专利说明:
HOT AIR FRYER TYPE COOKING APPLIANCE WITH OPTIMIZED FRESH AIR INTAKE AND HOT AIR OUTLET Technical area The present invention relates to cooking appliances, more specifically hot air fryers making it possible to cook food using very little oil, if at all oil. The invention relates more particularly to such hot air fryers which comprise an air circulation device provided with means for sucking in fresh air, means for extracting hot air and a grid arranged on a outer wall of a shell of the device, through which air circulates. A main objective of the invention is to optimize the design of the air circulation device on the device. State of the art Cooking appliances of the hot air fryer type are known to those skilled in the art. Such cooking appliances make it possible to greatly reduce the amount of fat, or even to eliminate it completely, during the cooking of food which can be of vegetable or animal origin, for example french fries, vegetables, meat or fish. . In fact, cooking is carried out with little or no oil thanks to hot air circulating in a cooking chamber, which makes it possible to consume more dietetic foods while retaining satisfactory organoleptic properties for the user. Such a cooking appliance generally comprises a shell and a tank; the tank receives a basket in which food to be cooked is arranged. Once the food is placed in the basket and it is positioned in the tank, the shell of the cooking appliance can be closed to form a cooking enclosure incorporating the tank, the basket and the food. Hot air is then forced into this cooking chamber by means of a heating device and an air circulation device, the circulation of hot air thus ensuring the cooking of food. The air circulation device comprises means for extracting fresh air and means for extracting hot air. The fresh air suction means comprise a fresh air inlet arranged on an outer wall of the shell of the cooking appliance, said suction means being configured to convey air from the inlet to the cooking chamber through the heating device. The circulation of fresh air in the cooking appliance, up to the heating device, also allows the cooling of this appliance. The extraction means comprise a hot air outlet arranged on the outer wall of the shell, said extraction means being configured to evacuate the air from the cooking chamber. Traditionally, the fresh air inlet and the hot air outlet on the outside wall of the cooking appliance shell are lined with a grid. When the inlet and outlet are distant on the outer wall of the hull, two separate grids are present on the hull, which can affect the overall appearance of the cooking appliance. It is also known a cooking appliance described in the Chinese utility model CN206499378U, which provides a hot air outlet consisting of an opening on the outer wall of the shell and a fresh air inlet consisting of perforations on said outer wall, these perforations being positioned around the opening. In addition, a large grid covers both the opening and the perforations and is therefore crossed by both fresh air entering the cooking appliance and by hot air discharged from the enclosure. cooking. The dimensions of the grid also affect the overall appearance of the cooking appliance. Furthermore, this grid is made of a material resistant to high temperature because it is partly traversed - in the area of the air outlet - by hot air extracted from the cooking chamber. Such a high temperature resistant material, for example steel or heat resistant plastic, is more expensive than a standard material; the large dimensions of the grid therefore increase the cost of the cooking appliance. Statement of the invention The cooking appliance of the hot air fryer type according to the invention overcomes the aforementioned drawbacks. As such, the device comprises a shell provided with an external wall, a cooking enclosure arranged inside the shell, an air circulation device and an air heating device. The air circulation device comprises suction means which comprise a fresh air inlet arranged on the outer wall of the shell, said suction means being configured to convey air from the inlet to the '' cooking enclosure through the heating device. In addition, the air circulation device comprises extraction means which comprise a hot air outlet arranged on the outer wall of the shell and provided with a grid, said extraction means being configured to evacuate the air from the cooking chamber passing through said grid. Remarkably, the air inlet is formed by a passage formed between the outer wall of the hull and the grille of the air outlet. Thus, the cooking appliance according to the invention advantageously provides for the presence of a single grid dedicated specifically to the evacuation of the hot air extracted from the cooking chamber, the entry of fresh air being by the passage around this grid. This makes it possible to reduce the dimensions of the grid which is designed in a material resistant to high temperature; the cost of this grid is therefore lower. The passage between the outer wall of the shell and the outline of the grid advantageously remains discreet; this discretion in passage and the reduction in size of the grid considerably improve the overall appearance of the cooking appliance. The suction of fresh air and the extraction of hot air are advantageously carried out on the same area of the outer wall of the hull by creating a barrier of cold air channeling the flow of extracted hot air, which avoids to heat the outer wall of the shell around the hot air outlet. According to one embodiment of the device, the passage is formed at least between lateral sides of the air outlet grille and the outer wall. According to another embodiment, the passage is formed at least between a lower side of the air outlet grille and the outer wall. According to a preferred embodiment, in order to optimize the flow of incoming fresh air, the passage is formed between lateral sides of the grille of the air outlet and the outer wall and between a lower side of the grille of the outlet d air and said outer wall. According to an embodiment of the device, the grid includes deflectors oriented so as to evacuate the air outside the hull according to an upwardly inclined trajectory. This helps to keep the warm air away from the air intake around the grille