专利说明:
Retaining device for the spare wheel of a camping trailer. The invention relates to a retaining device for a spare wheel to be carried along on a camping trailer, according to the introductory part of claim 1. Retaining devices for vehicle spare wheels are generally known, in which in particular in the area of folding caravan trailers on the ground respectively. the chassis of the trailer is provided with a fixation of the spare wheel, and these bearing connections are difficult to use due to a difficult-to-access position. Solutions are known for spare wheel holders in the area of caravans (Company AL-KO, Accessories, Article No. 209 550), whereby the spare wheel is held on a sled-shaped carrier. Telescopic rods are thereby held in the longitudinal carriers of the undercarriage so that an operating position moved laterally next to the undercarriage can be achieved. However, such carriage supports are heavy in weight and are cumbersome due to a multitude of components during assembly and operation. In addition, the telescopic parts can be adversely affected by contaminations in their function such that, if necessary, cumbersome preparations and additional aids are required to reach the spare wheel prior to operation. It is an object of the invention to provide a retaining device for the spare wheel of a camping trailer, which with a comparatively simple built-up carrier exhibits a low susceptibility to contamination, wherein the construction as a whole can be of light weight and wherein in the space-saving its installation condition, it is also possible to drive over larger bumps, such as road edges or the like, free of damage. The invention solves this problem with a holding device with the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments are apparent from claims 2 to 12. According to the invention, the retaining device for the spare wheel of a camping trailer is designed as a comparatively simple frame unit, which forms a functional system with few and easy to handle retaining and operating modules. This frame unit, which can be manufactured inexpensively with little use of materials, can be integrated with the spare wheel on it in such a way that the ground clearance of the trailer is not influenced by an optimum installation condition. The frame, which consists of respective rod and beam parts made available in standard dimensions, can moreover also be constructed from tubular semi-finished products, so that a low weight is achieved and so that the parts that are preferably welded to each other are hardly susceptible to contamination due to edge-free profile development. For securing the frame unit, on the one hand, the profiling of the longitudinal members forming the frame can be used as a direct bearing surface for a transversely alignable support beam and, on the other hand, a connecting element is provided at the end of a T-shaped leg of the frame unit. chassis, which has a hook-shaped connecting element with simple retaining and closing parts directed towards the chassis. This means that the system can be reliably operated by users who are less experienced without additional tools. Further details and favorable embodiments of the invention appear from the following drawings, in which an embodiment of the holding device according to the invention is illustrated. Show in the drawing: Fig. 1 a perspective view of the retaining device in mounting position on a chassis of a camping trailer, FIG. 2 is a bottom view of the holding device according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a separate view of the holding device, in top view, FIG. 4 is an enlarged fragmentary representation of the retaining device in the area of the connecting element facing the chassis and FIG. 5 is a rear view of the retaining device in the mounting position, partly in section. In FIG. 1 shows a retaining device for a spare wheel 2, indicated in its entirety by 1, in the area of a camping trailer C, wherein the spare wheel 2 indicated by a dashed line is in the transport position. The spare wheel 2 is thereby held on a carrier T which can be connected to respective chassis parts 3, 4 of the chassis F (Fig. 2) and which is furthermore movable in a removal position (not shown). Starting from such per se known holding devices 1, the carrier T according to the invention is formed as an essentially T-shaped frame unit G (Fig. 3) which, compared to constructions on the market, is characterized by a simple construction, smaller susceptibility to contamination and user-friendly handling. For this functional optimization of a carrier system for a spare wheel, the frame unit G is formed with a pivot bar 5 which is provided for movable support on the two parallel chassis parts 3, 4 of the chassis F. Starting from this pivot bar 5 are two with a distance E supporting beams 6 and 7 running parallel to a longitudinal center plane M, which for their part have a cross piece 8 fixing this at the other end. In the region of this cross piece 8, a connecting element for the chassis generally indicated by 9 and directed towards the chassis F is provided (Fig. 4, Fig. 5). This concept of the simple frame unit G is advantageously designed in such a way that the entrained spare wheel 2 can be integrated to a large extent in the component height H (Fig. 1) of the chassis F of the camping trailer. By optimally dimensioning the respective parts of the frame unit G, in the installation condition, the ground clearance 10 (Fig. 2) of the camping trailer C is essentially not affected. At the same time, a favorable packing position accessible without additional aids is achieved underneath the bottom 11. The summary overview of FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 makes it clear that the beam parts 5 as well as 6 and 7 of the frame unit G can advantageously be manufactured from tubular semi-finished products. This also ensures stability with an aluminum version and the retaining device 1 as a whole has a low weight. Optimal surface protection is possible through a powder coating of the aluminum