Therefore, there is a need for a position display device of a drawer which is simple in structure, easy and precise to observe.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a device for displaying and locking the position of a drawer of simple construction, to display precisely and easy to observe by combining the locking device of drawer with the drawer position indication of a power distribution cabinet.
According to one aspect of the present invention, a device for displaying and locking the position of a drawer of a power distribution cabinet is proposed, the drawer of the power distribution cabinet comprising a movable part and a fixed part, the movable part being able to be moved inward and outward relative to the power distribution cabinet, and being able to occupy, relative to the power distribution cabinet, a position work where it sets up in the power distribution cabinet, an exit position where it is distant from the power distribution cabinet and a test position located between the working position and the exit position , characterized in that the device for displaying and locking the position of a drawer of a power distribution cabinet comprises:
A locking lever which is rotatably mounted around a pivot on the movable part of the drawer and one end of which comprises a lock;
A biasing element mounted between the locking lever and the movable part for biasing the locking lever;
A locking release button mounted on the movable part of the drawer and capable of rotating the locking lever around the pivot in a state of being pressed continuously, and a locking element mounted on the fixed part of the drawer to come into cooperation with the lock of the locking lever in order to block the movable part of the drawer and to lock it in position, when the movable part of the drawer is moved towards the power distribution cabinet. an exit position where it is moved away from the power distribution cabinet to a working position via a test position, or when the movable part of the drawer is moved from the working position to the exit position via the test position, at least each time the end provided with the lock of the locking lever reaches one of the test and working positions, the lock is respectively locked by a lock element illage and, at this time, the unlocking button is in a state to be pressed continuously while the movable part of the drawer is moved towards a next position to be traversed, the lock is then unlocked from the locking element in order that the moving part of the drawer can be moved to the next position to be traversed.
Preferably, the locking element further comprises a blocking in a position before locking with the lock, and when the unlocking button is in the state of being pressed continuously, the locking lever is rotated around the pivot against the biasing force of the biasing member, and the end provided with the latch is turned in a direction separating from the blocking, and when it is on the point of this separation, the latch becomes locked with l locking element.

Preferably, the lock comprises a grooved projection extending downwards from a lower surface of the locking lever, the locking element comprising at least a first locking pin, one end of which serves to lock the lock in position and a second locking pin, one end of which serves to lock the latch in the working position, the angle by which the locking lever is rotated from the locking position of the first locking pin with the latch to the locking position of the second locking pin with the latch corresponding to the angle by which a corresponding position mark is turned to change from a state in which the position mark is displayed by the position display opening at a state in which a next position mark is displayed by the position display opening.
Preferably, the lock comprises a projection extending downwards from a lower surface of the locking lever, the locking element comprising a slope having at least a first groove for locking the lock in the test position and a second groove for locking the lock in the working position, the angle by which the locking lever is rotated from the locking position of the first groove with the projection of the bolt to the locking position of the second groove with the projection of the lock corresponding to the angle by which a corresponding position mark is turned to pass from a state in which the position mark is displayed by the position display opening to a state in which a following position mark is displayed by the position display opening.
Preferably, the lock comprises a projection extending downwards from a lower surface of the locking lever, the locking element comprising at least a first walking surface and a second walking surface which cooperate with the projection of the latch, the first walking surface serving to lock the latch in the test position, while the second walking surface serving to lock the latch in the working position, the angle by which the locking lever is rotated from the locking the first walking surface with the latch to the position for locking the second walking surface with the latch corresponding to the angle by which a corresponding position mark is turned to change from a state in which the mark position is displayed by the position display aperture in a state in which a next position mark is displayed by the position display ap osition.
Preferably, the lock comprises a gear which extends downwards from the lower surface of the locking lever and which can rotate about an axis, the locking element comprising a toothed surface which cooperates with the lock gear and which comprises a first blocking locking part, one end of which serves to lock the bolt in the test position and and a second blocking locking part, one end of which serves to lock the lock in the working position, the angle by which the locking lever is rotated from the locking position of the first blocking locking part with the bolt to the locking position of the second blocking locking part with the bolt corresponding to the angle by which a corresponding position mark is rotated to change from a state in which the position mark is displayed by the position display aperture on to a state in which a next position marker is displayed by the position display opening.
