专利说明:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BINDING PLANTS, ITS SUB-ASSEMBLY SUPPLY AND ITS FIXING LINK FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of vine cultivation, market gardening, nurseries or horticulture, and in particular to adaptations making it possible to ensure, under the best conditions, the fixing or binding of the plants to supports (trellises, stakes, stakes, trellising wire, etc.). DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART In the field of vines, market gardening, nurseries and horticulture, there are a plurality of situations where the plant must be associated with a support, a more rigid guide. For example, the tying of the vine consists of laying ties joining the branches to the trellising wires in order to maintain and guide the vegetation in its growth. Today there are a number of solutions for implementing this binding. For example, the document FR2686483 describes a method of tying the vine or other palisable plants consisting in implementing by means of a device, a link consisting of an adhesive tape, in placing this link around the branch to be immobilized and the trellising wire, and bring the two ends together with the adhesive sides facing each other. This device comprises a body which encloses in its rear part a roll of adhesive tape and on which is articulated, around an axis, a branch whose anterior end can, when actuating the clamp, come into contact with the end of a fixed branch secured to the body. The rotation of the branch is accompanied by a plurality of springs and its end comprises a pivoting knife whose movement is indexed and on which the end of the ribbon is stuck. It is understood that such a configuration presents difficulties as regards the gripping of the end of the ribbon, the connection of which with the movable branch is theoretically achieved by gluing its free end by means of cutting. Indeed, the conditions of use of such a device for an agricultural application - 2 (humidity, foreign bodies, etc.) make the effectiveness of such a means of providing a length of adhesive tape uncertain. Other devices of the prior art propose means for gripping the ribbon pinching the free end by means of particularly complex configurations making the device particularly expensive. In addition, the tape is then no longer adhesive and is associated with a collar, a staple fixing the two ends of the attachment loop together. Other devices dispense with the use of a ribbon and use more rigid wire links such as an iron wire for which the particularly complex kinematics of the clamp ensures the loop preformation and the twist. An example is described in document DE2910989 which proposes a tool of the pliers type used to attach shrubs such as vines to frames, wires, posts, etc. It is equipped with a wire winding means connecting in the form of a wire. The actuation of the clamp forms and closes a loop with said wire. The tool consists of a straight housing arm with a link mechanism and a selection arm which is articulated to a feed arm for the link wire. The selection arm is guided on the housing arm by a guide groove which closes the ends of the housing arm and the selection arm. It acts in two operations, first as a single lever to close the supply arm, then as a two-arm lever to fix and then cut the connecting wire. The operation of such a tool follows the following steps: the user positions the open clamp so that the two jaws of the open clamp are positioned beyond and on either side of the two elements to be bonded together (for example: a trellising wire and a branch), - a first closure of the jaws followed by their opening, ensures the grip and deployment of a length of wire, - the user pulls the clamp towards him so as to initiate the wire loop around the two elements to be linked, - a second closure of the jaws ensures the meeting of the two ends of the loop and the cutting of the wire, - The continuity of the traction exerted by the user of the clamp ensures the rotation of the jaw retaining the two ends of the loop formed so as to ensure the twist and therefore the fixing. Such a device is also expensive. Its complexity makes it unreliable and the lifespan of some of these components is short. It also has the drawback of using a connecting wire of the iron wire type which can injure certain plants, which limits the possible applications and therefore the commercial scope of such a tool. