PURPOSE: A power driving device using a touch type card reader and a card is provided to minimize a consumption of a dry cell of a card reader using a key lock using a magnet built-in card and to reduce a processing loss of an exhausted dry cell. CONSTITUTION: A magnet built-in card lock, a reed switch, a coil built-in card reader, and an input device for inputting a card are provided. In the case that the magnet built-in card lock is accessed to the reed switch and the coil built-in card reader, a power source is supplied in a circuit. A coil and a reed switch read a card for operating the card reader. In addition, the magnet built-in card and the input device for registering a card are necessary. In the case that the magnet built-in card is accessed to the coil and the reed switch, a power source is supplied by the reed switch, and a card is read and the circuit is operated. Thus, the device is used for various kinds of locking devices.
