Headlight
The invention relates to a headlamp for a two-wheeler, in particular a bicycle, e-bike, pedelec or the like, with a housing in which an LED driving platine is arranged, with a light unit accommodating the LED, which meets the requirements of the street traffic resp. possesses the adjusted beam characteristic of the legal regulations with the use of a reflector as well as a light-diffusing plate.
A head lamp of the type mentioned at the outset is known from the undisclosed DE 10 2010 037 174, wherein the head lamp shown here is designed to receive the individual components separately in the housing and to connect them separately to them releasably.
It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a headlamp of the type mentioned at the outset, wherein the assembly of its individual components is facilitated.
In the case of a headlamp of the type mentioned in the introduction, the object is solved by the fact that the housing is formed as a central housing with at least one central mounting for a fastener, that a mounting frame is provided for receiving at least one electrical memory cell and that the light unit and the receiving frame always have at least one ring weld which can be releasably connected to the central housing by means of fastening means to be introduced into the central housing.
This has the advantage that the light unit and the receiving frame for a memory cell can be fixed to the housing with at least one common fixing means, such as for example a screw. This fixation and fixation of the components relative to each other thus offer a precise and reproducible light result of the headlight.
It has proved to be particularly advantageous if the central mounting, the fixing means and the ring welding are arranged exactly twice. The degree of freedom of rotation about the longitudinal axis of the fastening means is thereby additionally inhibited in addition to the force fastening clamped by the fastening means by means of a form fastening via the ring welds arranged twice. Moreover, the components of the headlight can be aligned very accurately with respect to each other.
It is particularly useful if the housing has a housing support. This housing support shields the heat generated by the LED from the heat-sensitive electrical memory cells in the receiving frame, thereby providing the headlight with additional stability.
It is advantageous if the housing support has at least one, preferably precisely two passages. In these passages, the ring welding of the receiving frame and the light unit can be guided and placed in the central housing.
It has been found to be particularly preferred that the central receptacle has a mounting surface for mounting at least one ring weld. This mounting surface also provides an easier installation for the fitter, since the mounting surface gives him an indication of the position in which he must bring the light unit and the mounting frame in order to attach the two components to the housing.
It is furthermore advantageous if the ring welds are designed for mutual contact. In addition to flat mounting surfaces, wavy or zigzag-shaped mounting surfaces are possible that block relative movement of the ring welds of the light unit and the ring welds of the recording frame with respect to each other.
It has been found to be particularly advantageous if the receiving frame has elements for its positional fixation at the rear. Often the electrical memory cells are very heavy, so that the ring welds of the receiving frame secured with the fastening means are subjected to very strong loads. The elements for position fixation at the rear of the mounting frame serve to compensate for these loads. A simple possibility of realizing the elements for position fixation at the rear is created by means of ring welds that can be fastened with fastening means.
It has been found to be particularly advantageous if the receiving frame is designed to be modularly interchangeable. As a result, different recording frames for receiving different electrical memory cells can be used at the headlight. In particular, memory cells such as, for example, lithium ion batteries, nickel metal hydride batteries or normal batteries, respectively. standard batteries can be used with the headlight according to the invention.
Finally, it has been proven favorable that the receiving frame is connected to at least one modular interchangeably and releasably connected to the platine-connectable contact element. This allows different types of batteries or battery types to be used for the use of the headlight.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments represented in the drawing; show there:
FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a first embodiment of the headlamp according to the invention,
FIG. 2 a headlight according to figure 1 with light unit positioned in the housing and inserted battery,
FIG. 3 a headlight according to figure 1 with cover,
FIG. 4 a section through the headlight according to the invention,
FIG. 5 a headlight with a dismantled battery,
FIG. 6 is an exploded view of a further embodiment,
FIG. 7 a partial mounting of the headlight from figure 6,
FIG. 8 a headlight according to figure 6 with disassembled batteries,
FIG. 9 a headlight according to figure 8 with inserted batteries,
FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a headlight according to the invention, and
FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a further embodiment of the headlamp.
Figures 1 to 5 show a headlamp 1 for a two-wheeler, in particular for a bicycle, e-bike, pedelec or the like with a housing 2 in which a platinum 4 controlling an LED 3 is arranged, with a light unit 5 receiving the LED, wherein these meet the requirements of street traffic resp. the legal characteristic with the use of a reflector 6 as well as a light-scattering plate 7 adjusted radiation characteristic. In the embodiment shown, the housing 2 is formed as a central housing 2 with two central receptacles 8 for two fastening means 9. The receiving frame 10 is arranged for receiving an electrical memory cell 11 and the light unit 5 and the receiving frame 10 each have exactly two ring welds 12, which can be releasably connected to the central housing 2 by means of fastening means 9 that can be inserted into the central receiving means 8.
The central housing 2 has a housing support 13, in which two lead-throughs 14 for guiding the ring welding 12 are provided. Each central receptacle 8 has a mounting surface 15 for mounting a ring weld 12.
In Figure 2, the ring welds 12 of the light unit 5 are in contact with the mounting surface 15 of the central receptacle 8. In addition, the electric memory cell 11 is arranged in the receptacle frame 10. The receiving frame 10 shown has elements 16 for service position fixation at the rear which are in this case formed as ring welds 12 which can be fastened with fixing means 9.
It can be seen from Figure 3 that the ring welds 12 in the exemplary embodiment shown are designed to mutually abut. In addition, a bearing support 19 is provided in the housing support 13 for a pivotable cover 18. A foam 20 is positioned in the cover 18, which, as shown in Figure 4, serves as a buffer between the cover 18 and the electrical memory cell 11. Figure 4 furthermore shows that a push button 21 is provided on the central housing 2 for operating the plate 4. Provided on the cover 18 is a spring 22 supporting a lever 23. The headlight 1 can hereby be releasably connected to a holder.
A-.
In Figure 5 the electrical memory cell 11 is dismantled and the headlight 1 with the cover 18 open.
Figures 6 to 9 show a further embodiment of the headlamp 1 according to the invention with modular interchangeable receptacle frame 10. In the exploded view of Fig. 6 it appears that contact receptacle 17 can be connected modularly and releasably to the receptacle frame 10. The receiving frame 10 shown here is for receiving standard batteries or standard batteries. Figure 7 shows a partial mounting of the headlight 1 of figure 6, while figure 8 and figure 9 show the headlight 1 completely assembled, once with inserted batteries and once with removed batteries. The electric memory cells 11 are, as is customary with headlamps 1 of this kind, rechargeable via a USB connection 24 provided on the platform 4. Of course, in a preferred embodiment of the headlamp 1, the battery in the central housing 2 can also be charged in a conventional manner, without needing a USB connection 24.
Figure 10 shows the headlight 1 in a perspective view from the rear, showing that a sensor 25 for opening the central housing 2 is arranged at the rear. As a result, the cover 18 is swiveled open about the axis of the bearing support 19, in order to exchange the standard batteries or standard batteries.
When the headlight 1 is used with a lithium ion battery, this sensor 25 can be omitted, as shown in Fig. 11. The electric memory cell 11 hereby remains in the housing 2 of the headlight 1 continuously and is usually charged from outside via a USB connection 24.
