专利摘要:
The present invention relates to a method of executing a reservation recording by priority registration in a VSI system. In the related art, a plurality of reservation recording programs are registered by automatically setting an order from the first to an arbitrary number in a system, and the reservation recording program is based on the order. It is designed to record, but if the remaining tape of another program can not be executed in one program during the scheduled recording, a means to arbitrarily set and record a scheduled recording program deemed important by the user is devised. It was not desirable because it was not. According to the present invention, in order to improve the above problems, the system checks the remaining tape amount when the recording time of the predetermined scheduled recording program is reached, and checks whether the remaining tape amount is about one time recording time (about 60 minutes). If not, the present invention provides a priority reservation recording method for a VSI system, which is performed by the priority reservation recording processing program 100 including searching for and recording a user-set priority recording program.

Preferential Recording Method of VSI System
The present invention relates to a priority reservation recording method considering the remaining amount of tape in a VSI system. In particular, when a user sets the highest priority reservation recording in such a VSI system, a reservation recording program is set as a priority when the remaining capacity of the tape is insufficient. By making this recording possible, it is possible to prevent the scheduled recording of missed contents from failing due to insufficient tape remaining in such a system.
A general VSI system is an electronic device having a recording / playback function that is commonly used with a TV receiver. As shown in the block diagram.
Here, a tuner 34 for receiving a regular broadcast signal from an antenna 33 of a VSI system and performing channel tuning, and a phase for controlling a phase locked loop (PLL) of the tuning signal provided from the tuner 34. The lock loop circuit 35, the microcomputer 32 for controlling the BC system, the OSD part 41 for generating the OSD image, and the like are provided.
The system also controls a VSI system memory 42, a key matrix 31 for various key operations, a deck 36 for recording / playback deck operation, a drive motor on the deck 36 side, and the like. It consists of the structure containing the servo circuit 37, the RF converter 38, the video block 39 of video signal processing, the TV receiver part 40, etc.
In such a VSI system, conventionally, the remaining amount of the tape can be checked using an OSD program. This method is performed as shown in Table 1 below.
TABLE 1

Therefore, the user can check the state of the tape which is being played back / recorded from time to time through the above screen.
On the other hand, in the related art of the remaining tape, if the length of the tape is insufficient during the scheduled recording of VSI by Baroque, this is checked. Sudan is known from Korean Patent Application Publication No. 94-9990, and this technique is shown as shown in Figs.
In other words, the microcomputer 32 and the tape remaining sensor 43 that receive the status signal from the system's tape remaining sensor 43 while receiving the simple reservation code from the system's baroque decoder are included in the video block. 39, the OSD circuit 41, the TV receiver 40, and the like are included.
In the above system, when the medicine recording time is achieved by the baroque, the simple reservation code memorized through the baroque decoder of the system is input to the microcomputer 32, and the microcomputer 32 calculates the remaining amount of tape in the manner as shown in FIG. After the calculation, appropriate measures were taken.
In this case, if there is input of a quick reservation code in the system, the quick reservation code is analyzed to calculate the total reservation recording time, and if the total reservation recording time is t1, the remaining tape time is t2, and the total tape time t3 is checked, t1t2, t1t3, etc. If not t1t2, the reserved recording mode is performed as it is.
In addition, when t1t3 is not described above, t2-t1 is displayed on the screen and a registered reservation recording is requested, and when t1t3, rewinding is performed to start recording from the beginning of the tape.
However, this prior art has been devised for the case where the remaining tape amount is insufficient compared to the reservation time. However, in such a system, when the remaining tape amount is insufficient for recording all the various reserved programs, the user reserves the reservation. Among the many programs set in the recording, a means for recording a program that wants to execute the affirmation recording first is not desirable because it has not been devised.
On the other hand, the video program recorded by the user in the conventional VSI system has a variety of time ranging from 30 minutes to 60 minutes in the case of a normal cartoon movie, 60 minutes to 180 minutes in the general movie.
In addition, it is known that a home recording tape corresponding to the time of the video program has a length of 20 minutes (T-20) to 120 minutes (T-120), and these recording tapes record a video program for general purposes. It is used as things to do.
As such, in the conventional VSI system, when a user wants to record a specific video program of 90 minutes on the recording tape, the recording tape had to utilize 120 minutes of at least 90 minutes or more in the standard mode. If no tape was provided, two 60-minute records would be prepared for recording.
The above case is a case where the recording and playback operations are not processed in the double speed mode or the like.
Therefore, in the conventional case as described above, the management of the recording tape is relatively difficult when the play time of the specific program does not match the length of the recording tape.
For example, if the video program is 60 minutes long and the recording tape is 90 minutes long, when the recording is finished, the recording tape will leave about 30 minutes of remaining time. The video tape is 90 minutes long. At 60 minutes, the other 30 minutes had to be replaced by another user while the video program was being recorded.
However, in the conventional technique as described above, if the recording time of 60 minutes is longer than the recording time of 60 minutes, it is not normally managed, and the recording tape length of about 30 minutes is not utilized at all.
As described above, since the time of the reserved recording program with respect to the tape length does not coincide with each other, even if the tape is driven in the double speed mode, the number of programs recorded on the tape is limited, so appropriate priority reserved recording is necessary.
The object of the present invention is to give priority to the system in the ODS reservation recording setting mode to improve the above problems, and when the reservation recording time comes, considering the remaining amount of tape loaded in the deck, the highest priority reservation recording as needed By allowing programs to be recorded first, users can prevent recording failures of important recording programs due to the remaining tape on these systems.
According to the present invention, in order to realize the above object, the system checks the remaining tape amount when the recording time of the predetermined scheduled recording program is reached, and checks whether the remaining tape amount is about one time recording time (about 60 minutes) and adds one time. If not, it is characterized by the priority reservation recording method of the VSI system performed by the priority reservation recording processing program including searching and recording a user-set priority reservation recording program.
Hereinafter, more specific features of the present invention will be understood by describing the same in detail with the accompanying drawings.

