the top of a rectangular frame section and the rods of the transport trolley, 6a to 6c show different views of the rectangular frame section. In FIG. 1, a mobile transport vehicle 1 is shown schematically and in perspective from a side view. This mobile transport trolley 1 here forms a so-called CC container for transporting plants and flowers and so on, or of plant and flower trays or the like, wherein the transport trolley comprises a rectangular carriage base element 2 on which for example four transport rollers 3 are arranged. For example, as shown here, the carriage base element 2 can only be formed by a frame construction section on which, for example, a rack or shelf is or will be laid and fixed as a loading floor, which is not shown here for the sake of clarity. The transport trolley 1 further comprises four rods 4 perpendicularly projecting from the corner regions of the trolley base element 2, each of which has the same length or height. These four rods 4 placed at the corners are removable and form-fittingly connected to the carriage base element by means of a plug-in connection not shown here. The four rods 4 placed at the corners define, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 1 taken together with FIG. 2 showing the rear view of FIG. 1 shows a storage space accessible via two opposite short sides 5, 6 and two opposite long sides 7, 8. Optionally, but here shown very schematically with a dotted line, at least one loading floor 10 can be hung in removably in a manner known per se, wherein this loading floor 10, when mounted, is substantially horizontal or parallel to the carriage base element in storage space. 9 is confirmed. Depending on the loading goods to be transported, a plurality of these loading bottoms can be arranged in storage space 9. As in particular from the summary of FIG. 1, 2 and 5, the transport trolley 1 further comprises a rectangular frame portion 11 which here is for example formed by four outer supports 12 which form a stable rectangular frame portion. Here, four roller shutter elements 13, 14, 15 and 16 are attached to this rectangular frame portion 11 in a manner that will be described later. The arrangement of the roller shutter elements 13 to 16 takes place in such a way that in the direction of the height axis z at the end of the transport trolley 1 on each short side 5, 6 and on each long side 7, 8 a roller shutter element is always arranged which is arranged in a loading position (roller shutter element 15, 16 in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2) clears the corresponding selected access opening to the storage space 9 on the short or long side, and which is so movable downwards in the direction of the height axis z (roller shutter elements 13, 14 in Fig. 1 and Figs. 2) that it covers or covers at least partly the selected access opening on the short side or the long side to the storage space according to the extended length of the respective roller shutter element 13 to 16. In the representations of FIG. 1 and 2, for the sake of clarity, a partially covered condition with respect to the roller shutter elements 13 and 14 is shown. It should be clear that, of course, each of the roller shutter elements 13 to 16 can be pulled completely down to the carriage base element 2 and can be releasably fixed there, for example by means of a locking connection. For this purpose the roller shutter elements 13 to 16, as for example in Figs. 2 is only very diagrammatically provided with at least one locking profile 17 as a locking element which engages correspondingly around or behind the carriage base element 2, to form a locking connection to be released. To pull out the roller shutter elements 13 to 16, a stabilizing grip plate 18 is attached to each of these free, grippable ends, which here in particular comprise two grip recesses 19 separated from one another in the longitudinal direction of the grip plate 18, with which together with a two-handed operation by the employee can pull the shutter elements evenly down in the desired manner without getting stuck or tilting. As in FIG. 1 and 2, the locking profile 17 shown here, which is only very schematically, forms part of the grip plate 18. As in FIG. 1 and 2, the roller shutter elements in question extend over the entire long sides or short sides of the transport trolley, so that it is possible to completely cover the goods placed in the storage space 9. The rectangular frame portion 11 carrying the roller shutter elements 13 to 16 in a manner to be described, comprises, at the bottom carrying the rods, an insertion element 20 in the corner regions of the rectangular frame portion, with which the rectangular frame portion is form-locked in an insertion recess 21 of the rods can be inserted (see in particular Fig. 5) to attach the rectangular frame portion 11 to the rods via a positive plug-in connection. As further from FIG. 5, the insert recess 21 may be formed, for example, by a U-shaped cross section in the rod. In FIG. 5, it is also very easy to see the overhanging slot slots 22 located at a certain distance, into which the loading bottoms 10 can be removably hung in by means of associated support hooks, not shown here. As shown in FIG. 5 can be further concluded, the plug-in elements 20 are provided here with L-corners (2, 3) which limit the plug-in length of the plug-in elements 20 and which, in an advantageous double function, also serve for the storage of a single whole here. schematically shown winding shaft 24 of a winding shaft of the roller shutter element not shown here in detail. On the opposite long sides 7, 8 of the transport trolley, the two roller shutter elements 13, 15 extend for the long sides to the area below the rectangular frame portion 11 between two such L-corners 23. The roller shutter elements 14, 16 for the short sides, on the other hand, are in the region above the rectangular frame portion 11 and also against the L corners 25, which, however, are arranged inwardly positioned on the rectangular frame portion 11 so that they leave the outer supports 12 of the rectangular frame portion 11 free for stacking. of several of such rectangular frame portions on top of each other. With such rectangular