专利说明:

Rotor assembly of motor for hermetic rotary compressor
The present invention relates to a hermetic rotary compressor, and more particularly to a rotor constituting the motor of the compressor, and in particular, by fastening the respective components in a screw-fastening manner, the fastening work is convenient and the fastening failure is reduced. The rotor assembly of the motor for a hermetic rotary compressor can be easily disassembled and repaired without damage.
A general hermetic rotary compressor is composed of a motor 1 and a compression pump 2 for compressing refrigerant sucked while operating in conjunction with rotation of the motor 1, as shown in FIG. 1) and the compression pump (2) is fixed in the cylindrical sealed container (3).
A discharge pipe 4 is installed at an upper side of the sealed container 3, an oil pan 5 for storing oil is installed at a lower side thereof, and a side for guiding refrigerant into a cylinder of the compression pump 2. The accumulator 6 is installed.
The motor 1 is composed of a stator assembly 10 and a rotor assembly 20, the stator assembly 10 is fixed to the inner surface of the hermetic container 3, the rotor assembly ( 20 is provided to maintain an appropriate gap on the central axis of the stator assembly 10.
When a current is applied to the stator assembly 10, a rotating magnetic field is generated, the permanent magnet rotor assembly 20 is induced to rotate, and the compression of the compression pump 2 is performed by the rotational force of the motor 1. The refrigerant sucked into the cylinder is compressed to high temperature and high pressure and discharged through the discharge pipe.
As shown in FIG. 2, the rotor assembly 20 includes a rotor 21 having a shaft hole 21a at a central portion thereof, and upper and lower end plates 22 attached to upper and lower surfaces of the rotor 21. 22 '), a pair of semi-circular balance weights 23 and 23' which are provided rotationally symmetrically on the upper and lower parts of the rotor 21, and the upper and lower end plates 22 and 22 'and the balance weight. It consists of several rivet pins 24 which fix the 23 and 23 'with respect to the rotor 21. As shown in FIG.
The rivet-pin 24 passes through the rivet holes of the balance weights 23 and 23 ′, the rivet holes of the upper and lower end plates 22 and 22 ′, and the rivet holes of the rotor 21. It is inserted so as to protrude downward from, and is cocked by a jig as shown in Figure 3 to secure each component.
The jig includes a top jig 25 for closely contacting the upper portion of the rivet-pin 24 to the balance weights 23 and 23 'and an end portion of the rivet-pin 24 to the end plates 22 and 22'. It consists of an expansion jig 26 which expands to be fixed.
In the conventional rotor assembly as described above, each component, for example, upper and lower end plates 22 and 22 'and upper and lower balance weights 23 and 23' is set on the rotor 21. While pressing the upper part of the rivet-pin 24 with the top jig 25, the lower part is extended with the expansion jig 26 to fix and assemble the parts.
However, the rotor assembly of the general hermetic rotary compressor motor as described above, by fastening the respective components by rivet-pin, not only the fastening operation but also a problem that the fastening failure occurs. In other words, if the pressing force of the top jig is too large, deformation occurs in the rotor, and if the pressing force is too small, the expansion jig does not fully expand and a fastening failure occurs in which the component flows.
In addition, the rotor assembly using the rivet-pin cannot reuse the rivet-pin because the end of the rivet-pin must be reworked when the rotor assembly needs to be disassembled for repair. There was a lot of difficulty in maintaining, such as damage.
The present invention has been made in view of the above, it is not only easy to fasten each part when assembling the rotor assembly, but also can reduce the fastening failure, can be disassembled and dismantled without damaging other parts It is an object to provide a rotor assembly of a motor for a hermetic rotary compressor.

The object of the present invention as described above is a rotor having an axial hole in a central portion, an upper and lower end plates attached to upper and lower surfaces of the rotor, and a pair of semi-circular balance weights that are rotationally symmetrically installed on upper and lower portions of the rotor. And a fastening member configured to fasten the upper and lower end plates and the balance weight to the rotor, wherein the fastening member passes through the rivet hole of the rotor to balance the fastening member. It is achieved by providing a rotor assembly of a motor for a hermetic rotary compressor, characterized in that it consists of a set screw which is screwed to the weight, wherein the balance weight has a screw hole of a predetermined depth.
The rotor assembly of the motor for a hermetic rotary compressor according to the present invention is to set each part of the rotor assembly to the rotor, and then insert the set screw from the opposite side of the balance weight having a screw hole and then set the set screw with the fixing jig. Assemble each part while rotating. Therefore, the fastening operation of the component parts can be conveniently performed, and it is possible to reduce the state of applying excessive force or not fastening. In addition, disassembly and dismantling for repair can be easily dismantled without damaging other parts.
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention Preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described based on the accompanying drawings.
4 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a rotor assembly of the motor for a hermetic rotary compressor according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a fastening screw used in the rotor assembly of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, the rotor assembly of the hermetic rotary compressor motor according to the present invention has upper and lower end plates 22 and 22 'installed on the upper and lower surfaces of the rotor 21 having the shaft hole 21a at the center thereof. The upper and lower end plates 22 and 22 'are provided with balance weights 23 and 23' in rotational symmetry.
As described above, the upper and lower end plates 22 and 22 'and the upper and lower balance weights 23 and 23' disposed in the upper and lower portions of the rotor 21 are the balance weights 23 and 23 '. It is fixed by the fixing screw 30 is fastened from the opposite side of the balance weight (23, 23 ') is formed with a screw hole (23a) of a predetermined depth to which the fixing screw 30 is fastened.
Here, the fixing screw 30 is a screw portion (30a) of the lower end portion is fastened to the screw hole (23a) of the balance weight 23 (23 ') is processed, and is formed slightly larger than the height of the rotor The fastening with the balance weight allows each component to be firmly fixed.
The rotor assembly of the hermetic rotary compressor motor according to the present invention as described above rotates each component, for example, upper and lower end plates 22 and 22 'and upper and lower balance weights 23 and 23'. After setting in the electron 21 and inserting the fixing screw 30 on the opposite side of the balance weight 23 (23 ') having the threaded hole 23a, the fixing screw 30 is rotated with the fixing jig 40. To the balance weights 23 and 23 'to be assembled.
Here, the fixing jig 40 may be any structure as long as the fixing screw 30 can be rotated.
As described above, the rotor assembly of the hermetic rotary compressor motor according to the present invention has a structure in which each component is fastened and fixed with a fixing screw, so that the fastening operation of the component parts can be performed conveniently, It can reduce the status of non-fastening. In addition, when disassembly and disassembly for repair can be easily dismantled without damaging other parts, it is very advantageous for maintenance.
In the above has been shown and described with respect to one embodiment for implementing the rotor assembly of the hermetic rotary compressor motor according to the present invention, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, the invention claimed in the claims below Various changes can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the invention.