parts that is known per se. It is also conceivable to design the frame unit as a steel construction and to adapt the parts by hot-dip galvanizing or similar surface treatment to the conditions of use endangered by pollution under the camping trailer C. An embodiment of the frame unit G (not shown) is provided instead of the two with variable distance E at the installation space resp. support beams 6 and 7, which can be adjusted to the size of the wheel 2, only one beam part. This could be in the form of a plate profile, a tube or the like. semi-finished product, which is provided on the end side with the swivel beam 5 resp. the connecting element 9 for the chassis. The pivot beam 5 herein has a length R adapted to the distance of the two chassis parts 3 and 4, wherein at the ends of the beam 5 and respective support parts 5 ', 5 "are provided of a vibration-damping material. In the schematic representation of FIG. 5, with a spare wheel 2 indicated by dashed lines, it becomes clear that this can also have a mounting position H 'protruding upwards above the chassis F. This is particularly conceivable for constructions in which the spare wheel 2 can extend into the transport space 12 (Fig. 1) of the camping trailer and the spare wheel 2 thereby forms a sub-area of the bottom wall 11. It is also conceivable that the bottom wall 11 consists of a flexible bottom mat of plastic or similar material formed from layers, so that the height H 'can be compensated in a suitable manner. In a further configuration of the frame unit G, the area of the spare wheel 2 can also be provided with an upper and / or lower cover (not shown). In the representation according to FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the frame unit G in the area of the supporting beams 6 and 7, wherein they form a "receiving bowl" W which grips under the spare wheel 2 in the mounting position. To this end, the two supporting beams 6, 7 are made of semi-finished products, which have an arc contour at 13 and 14 in the longitudinal direction M '. These semi-finished products can in particular be made available as single-part tube parts, so that subsequently, in accordance with the variably adjustable arc contours 13,14, a transformation is possible and the pre-processed supporting beams 6, 7 can be connected to the swivel beam 5. The two supporting beams 6, 7 are fixed by means of welded connections, directed towards the area of the transverse beam 5, whereby plug-in, screw or similar releasable connections can also be envisaged here. Corresponding designs are also provided for connecting to the cross piece 8 for fixing and fixing the supporting beams 6 and 7. For fixing the spare wheel 2, there is provided on the frame G a mounting member 17 for the wheel, wherein it is held in the area between the front swivel beam and the rear cross piece 8 on the supporting beams 6 and 7. The spare wheel 2, which can be placed on a receiving pipe piece 18 that is held by means of a beam 20, can thereby be fixed by means of a fixing screw 19 known per se (Fig. 4). The summary overview of FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 illustrates the construction of the chassis connecting element 9 provided on the rear cross piece 8 of the frame unit G, which, in a constructionally favorable embodiment, has a latching hook 22 to be operated with an operating lever 21. In FIG. 5, a corresponding installation position of this latching connection has been made clear, wherein as an additional security module there is provided a plug-in connection 24 on a retaining plate 23 connected to the cross piece 8. In the retaining plate 23 a receiving slot 25 is provided, in which an insert part 27 held on the chassis side can be entered. With this module an additional security of the retaining device 1 can be achieved by means of a carabiner 28, a lock, a split pin or the like, the lock acting as protection against theft. In FIG. 1, the operation of the above-described holding device 1 has been made clear with various movement arrows, wherein it can, if necessary, be released from the shown carrier position. The frame unit G is thereby adapted to the chassis F in such a way that, after unlocking the parts in the area of the connecting element 9 for the chassis, a displacement in the area of the front swivel beam 5 is made possible (rotational movement according to arrow N). After suitable displacement by pivoting at the free rear end, the spare wheel 2, together with the frame unit G, can be placed in a frame adjacent to the chassis F, resp. vehicle C, accessible pull-out position are transferred. In an efficient embodiment of this operating process, after unlocking the connecting element 9 for the chassis, the frame unit G is folded downwards about the axis D of the swivel beam 5 (arrow K), the swivel beam with its end parts 5 ', 5 " rests on a respective profile part 29, 29 'of the chassis parts 3, 4. After this folding down, the entire frame unit G can be pulled out to the rear (arrow L) and in this pull-out position at least the spare wheel 2 can be removed from the supporting beams 6, 7. The favorable light construction of the frame unit G according to the invention also makes it possible that, after loosening the connecting element 9 for the chassis and a comparatively short pivoting movement in the arrow direction K, an intermediate position is reached and in this intermediate position a lateral pivoting of the frame unit G is executable in the direction of arrow S. The pivot beam 5 is herein pivoted at one end in the region of the support end 5 'on the profile part 29' around the point P (Fig. 1), the other end 5 "being moved next to the profile part 29 and is thus moved towards This results in a "transverse position" for the frame unit G and can be released in its entirety from the chassis F. Optionally, a displacement in a position of use situated laterally or behind the vehicle C is possible. . It will be clear that during the mounting of the retaining device the movement phases described above can be carried out in reverse order.