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION On the basis of this state of affairs, the applicant has carried out research on a binding device which remedies the aforementioned drawbacks. This research resulted in the design and implementation of an original binding process and device, which is less expensive and more reliable. According to the invention, the method of binding plants uses a device of the clamp type comprising at least two articulated arms and a sub-assembly for supplying a fixing link, the action of the user on the clamp leading to the opening and closing of the articulated arms whose anterior ends are equipped to assume the following operations: - provision of a length of fixing link, - formation of a loop, - cutting of the fixing link, - closing of the loop for binding purposes, the device comprising in one of the articulated arms, said first arm, a subassembly for retaining a first end of the fixing link for the purpose of providing a length for the formation of the loop, the first end of the fixing link to be retained being carried by the other arm called the second arm, the retention of said first end being carried out when the clamp is closed. This method is remarkable in that it consists in synchronizing the rotational movement of the articulated arms with the translational movement of a movable jaw sliding in the first arm relative to a fixed jaw, said jaws forming said retaining sub-assembly. , to move from a clamping position of the first end of the fixing link carried by the second arm during the operations of making available a length of fixing link and of forming the loop, to a loosening position during of the fixing link cutting operation and to authorize the closure of the loop. The use of a two-jaw configuration, one of which is movable in translation, simplifies the retention of the first end of the fixing link. The parts implementing this function are simpler and therefore less expensive. In addition, this configuration is more reliable. It also makes it possible to ensure the retention of several types of fixing link, which widens the field of application of the device of the invention and therefore its commercial scope. Another object of the invention relates to the portable device for binding plants of the clamp type comprising at least two articulated arms and a sub-assembly for supplying a fixing link, the actuation of the user on the clamp leading to the opening and closing of the articulated arms whose anterior ends are equipped to assume the following operations: - provision of a length of fixing link, - formation of a loop, - cutting of the fixing link, closing the loop for tying purposes, the device comprising in one of the articulated arms said first arm, a subassembly for retaining a first end of the fixing link for the purpose of providing a length for the formation of the loop, the first end of the fixing link to be retained being carried by the other arm called the second arm, the retention of said first end being carried out when the clamp is closed. This device is remarkable in that said retaining sub-assembly is formed by a fixed jaw and a movable jaw sliding in the first arm to pass from a clamping position of the first end of the fixing link carried by the second arm during the operations of providing a length of fixing link and of forming the loop, in a loosening position during the cutting link fixing operation and to authorize the closing of the loop. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the rotation movement of the arms actuates a slide forming a cam and preformed with a cam path with which a finger or roller associated with the movable jaw cooperates. The implementation of a cam transmission contributes to the simplicity and robustness of the device of the invention. This characteristic is a technical solution implementing synchronization between the opening and closing phases by rotation movement of the arms of the clamp and those of opening and closing by translation movement of the movable jaw of the retaining sub-assembly. . Another particularly advantageous characteristic of the device of the invention resides in the means for cutting the fixing link with which it is equipped. This cutting means comprises a movable blade secured to the second arm supporting the first end of the fixing link and the fixed jaw secured to the first arm which serves as a counter blade. The use of a blade and a counter blade ensures a good cut of the split link during the formation of the loop. Such a cutting means can adapt to several types of link including flexible armed links. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention concerning a manual implementation, the closing of the clamp, that is to say the bringing together of the anterior ends of the first and second arms, is carried out by an additional lever equipping the device and one end of which is articulated on the first arm and the middle part of which is articulated on the second arm in order to close the clamp, that is to say the approximation of the front ends of the first and second arms. The approximation implemented by the action of the user's hand between the respective rear ends of the first arm and said lever causes the approximation of the anterior ends of the first configuration makes it possible to keep the position, only the second arm possibility of shifting the two axis: the use of lights, authorizes 1 and second arm. Such a first arm in one moving. In addition, the articulation of the lever by. occasional implementation of a larger lever arm. A better lever arm allows cutting and therefore the use of more robust links without additional effort. The ligature is thus optimized. In order to orient the cutting forces as well as the ends of the link forming the