Preferably, the unlocking button comprises a guide plate which, when the unlocking button is pressed, pushes the locking lever in rotation so that the lock or unlock with the locking element.
Preferably, the button is arranged on a lateral side of the movable part of the drawer.
Preferably, the button is arranged at the front of the movable part of the drawer.
Preferably, the locking lever comprises a rod extending perpendicular to an upper surface of the locking lever, the guide plate comprising a ramp cooperating with the rod.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a power distribution cabinet is proposed comprising the device for displaying and locking the position of a drawer of a power distribution cabinet according to what who is before.
With the display and locking device of the position of a drawer of a power distribution cabinet according to the present invention, the defects caused by lateral observation in existing designs are eliminated by having a display device at the front of the drawer which makes it possible to display the state of the drawer directly; moreover, the state of the drawer can be indicated more precisely and the problems linked to the plurality of parts involved in the existing designs, the amplification of error and the inaccurate indication are resolved; moreover, the configuration is simpler and space-saving compared to the design of the industry by combining the locking and the display together.

Description of detailed embodiments The details of the present invention will be described below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a locking lever and a button of a position display and locking device of a drawer according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Figure 1 shows a locking lever 1 and a button 2 cooperating with the locking lever 1 in their positions mounted on the movable part of a drawer of a power distribution cabinet. The locking lever 1 comprises a pivot pin 101, a latch 102 extending downwards from the surface of the locking lever 1 at one end of the latter, a guide rod 104 on the surface of the lever. lock and position marks 103 at the other end of the lock lever 1. The button 2 comprises a fixed support 201, a button panel 202, a guide plate 203 and a button spring 204. The lock lever 1 is mounted at the base of the movable part of the drawer of the power distribution cabinet by the pivot pin 101, and the fixed support 201 of button 2 is mounted vertically on the base surface of the movable part of the drawer, and the button panel 202 is movably mounted on the fixed support 201 relative to the latter by means of a bolt 205 passing through an elongated slot 206 and a spring 204 coming in cooperation with the fixed support 201. The plate guide 203 is m have on the button panel 202 and can be driven by pressing on the button panel 202. A biasing element (not shown) is also provided between the locking lever 1 and the fixed support 201 or the side wall of the movable part of the drawer in order to urge the locking lever 1 counterclockwise against the fixed support 201, the urging element possibly being a tension spring or a torsion spring. When the locking lever 1 is pressed against the fixed support 201 by the biasing element, the inclined side of the guide plate 203 is in contact with the guide rod 104. When the button panel 202 is pressed, the side provided with a ramp of the guide plate 203 pushes the guide rod 104 so that the locking lever 1 is turned clockwise [0041] Figure 2 is a perspective view of the locking lever and the button of the device display and locking position of a drawer shown in Figure 1 from another angle.
Figure 3 is a perspective view of the locking lever and the button of the drawer position display and locking device shown in Figures 1 and 2 mounted on the movable part of the drawer. The mobile part 3 of the drawer is visible in the figure, and the locking lever 1 and the button 2 are mounted on a surface of the base of the mobile part 3 at a corner of the mobile part 3.
Figure 4 is a perspective view of the locking element cooperating with the locking lever shown in Figures 1 and 2. As shown in the figure, the locking element 4 comprises a first locking pin 401 and a second locking pin 402 having a length greater than that of the first locking pin 401, each being a cuboid having a circular arc shaped end at the right end. The lock 102 of the locking lever 1 shown in Figures 1 and 2 comprises a vertical groove for locking with the right end of the first locking pin 401 or the second locking pin 402 in order to lock the movable part of the drawer in position and release the movable part of the drawer when the vertical groove is released from the first locking pin 401 or from the second locking pin 402.
