In general, various types of injection molding methods and injection molding dies, which are used for injection molding molded articles, are already proposed in various forms as resins such as polystyrene and polypropylene ABS. That is, when the thermoplastic resin is injection-molded a molded article having a difference in thickness, the thick portion of the resin filled in the mold solidifies later than the thin portion during cooling and solidification of the molded product, which is a decisive factor in lowering the product value of the molded article. As the conventional injection mold is shown in FIG. 1, the mold 10 includes a cavity 13 having a gate (not shown) inside thereof by the fixed mold 11 and the movable mold 12. On the lower side of the movable mold 12, an air injection tip 20 is installed such that an upper end thereof protrudes into the cavity 13.
Below the movable mold 12, a plurality of fastening members 14 and a mill pin (not shown) are fastened or disposed at a predetermined position, and the lower side of the air injection tip 20 is not shown in the air supply device and air. It is installed in communication with the supply pipe 30.

Therefore, the present invention was created to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to facilitate the maintenance and repair without the need to disassemble the air injection tip from the mold by separating the upper and lower portions of the tip. Another object of the present invention is to provide an air injection tip of an injection mold to reduce the number of air discharge holes formed in the tip end to reduce the processing cost.

In addition, since one air discharge hole 66 is formed at the front end of the upper body 60 unlike the related art, it is relatively easy to mold, thereby reducing the processing cost.
As described above, the air injection tip of the injection mold according to the present invention facilitates the maintenance and repair of the injection mold by allowing the tip to be detachable and reducing the number of fine pores. Not only can the fill tip be more maintainable, but the machining costs can be reduced.