loop, said fixed jaw is, according to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, preformed with a central cavity into which the two ends of the loop just formed. In order to drive the rotation necessary for the torsion of the free ends of the formed loop, the first arm further comprises a rotational drive sub-assembly comprising two elastic elements between which the two ends of the loop are retained during said rotation for rotational training purposes and therefore kinking. These two elastic elements are arranged at the front of the fixed jaw of the first arm. They cooperate during closing with a positioning fork fitted to the second arm while being disposed at the front of the cutting blade and which, when the clamp is closed for the second time, supports the two strands of the loop formed between the two elastic elements. To do this, the two branches of said fork are arranged to be positioned respectively at the front and at the rear of said elastic elements. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the rotation of the rotary drive sub-assembly is triggered by a traction of the user on the clamp and by the implementation of a helical connection transforming this traction movement in a rotational movement. To do this, according to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, said drive sub-assembly is equipped with a preformed rod with a helical groove cooperating with balls. Once the kinking has been carried out, the continuation of the traction movement by the user releases the twisted strands from the elastic elements between which they were retained. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the device of the invention is remarkable in that it is equipped with a sub-assembly for supplying a fixing link comprising a removable reel equipped with flanges preformed externally of a projecting shaft to cooperate with an open bearing formed in the rear part of the first arm. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, said projection starts with a hemispherical shape extended by said shaft, a convex hemispherical shape cooperating with an equivalent concave shape preformed at the level of the open bearing guiding the reel on the clamp. This feature allows you to create a specific, self-centered and recognizable reel and reel. It promotes the use of flexible fixing links adapted to the clamp and whose origin is controlled. Thus, another object of the invention relates to a sub-assembly for supplying a fixing link which is remarkable in that it makes it possible to supply the portable binding device according to the characteristics described above, taken in combination or not. . This supply sub-assembly is remarkable in that it comprises a removable reel equipped with flanges preformed externally from a projecting shaft to cooperate with an open bearing formed in the rear part of the first arm. In addition, according to another characteristic, said projection starts with a hemispherical shape extended by said shaft, a convex hemispherical shape cooperating with an equivalent concave shape preformed at the level of the open bearing guiding the reel on the clamp. Another object of the invention relates to a fixing link remarkable in that it is contained in said supply sub-assembly according to the characteristics described above, taken in combination or not for the operation of the portable device for binding plants. according to the characteristics described above taken in combination or not. Thus, according to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the fixing link is constituted by a flexible plastic strip and reinforced by an iron or metallic wire inserted in said strip. Such a link authorizes the robust ligation of the most fragile plants without risk of injury to the plant. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the fixing link forms a coil having a width of between twenty-seven and thirty millimeters with a central orifice having a diameter of between twenty-seven and thirty millimeters. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the supply sub-assembly according to any of the characteristics described above, taken in combination or not, is remarkable in that it is dimensioned to accommodate a coil with the dimensions defined above. The fundamental concepts of the invention having just been exposed above in their most elementary form, other details and characteristics will emerge more clearly on reading the description which follows and with reference to the appended drawings, giving by way of 'nonlimiting example, an embodiment of a binding device, a supply sub-assembly and a fixing link according to the invention. DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 1 and 2, the binding pliers referenced P as a whole ensures the creation of binding loops according to a process the steps of which will be described with reference to the drawings in FIGS. 3 to 15. This clamp P comprises a first arm formed by the body 100 on which is articulated a second arm 200 as well as an additional lever 300. The preferred but nonlimiting embodiment of the clamp illustrated