Electronic manual transmission
The present invention relates to an electronic manual transmission, and more particularly, to an electronic manual transmission in which a driver shifts each shift rod back and forth by pressing an electronic button so that the driver shifts gears.
In general, the manual transmission of the vehicle, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, when the driver operates the shift lever installed next to the driver's seat in the vehicle's interior for shifting, the operating force is selected via the change rod 10. To the crank lever shaft 14 and the crank lever 16 so that the crank lever 16 rotates left and right, and the shift end 18 of the selected stage (between 1-2 stage, 3-4 stage and 5-R stage) Move forward and backward.
By shifting the shift rod 24 connecting with the shift end 18 described above, the shift fork 26 moves the clutch sleeve 28 back and forth to achieve a gear shift.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problem, the electronic manual transmission in which the actuator operation of the gear shifts the shift rod forward and backward by pressing the electronic button so that the gear shift becomes a gear shift. The purpose of the invention is to provide.
According to the present invention for realizing the above object, the button switch of each selection stage of the selection button unit installed in the cabin of the driver's easy-to-operate position can be connected to the input of the control unit to send the output signal of each selection stage. The actuator of the control unit is connected to the output terminal of the control unit so that the shift rod of the selection stage is advanced.
Accordingly, the present invention is that when the driver presses the button switch of the selection button unit for gear shifting, the gear shift is made electronically by moving the shift rod of the corresponding selection stage forward or backward, simplifying the internal structure of the transmission mechanism. At the same time, the shifting power of the driver can be reduced.

The control unit 60 receiving the operation signal moves the shift rods 57, 58 and 59 forward or backward to move the shift fork 26 on the shift rod, thereby becoming a gear shift.
As described above, in the present invention, when the driver presses the button switches 51 to 56 of the selection button unit 50 to shift the gear, the shift rods 57, 58 and 59 of the corresponding selection stage are advanced or moved. The gear shift is made electronically by reversing, which simplifies the internal structure of the transmission mechanism and reduces the driver's shifting power.