The locking element 4 is not limited to the shape described above, and the locking pins 401 and 402 are not limited to the shape described above as long as they can be locked with the lock in different positions of rotation of the locking lever. The vertical groove can be a straight groove or a V-shaped or U-shaped groove, and the opening of the groove can include a slope to facilitate locking.
Figure 5 is a perspective view showing a state in which the locking member of Figure 4 is mounted to the fixed part of the drawer. The fixed part 5 of the drawer is visible in the figure, the locking element 4 being arranged on a surface of the base of the fixed part 5, and the positions of the first locking pin 401 and the second locking pin 402 of the locking element 4 being respectively arranged to lock the lock 102 of the locking lever 1 and to lock with the latter in the test position and in the working position, an angle of rotation existing between the position where the lock 102 of the locking lever 1 is locked with the right end of the first locking pin 401 and the position where the lock 102 is locked with the right end of the second locking pin 402.
Figure 6 is a perspective view showing the relationship between the positions of the locking lever and the button shown in Figures 1 and 2 on the one hand and the position of the locking member shown in Figure 4 d on the other hand when the drawer position display and locking device according to the first embodiment of the present invention is in the OFF position (in the extended position), and FIG. 7 is a view of the button and the position display opening according to the first embodiment of the present invention in the position shown in FIG. 6, in which the locking lever 1 is pressed against the fixed support 201 in the initial position by the solicitation element. In this embodiment, the initial position is the OFF position, and the position display opening displays the OFF position. In the OFF position, the movable part 3 of the drawer is removed from the power distribution cabinet and the electrical components can be removed from or mounted on the movable part of the drawer.
Figure 8 is a perspective view showing the relationship between the positions of the locking lever and the button shown in Figures 1 and 2 on the one hand and the position of the locking member shown in Figure 4 d on the other hand when the drawer position display and locking device according to the first embodiment of the present invention is in the test position;
Fa Figure 9 is a view showing the button and the position display opening 6 according to the first embodiment of the present invention in the position shown in Figure 8. When the movable part 3 of the drawer is moved from the OFF position to the power distribution cabinet, the lock 102 is locked by the first locking pin 401 and, at this time, the button panel 202 of button 2 is pressed and the guide plate 203 of the button 2 abuts against the guide rod 104 of the locking lever 1, which rotates the locking lever 1 clockwise. When it is about for latch 102 to leave the right end of the first latch pin 401, the vertical groove of latch 102 engages with the right end of the first latch pin 401 and locks with that -this due to the biasing force of the biasing member, as shown in Figure 8. At this time, since the locking lever 1 is rotated clockwise from the initial position, with the rotation of the lock 102 from the initial position to the right end of the first locking pin 401, the end of the locking lever which is opposite the end comprising the lock 102 and which is provided with the position markings is by therefore also clockwise from the initial position, whereby the position marker TEST is turned towards the position display opening 6, and therefore the latter displays the position T EAST. When the moving part 3 of the drawer continues to move towards the working position, the button 2 is pressed again in the TEST position while the moving part 3 is pushed towards the working position, the lock 102 is then unlocked from the first locking pin 401, and the locking lever 1 is biased towards and against the fixed support 201 by the biasing element, the position display opening 6 displaying the OFF mark instead of the TEST mark.
Figure 10 is a perspective view showing the relationship between the positions of the locking lever and the button shown in Figures 1 and 2 on the one hand and the position of the locking member shown in Figure 4 d on the other hand when the drawer position display and locking device according to the first embodiment of the present invention is in the working position;
Figure 11 is a view showing the button and the position display opening 6 according to the first embodiment of the present invention in the position shown in Figure 10. While the movable part of the drawer continues to be pushed towards the working position, the lock 102 of the locking lever 1 is again blocked by the second locking pin 402 and, at this time, the button panel 202 of the button 2 is pressed and the ramp of the plate guide 203 of the button 2 pushes the guide rod 104 of the locking lever 1 in order to rotate the locking lever clockwise. When it is about for latch 102 to leave the right end of the second latch pin 402, the vertical groove in latch 102 engages with the right end of the second latch pin 402 and locks with that due to the biasing force of the biasing member, as shown in Figure 10. When the moving part 3 of the drawer changes from the working position to the test position, button 2 is pressed again in the working position while the mobile part 3 is pulled towards the position test, the lock 102 is then unlocked from the second locking pin 402, and the locking lever 1 is biased towards and against the fixed support 201 by the biasing element, the position display opening 6 displaying theOFF position mark instead of the TEST position mark. By continuing to pull the movable part 3 of the drawer towards the test position, the latch 102 comes into contact with the first locking pin 401 and is blocked by the latter. If you want the drawer to continue moving outward towards the OFF position, then button 2 is pressed, while the movable part 3 of the drawer is pulled to the OFF position, the lock 102 is then unlocked from the first locking pin 401 and the movable part 3 of the drawer can be moved outwards to the OFF position.