and to dissipate the hot air more quickly in the surrounding environment. According to one embodiment of the device, the grid is pressed against the outer wall or placed flush with the outer wall, which allows the grid to blend in with this outer wall. In addition, the outer wall comprises at least one cavity on which the air inlet opens, said at least one cavity projecting from the outline of said grid so as to define said passage. Thus, the air inlet is concealed by the grid although the fresh air does not pass through this grid, only appearing discreetly around the cavity at the periphery of the grid. Variant embodiments are possible within the framework of the invention, without a cavity on the outer wall of the shell and by slightly moving the grid outwardly relative to said outer wall. According to an embodiment of the device, the grid has a shape of parallelogram, preferably rectangular. Alternative embodiments are possible within the scope of the invention, for example a circular or oval grid. According to an embodiment of the device, the shell includes a rear wall on which the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged. Their arrangement on another face of the hull remains possible within the framework of the invention. According to the device object of the invention, the grid is made of a material resistant to high temperature, preferably steel. Other materials than steel can be envisaged, in particular plastics resistant to high temperature. Brief description of the figures The characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the following description based on figures, among which: FIG. 1 is a view showing a cooking appliance of the hot air fryer type, highlighting the rear part of this appliance on which the grid is arranged; Figure 2 is a sectional view showing the interior of a cooking appliance in order to highlight the design of such an appliance; Figure 3 is a view showing the grid attached to the outer wall of the shell and revealing a cavity on the outer wall, around this grid; Figure 4 is a view showing the presence of deflectors on the grid. Detailed description of the invention In the following description, the cooking appliance 1 consists of an example of a hot air fryer, other designs of existing hot air fryers which may also include the essential characteristics which are the subject of the present invention which will be detailed below. In the rest of the description, the term fryer will be used to denote the cooking appliance, unless indicated in the text. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the fryer 1 comprises a shell 2 comprising an outer wall 3 provided with a rear wall 3a opposite to a front face 1a of this fryer 1. This front face 1a allows the insertion of a tank 4 in the manner of a drawer in a cooking enclosure 5 arranged inside the shell 2, said tank 4 being manipulated by means of a manipulation handle 6. A heating device 7 is arranged inside the shell 2, above the cooking enclosure 5. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, an air circulation device 8 makes it possible to vacuum fresh air through an air inlet 9 which is arranged on the rear wall 3a, this fresh air is conveyed to the heating device 7 in order to be heated then, once heated, to the enclosure cooking 5. The hot air is then discharged outside the fryer 1, by an air outlet 10 arranged on this rear wall 3a and comprising a grid 11. The air circulation device 8 comprises a fan 12 making it possible to convey the air from the air inlet 9 to the air outlet 10. The various electrical components of the fryer 1, including in particular the heating device 7 and the fan 12, are connected to an electrical supply circuit. These general characteristics are known on hot air fryers currently on the market, reasons for which they will not be detailed; a person skilled in the art may for example refer to the hot air fryers developed by the applicant, for example that marketed under the name FRY DELIGHT®. As mentioned above, the fryer 1 illustrated in FIG. 1 and 2 is of the drawer type, but it is possible to implement the invention on other designs of hot air fryers, in particular those of the cover type, such as by example those sold by the applicant under the name ACTIVERY ®. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 3, the grid 11 comprises a rectangular shape with two lateral sides 11a, 11b and a lower side 11c. This grid 11 is arranged flush with the rear wall 3a on which it is fixed by means of two screws 13a, 13b. The rear wall 3a comprises a cavity 14 onto which the air inlet 9 opens; this cavity 14 extends beyond the lateral sides 11a, 11b and the lower side 11c of the grid 11, which allows a discreet passage 15 to be left between the rear wall 3a and the contour 16 of the grid 11, this passage 15 defining the inlet air 9 on the rear wall 3a. Thus, the air enters cool through the passage 15 around the grid 11 and then comes out hot through the grid 11 at the end of the air circulation cycle. The grid 11 is made of steel, a material offering very good resistance at high temperature, the use of other materials resistant to high temperature being possible. As illustrated in FIG. 4, the grid 11 comprises deflectors 17 which are inclined so as to direct the flow of hot air exiting upward, as illustrated by arrow 18, which makes it possible to move away as quickly as possible and at best this hot air upwards in the ambient environment, at a distance from the passage 15 around the grid 11 through which the fresh air enters. This prevents the hot air from heating the fresh air entering the fryer 1 and participating in the cooling of the components of the appliance before this air is heated by the heating device for cooking the food in the cooking chamber 5 The presence of the passage 15 around the lateral sides 11a, 11b and of the lower side 11c of the grid also makes it possible to create a flow of fresh air around the grid 11, as shown by the arrows 19 in FIG. 3, which makes it possible to channel the outgoing hot air flow to prevent this hot air from heating the rear wall 3a of the shell 2. In the embodiment described above, the air inlet 9 and the air outlet 10 are arranged on the rear wall 3a of the shell 2; these could be positioned on another face of the outer wall 3 of the shell 2.