is manual. The user (not illustrated) grasps the clamp P with one hand at the level of the medial part of the body 100 and of the rear end of the lever 300. He ensures the passage from the open position illustrated by the drawing in FIG. 2 in the closed position illustrated by the drawing of FIG. 1 by tightening his hand which ensures the pivoting of the lever according to the arrow Fl. The positioning of the different articulation axes results in the pivoting of the front end 210 of the second arm 200 according to arrow F2 to join the front end 110 of the body 100 thus going as far as closing the clamp P. A spring R (cf. FIG. 3) ensures the return to the open position. As will appear during the description with regard to the other drawings, these front ends 110 and 210 are equipped to assume the following operations: - provision of a length of fixing link, - formation of a loop, - cutting of the fixing link, - closing of the loop for tying purposes. A complete cycle requires two closings of the gripper P. This clamp P further comprises, at the rear, a subassembly supplying a fixing link 400 comprising a removable reel 410 receiving a coil 430 (cf. FIGS. 16 and 17) of fixing link. The link 401 is preferably a flat flexible link forming a plastic band reinforced with an iron wire and is in a continuous link wound to form a coil 430 (cf. FIGS. 16 and 17) installing in the reel 410. This link 401 passes through the body until it reaches, guided by bearings and or pulleys, the anterior end of the second arm 200. The reel 410 is in free rotation on its axis. The drawing of Figure 3 is a side view of the clamp P from which has been removed a plurality of components not participating in the action illustrated, which allows to see in particular the content of the body 100 including the envelope exterior has been removed. Likewise, the lever 300 controlling the movement of the clamp P has also been removed. As illustrated, the clamp P comprises in the body 100 of the first arm, a retaining sub-assembly 500 of the first end 402 of the fixing link 401 for the purpose of providing a length for the formation of the loop 403 (cf. figure 11). This first end 402 of the fixing link 401 to be retained is initially carried by the anterior end 210 of the second arm 200, the retention of said first end by the anterior end 110 being carried out when the clamp is closed for the first time. P. As illustrated, prior to this first closing, the open clamp P is positioned by its user so that the elements E1 and E2 to be linked together are placed between the two arms 100 and 200. Said retaining sub-assembly 500 is formed by a fixed jaw 510 and a movable jaw 520 sliding along the double arrow F3 in the body 100 of the first arm to pass from a clamping position of the first end 402 of the link fixing 401 carried by the second arm 2 00 during the operations of providing a length of fixing link 401 and forming the loop 403, in a loosening position during the cutting link cutting operation 401 and to authorize the closure of the loop 403. To synchronize the retaining means 500 with the movement of the clamp P, the translational movement (double arrow F3) must be synchronized with part of the rotary movement (arrow F2) of the second arm 200. To do this, the movement of rotation (arrow F2) of the second arm 200 actuates a slide 600 movable in translation (double arrow F4) along an axis perpendicular to the axis of movement (double arrow F3) of the movable jaw 520. This slide 600 is guided in translation by a slide 120 fixed in the body 100. This slide 600 forms a cam being preformed with a cam path 610 with which a finger or roller 530 cooperates associated with the movable jaw 52 0. This cam path 610 has surfaces oriented for guide, advance, move back or retain the movable jaw 520 as a function of the desired position opposite that of the anterior end 210 of the second arm 200. This anterior end 210 of the second arm 200 comprises a cutting means comprising a movable blade 230 secured to the movements of the second arm 200 and supporting the first end 402 of the fixing link 401. The fixed jaw 510 secured to the body 100 first arm serves as a counter -blade. As illustrated in the drawing in FIG. 14, said fixed jaw 510 is preformed with a central cavity 511 into which the two ends of the loop 403 just formed are introduced. As illustrated in the drawing of this same FIG. 14, the body 100 of the first arm also guides a rotational drive sub-assembly 700 comprising two elastic elements 710 and 720 between which the two ends of fixing link 401 are retained when said rotation for the purpose of rotation and therefore of kinking. According to the illustrated embodiment, the two elastic elements 710 and 720 are the ends juxtaposed by folding / bending the same flexible metallic wire element 730. These two elastic elements 710 and 720 are arranged at the front of the fixed jaw 510 of the body 100 of the first arm and cooperate in the closed position of the clamp P with a positioning fork 240 fitted to the front end 210 of the second arm 200 at the front of the cutting blade 230 