    As is generally known, in the package assembly process, a final quantity of good quality packages or some completed packages are put in a predetermined quantity in a packaging container of a tube or tray made of an antistatic material. This is to pursue the convenience of storage or transport while protecting the packages from electrostatic damage from external exposure. The tube is mainly applied for hole insertion packages, and the tray is mainly applied for surface mount packages.
    Although the entire manufacturing process of the surface mount packages has been carried out by the company, in recent years, the frequency of requesting an external specialized company for some processes to achieve cost reduction due to productivity improvement is increasing.
    On the other hand, after the external specialist completes the process requested by the outsourcing, as shown in Figure 1, after the tray (1) containing the surface-mounted package 10 each in the tray packing box (3) and then the tray Packing boxes (3) of 2-3 have been laminated and tied by the belt (5) has been received by the company.
