Tail pipe mounting structure of exhaust system
The present invention relates to a tail pipe mounting structure of an exhaust device, and more particularly to a mounting structure of a tail pipe mounted to the rear of a muffler that weakens the strong impact of the exhaust gas.
As is well known, the exhaust device of an automobile is composed of an exhaust pipe connected to an exhaust manifold of an engine, a catalytic converter connected to the exhaust pipe, and a muffler installed in an exhaust pipe connected through the catalytic converter.
Here, the muffler is a function to attenuate a strong impact sound of the combustion gas discharged from the combustion chamber of the engine so that the exhaust noise level generated from the outside does not exceed a certain level; Exhaust gas is not introduced into the interior of the vehicle without giving a great resistance to the exhaust gas, and when the catalytic converter is installed, it functions to reduce harmful components of the exhaust gas.
As shown in FIG. 1, the muffler 1 described above is mounted on a vehicle body (not shown) using the rubber hanger 2. The tail pipe 3 is mounted to the rear of the muffler 1, and the tail pipe 3 is mounted on the vehicle body like the muffler 1.
2 shows the mounting structure of the tail pipe in more detail. The fixed pipe 4 is coupled to the tail pipe 3, and the fixed band 4 is mounted to the hanger member 7 fixed to the vehicle body 6 by fastening members 5 such as bolts and nuts. Is mounted by The hanger member 6 is mounted to the bracket 10 welded to the vehicle body 6 using the bush 8 and the bolt 9.
In the above-described mounting structure of the tail pipe, the conventional tail pipe is formed as long as possible to discharge the exhaust gas of high temperature and high pressure to low temperature and low pressure, but it is very sensitive to the vertical vibration of the vehicle. There is a problem that affects the body.
That is, the vibration of the tail pipe is transmitted to the floor of the vehicle body to generate noise.
As proposed for the purpose of solving the problems of the prior art, the present invention provides a tail pipe mounting structure of the exhaust device provided with a shock absorber so that vibration generated in the tail pipe is not transmitted to the vehicle body.

Figure 2 is a front view showing a mounting structure of a conventionally known tail pipe.
Figure 3 is a front sectional view showing a tail pipe mounting structure of the exhaust device according to the present invention.
* Description of the symbols for the main parts of the drawings *
3: tail tape 4: fixed band
5: fastening member 6: body frame
7: hanger 11: no buffer
As a means for realizing the above object, the present invention comprises a technical configuration in which the tail pipe coupled to the rear side of the muffler is coupled to the hanger fixed to the vehicle body via the buffer means.
To this end, a fixing band is wound around the tail pipe, and the fixing band is fixed to a fastening member such as a bolt and a nut while a cushioning member is inserted between the hanger, and thus is mounted on the vehicle body.
According to this configuration, the vibration generated in the tail pipe of the present invention is absorbed and blocked by the shock absorbing member, whereby transmission to the hanger and the vehicle body is suppressed, and noise generation of the vehicle body is substantially prevented.
EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, preferred embodiment for implementing this invention is demonstrated in detail based on an accompanying drawing.
EXAMPLE
3 is a front sectional view showing the tail pipe mounting structure of the exhaust system according to the present embodiment.
In describing the present embodiment, the same reference numerals are used for the configuration of the present embodiment, which is the same as the drawings cited in the prior art, and will not be described again for clarity of explanation.
In the drawings, reference numeral 3 denotes a tail pipe, 5 denotes a fastening member including a bolt and a nut, 6 denotes a body frame, 7 denotes a hanger, 8 denotes a bush, and 9 denote a bolt, (10) refers to the bracket.
As described in the prior art, a tail pipe 3 is attached to the muffler in communication with the exhaust manifold of the engine via an exhaust pipe connected to the front of the vehicle body.
The tail pipe 3 is mounted by a hanger 7 which is mounted to the bracket 10 via the bush 8 and the bolt 9. Here, the bracket 10 is fixed to the vehicle body frame 6 by welding.
More specifically, the fixed pipe 4 is wound around the tail pipe 3, and both ends of the fixed band 4 are fastened to the hanger 7 by fastening members 5 such as bolts and nuts.
Here, the tail pipe 3 of this embodiment is mounted between the fixing band 4 and the hanger 7 via the buffer member 11. The buffer member 11 is formed of a rubber material having a hollow, and is installed to penetrate the bolt through the hollow. Accordingly, the shock absorbing member 11 is bent upward and downward, as shown by the fastening force when the bolt and the nut 5 are fastened.
Based on the above-described configuration, the shock absorbing member 11 of the present embodiment absorbs and blocks the vibration generated in the tail pipe 3, thereby preventing transmission to the hanger 7 and the vehicle body 6.
Through the embodiments described above, it can be seen that the tail pipe mounting structure of the exhaust device according to the present invention substantially solves the problems of the prior art.
That is, according to the present invention, the vibration generated in the tail pipe is blocked without being transmitted to the vehicle body, thereby obtaining an effect of preventing noise of the vehicle body.
This effect reduces the noise of the vehicle body and improves the merchandise.
On the other hand, the present invention is not limited to the above specific preferred embodiment, and any person having ordinary knowledge in the field to which the invention belongs without departing from the gist of the invention claimed in the claims, various changes Would be possible.