4 shows a system circuit block diagram related to the present invention.
Here, the key input unit 11 performs key input such as priority designation when the user sets the reserved recording through the OS unit 13, and according to the command for outputting the function menu screen from the key input unit 11; The microcomputer 12 which calls up the function menu screen and performs priority reservation recording when the priority reservation recording registration and the remaining tape amount are insufficient from the menu screen and OSD unit which generates signals such as the function menu screen ( 13) and the deck 14 of the deck operation | movement are included.
In addition, the system is provided with a priority reservation recording processing program 100 as shown in FIG.
Here, the system checks whether the scheduled recording time is reached (step 101), and if the scheduled recording time arrives, the remaining tape amount and the current reserved recording time are compared (step 102).
In the above, it is checked whether the remaining tape is a one-time remaining time that can accommodate the current reserved recording program (step 103), and when there is only a one-time spare, the user-priority priority recording reservation program is searched (step 104). A series of processing is performed to check whether the recorded program is the highest priority (step 105), and to record the program if it is the highest priority (step 106).
In the present invention having the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 4, when the user registers the highest priority reservation recording order using the OS 13, the user presses a function key that brings up a function menu screen from the key input unit 11.
The system microcomputer 12 outputs the following screen through the OS unit 13 according to the function key input from the key input unit 11.
TABLE 2
If you press 2 in Table 2, the reservation recording / cancellation / priority recording screen is output as shown in Table 3, the user can register in order of priority among a plurality of reservation recording programs.
TABLE 3
After that, the system checks whether the scheduled recording time has been reached, and according to the program number shown in Table 3, the reserved recording time is performed. In the case of the remaining amount of the use, the microcomputer 12 searches the order of priority reserved recording programs and records the last registered reserved recording programs.
On the other hand, the reservation recording operation as described above is performed by the microcomputer 12 together with the priority reservation recording processing program 100 as shown in FIG. 5, which checks whether or not the reservation recording time has been reached in the system. The remaining tape amount and the current reserved recording time are compared (steps 101 and 102).
In the above, it is checked whether the remaining tape is a one-time remaining time that can accommodate the current reserved recording program, and when there is only a one-time spare, the user sets priority recording reservation program and searches whether the searched reservation recording program has the highest priority. If this is the highest priority, the program is recorded (steps 103 to 106).
In addition, if a reservation recording has already been performed among the priority recording programs, the system performs a reservation recording operation according to the priority after finding a next-order program.
The present invention calculates the current tape remaining amount at the start time of the scheduled recording program when executing a plurality of reserved recording programs using the VSI system, and when the remaining amount of tape remains in the disposable amount, the priority registered recording program is registered. By recording the video first, the program recording, which the user considers to be important, can be actively excluded from recording failure due to the remaining tape.