and which, when the pliers P is closed for the second time, supports the two strands of the loop 403 formed between the two elastic elements 710 and 720, the two branches 241 and 242 of said fork 240 then being disposed respectively at the front and at the rear of said elastic elements 710 and 720. Thus, as illustrated in the drawing of FIG. 3, the rotational movement of the arm 200 according to the arrow F2 drive in translation down the slide 600 in the slide 120. The cam path 610 offers a portion of surface inclined to the finger 530 so as to impart a forward translational movement to the movable jaw 520 which approaches the fixed jaw 510 until it reaches the position illustrated in the drawing in FIG. 4 where the clamp P is closed and where the first end 402 of the link 401 supported by the blade 230 is positioned at height and facing the front end of the movable jaw 520. Continued action of the arm 200 on the slide 600 makes it possible to release the movable jaw 520 as illustrated in the drawing in FIG. 5 and to allow the spring 540 associated with the finger 530 to relax to allow the movable jaw 520 to come capture the end 402 while holding it in position against the fixed jaw 510 as illustrated in the drawing in FIG. 6. The relaxation of the manual tightening by the user and the action of the spring R then allow the arms of the clamp P to return to the open position. A length of fixing link 401 is then unwound because its first end 402 has remained fixed to the front end 110 of the body 100 of the first arm as illustrated in the drawing in FIG. 7. The unwinding of a greater length of fixing link 401 is ensured by the movement of the user who moves the clamp P away from the two elements El and E2 to be bonded so that the latter are outside the space defined between the two arms of the clamp P as illustrated in the drawing of the figure 8. By initiating a new closure, the clamp P then forms the loop 403 illustrated by the drawing in FIG. 9, the second end 404 of which must be released from the rest of the link 401 coming from the reel 410. This new closing movement again acts on the slide 600 which will release and move back the movable jaw 520 to allow the link 401 to be cut by the blade 230 as illustrated in the drawing in FIG. 10. As illustrated in the drawing in FIG. 11, the continuation of this movement until the clamp P is completely closed leads to: - positioning between the elastic elements 710 and 720 of the rotary drive sub-assembly 700 of the two strands of the loop 403 due to the support of the fork 240, - when cutting the portion of the ends 402 and 404 of the loop 403 which protrudes from the fixed jaw 510. The loosening of the user's tightening leads to the reopening of the clamp P as illustrated in the drawing in FIG. 12. The rotary drive module 700 can then be actuated by a movement away from the clamp with respect to the elements to be linked El and E2. Indeed, due to a helical connection implemented between a rod 740 linked to elastic elements 710 and 720 and the body 100, this movement in translational spacing is transformed into rotation of the rod 740 according to arrow F5. To do this, said rod 740 is preformed with a helical groove with which balls (non-body 100) cooperate. This rotational movement twists the ends 402 and 404 of the loop 403 so as to close the loop. The elastic elements release by simply continuing the traction by the user, the twisted ends and a new cycle can start. As illustrated in the drawings of the figure and those of Figures 1 and 2, the flanges or cheeks 411 and 412 of the reel 410 are preformed externally from a projecting tree 413 and 414 to cooperate with an open bearing 130 formed in the rear part of the body 100 of the first arm. This rear part is divided into two branches between which the reel 410 is positioned and each preformed with an identical reception slot into which said shaft slides. The two flanges 411 and 412 have complementary internal projections so as to form accommodating the flexible fixing link. Said external projection starts with a prolongation by said shaft 413 and 414, forms a central hub 415 hemispherical hemispherical convex cooperating with an equivalent concave shape preformed at the level of the open bearing 130 preformed in the branches and guiding the reel on the body 100 of the clamp P. The drawings of Figures and 17 illustrate an embodiment of a coil 43 0 of fixing link. According to a preferred but nonlimiting embodiment, this coil 430 has a width of between twenty-seven and thirty millimeters with a central orifice having a diameter of between twenty-seven and thirty millimeters. According to a preferred embodiment, the coil 430 provides a fixing link of approximately one hundred meters. It is understood that the device, which has just been described and shown above, has been for disclosure rather than for limitation. Of course, various arrangements, modifications and improvements could be made to the above example, without going beyond the ambit of 1'invention. Thus, it is for example envisaged to motorize one or more of the movements described above.