In this embodiment according to the invention, if necessary, a third locking pin can also be provided for the OFF position in order to lock the movable part of the drawer in the OFF position, while the display opening position displays the OFF position mark. Note that the relationship between the position of the locking end of the third locking pin and the position of the first locking pin is adjusted so that the angle of rotation to be traversed by the lock 102 while it is turned from the right end of the third locking pin to the right end of the first locking pin 401 corresponding to the angle of rotation to be traversed by a corresponding position mark so that the OFF position mark is turned in away from the position display opening 6 and the TEST position mark is displayed by the latter.
In this embodiment according to the invention, unlike the case where the button 2 is provided on the front of the drawer with the position display opening 6, the button 2 can also be arranged on a lateral side of the drawer. In the case where the button 2 is arranged on a lateral side of the drawer, the guide plate 203 of the button 2 may not have a ramp and may be in any shape capable of pushing the locking lever 1 in rotation.
Figure 12 is a view of a locking element of the display device and locking the drawer position according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this other embodiment, the lock can be a cylindrical pin or a pin of any shape, and the locking element 4 ′ has a substantially trapezoidal shape as shown in FIG. 12 and has a slope on which a first is provided. snap slot 401 'and a second snap slot 402'. What is different from the embodiment described above is that after having moved from the TEST position to the WORK position, once the latch pin is released from the first latching slot 40Γ, the lock pin can be directly locked in the second latching slot 402 'without pressing the button. When the latch pin is moved to the TEST position after it clears from the second latching slot 402 'in the WORK position, the latch pin can be directly locked in the first latching slot 401' without pressing the button. Of course, a blocking can be arranged on the slope of the locking element 4 ', so that before the pin of the lock is directly snapped into the second snap slot 402' by moving from the TEST position towards WORK position, you still have to press button 2 beforehand. Similarly, another blocking can be arranged on the slope of the locking element 4 ′, so that before the pin of the latch is directly snapped into the first snap slot 401 ′ by moving from the WORK position to the TEST position, you must still press button 2 beforehand.
In the present embodiment, the manner of displaying the position marks in the position display opening 6 is also different. In the embodiment described above, once the latch pin is released from the locking element, the locking lever is returned to the initial position by the biasing element and the display opening of position 6 always displays the OLE position mark. However, in the present embodiment, since the locking member has a slope, the position marks are displayed in the position display opening 6 in a rolling manner by gradually rotating from a position mark to another.
The trapezoidal-shaped locking element in this embodiment can also be in an alternative form in which the oblique side of trapezoidal shape is formed by a stepped edge having at least two steps. In this variant, the lock can have any shape insofar as it can be blocked by the steps. The step positions correspond to the positions where the lock and the locking element are locked and the corresponding position marks are displayed. As a variant, the oblique side of the trapezoidal shape of the locking element may also form, by a toothed curved surface, at least two blockings which can be arranged in the toothed curved surface, the positions of the blockings corresponding to those where the lock is locked with the locking element and the corresponding position marks are displayed.
The embodiments described are only examples and should not be considered as limiting the invention, and the characteristics of the various embodiments can be used in combination to obtain other embodiments of the invention . The scope of the invention should only be limited by the appended claims. Many variants and modifications of the embodiments described are possible without departing from the scope of the invention.