frame parts 11 stacked on top of each other, the insertion elements 20 then lie for example on the plane of the L-corners 25. This simple stacking possibility is a considerable advantage, in particular for return logistics. The roller shutter elements 13 to 16 themselves are preferably made of a flexible material web made of plastic or textile material which, moreover, is preferably desinfectable in order to prevent plant diseases or the like. In a manner not shown here, the end of the roller shutter elements 13 to 16, not shown here, is fixed to a rotatable winding shaft which is part of a winding device that is prestressed in the winding direction, in particular with a spring. Furthermore, at least one of the roller shutter elements can be provided with at least one, preferably transparent storage bag, into which cards, papers or the like can be inserted which can contain instructions with details about the transport and / or the goods, for example about the goods to be transported , times of watering, delivery address, etc., to name just a few examples. This is shown in FIG. 1, however, is shown diagrammatically and as an example with dotted lines and is designated by the reference numeral 30. Furthermore, at least one element can be provided for unhooking or tensioning, with which the roller shutter elements can be unhooked and / or tensioned separately or simultaneously to prevent, for example, protruding bulging. For this purpose, for example, reinforcement rails or plates can be attached to the roller shutter elements, such as only extremely schematically and as an example in FIG. 2 is shown in dotted lines and is designated by the reference numeral 32 (it will be clear that of course more than the two reinforcement rails shown here as examples only); alternatively, however, it is also possible to place belts or belts that enable the roller shutter elements to be detached, which is not shown here. The connection to a plurality of roller shutter elements by means of such means is also possible in principle. The roller shutter elements can also further comprise through openings 31, for example in the form of holes and / or slots, which extend at least over a partial range of the surfaces of the roller shutter elements and which can, for example, ensure air circulation, which is shown in FIG. 1 is only shown schematically and as an example with respect to the roller shutter element 13. The passage openings are only shown here as an example and can of course extend in random patterns distributed over the surfaces of the roller shutter elements. FIG. 6a to 6c show a bottom view from above (Fig. 6a), a side view on the short side (Fig. 6b) and a side view on the long side (Fig. 6c) of the rectangular frame section 11, which can be used as a separate and separate one assembly unit is shown. For protection against, in particular, weather influences, it has preferably been envisaged that the roller shutter elements 13 to 16 are further encased in a protective housing 26, which is shown schematically and as an example in FIG. 3 is shown. FIG. 4a shows diagrammatically an enlarged detail view of such a protective housing 26 which comprises a slot opening 27 extending in the longitudinal direction of the long side of the protective housing 26, where the roller shutter elements 13 to 16 or the material webs which the roller shutter elements 13 to 16 can be guided through with 16 shapes. As can be seen in particular in FIG. 4b which schematically shows a cross-section through such a protective housing 26, a cleaning element 28 can be placed in the slot opening 27 which is made, for example, of elastomeric material and / or of metal and which comprises wiper blades 29 lying on the top or bottom of the roller shutter elements with which moisture and dirt can be wiped off the material web, in particular when winding up the roller shutter elements. Alternatively or additionally, a brush element can also be arranged in the region of the slot opening. As the above-made embodiments of the preferred exemplary embodiments of the present invention show, the solution according to the invention provides a device of roller shutter elements for transporting a transport trolley, in particular as a CC container, which can be separately and simply and which can be designed in a simple manner such that the standardized outer dimensions of the transport trolley 1 are not exceeded. In total, the present invention provides a transport trolley that requires little waiting time and less repair, with which the goods to be transported can simply and functionally be reliably covered or covered. As a result, the use of ecologically meaningless wrapping devices with shrink film or unmanageable wrapping designs can advantageously be dispensed with. Moreover, with the solution according to the invention, the process or process progress with regard to production, goods receipt, storage, order picking and goods issue can substantially simplify the total value chain. Thus, with the solution according to the invention, for example, during goods receipt or during quality control, only the roller shutter element has to be opened on one side to be able to view the delivered goods or to check the goods for transport damage. This can be done simply by following a simple roller shutter technique in which the relevant roller shutter element to be opened is very simply detached from its support points on the transport trolley and wound up from itself to the top. At the end of the inspection round, the roller shutter element can then simply again be grasped and pulled downwards against the force of the winding device in order to attach the support angle 17 to the carriage base element in the manner previously described. Also with the transport trolley system according to the invention the risk is clearly reduced that goods to be secured are not properly secured, because the roller shutter elements are easy to operate in the manner described above. Also watering or checking the order picking of the flower or plant goods to be transported is facilitated in a simple manner, because, unlike with wrapping foil or in the wrapping designs, access to the load can be achieved in a simple manner.
