专利说明:
System for attaching a seat, for example an aircraft and seat comprising such a system The present invention relates to a system for fixing a seat, in particular an aircraft seat, and a seat comprising at least one such system. There are already known in the prior art, seat fixing systems for this type of application, which are adapted to secure a seat in a rail of the rest of the aircraft. As a general rule, such a fastening system comprises in particular a base provided with means in the form of a jaw for clamping and locking in position of the system in the rail, by pinching the latter between the base and these means in the form of a jaw. Clamping. The base and the means in the form of a clamping jaw are then movable relative to one another, between a first spaced apart position for mounting / dismounting the system in the rail, and a second close position for blocking the system, by clamping around the rail, by means of actuation actuable by an assembly / disassembly operator. In the simplest versions of these fastening systems, such as that described in document FR 2 953 488 in the name of the applicant, these maneuvering means that can be actuated by the assembly / disassembly operator to block the system in position, are formed by a clamping screw and are therefore movable between an unlocking position and a system locking position, by screwing using for example any tool manipulated by the assembly / disassembly operator. According to other embodiments, these means include cam, lever, etc. means. However, all of these known systems have a certain number of drawbacks, particularly in terms of the ease and reliability of this assembly / disassembly. The object of the invention is therefore to solve these problems. To this end, the subject of the invention is a system for attaching a seat, in particular an aircraft seat, to a rail of the rest of this aircraft, of the type comprising a base provided with means in the form of jaws for clamping and locking in position of the system in the rail by pinching it between the base and these means in the form of a clamping jaw, the means in the form of a clamping jaw being movable relative to the base between a first spaced apart position for mounting / dismounting the system in the rail and a second close position for blocking the system by tightening around the rail by means of maneuver actuable by an assembly / disassembly operator between an unlocking position and a system locking position, characterized in that that the operating means actuable by the assembly / disassembly operator comprise a clamping screw of the means in the form of a clamping jaw, engaged in a hole in the means form of clamping jaw and adapted to cooperate with a tapped hole in the base and in that it has a smooth portion of dead travel so as to allow the screwing of this screw in the tapped hole of the base only when the base and the means in the form of a clamping jaw are in the correct position for hooking in the rail. According to other characteristics of the system according to the invention, taken alone or in combination: - Hard point crossing means are provided between the base and the means in the form of a clamping jaw to maintain these means in the form of a clamping jaw in their first position apart from mounting / dismounting the system; - The hard point crossing means comprise at least one ball spring plunger placed in a corresponding hole in the base; - The hard point crossing means comprise two pushers with ball springs; - The means in the form of a clamping jaw have maneuvering lateral projecting parts allowing the operator to move these between their two positions; - An elastic biasing member is interposed between the means in the form of a clamping jaw and the head of the screw; - The means in the form of a clamping jaw comprise, associated with the hole for the passage of the screw, a first counterbore for receiving the biasing member and a second counterbore for receiving the head of the screw; - The periphery of the head of the screw carries information for unlocking the system, disappearing in the second counterbore corresponding to means in the form of clamping jaws, in the system locking position. According to another aspect, the invention also relates to an aircraft seat which comprises at least one such fastening system. The invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows, given solely by way of example and made with reference to the appended drawings, in which: - Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a fastening system according to the invention in the disassembled position; - Figure 2 shows a side view of such a system in the mounted position in a rail but unlocked; - Figure 3 shows an exploded perspective view of such a fastening system; - Figure 4 shows a perspective view of such a fixing system during mounting in a rail; - Figures 5, 6, 7 and 8 illustrate the mounting and locking of such a fastening system; and - Figure 9 illustrates a perspective view of such a fixing system in the mounting position and locked in a rail. There is indeed illustrated in these figures, a system for fixing a seat, in particular of an aircraft, in a rail of the rest of this aircraft. In these figures, the fastening system is designated by the general reference 1 and the rail of the rest of the aircraft is designated by the general reference 2. In fact this system comprises a base designated by the general reference 3, which is provided with means in the form of clamping jaws and of locking in position of the system in the rail, by pinching the latter between the base and these means in form of clamping jaws. The means in the form of clamping jaws are designated by the general reference 4 in these figures. In fact and as illustrated in these figures, the means in the form of a clamping jaw are movable relative to the base, between a first spaced-apart mounting / dismounting position of the system in the rail, as illustrated for example in the figures 1 and 2, and a second close position for locking the system by tightening around the rail, as illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 8 for example. This movement of these means in the form of a clamping jaw is obtained by means of operating means actuable by an assembly / disassembly operator, in order to move the system between an unlocking position and a locking position in the rail. In fact and as will be described in more detail below, these operating means comprise for example a screw designated by the general reference 5 in these figures. As is also illustrated in these figures, means for crossing a hard point are provided between the base and the means in the form of a clamping jaw, to maintain these means in the form of a clamping jaw in their first position separated from the mounting / dismantling the system. This makes it easier to assemble and disassemble the system. Indeed it is simpler for the operator to assemble and disassemble the system if these two parts are separated. These hard point crossing means comprise for example at least one ball spring plunger, placed in a corresponding hole in the base. This hole, for example, goes right through the base. In the exemplary embodiment illustrated in these figures, two ball spring plungers are used. These two pushers are designated by the general references 6 and 7 in these figures. In fact, these ball spring plungers have, for example, a threaded external body which is then adapted to be engaged in a tapped hole in the base, in a conventional manner. Thus these means with crossing of hard point 6 and 7, make it possible to maintain the means in the form of clamping jaws 4 in their position away from the base 3, during the operations of assembly in position and disassembly of this system in / of rail, by the operator. Once in the mounting position, the mounting operator can then press on these means in the form of a clamping jaw to move them to their second position close to the base, blocking the fixing system by clamping around the rail. It will be noted for this purpose that the means in the form of clamping jaws 4 may also comprise, for example, lateral projecting parts 8 and 9, such as wings, facilitating the operation and movement of these means in the form of clamping jaws, by the operator. It is thus understood that the operator can press on the means in the form of a clamping jaw, which allows the balls of the pushers with ball springs to retract, in order to free the passage and therefore allow the movement of these shaped means. clamping jaws to their second position. During disassembly, the operator can pull on the means in the form of clamping jaws 4 to move them from their second close position to their first separated position, again by crossing the hard point defined by the balls of the pushers 6 and 7. As indicated above, the operating means that can be actuated by the assembly / disassembly operator to tighten means in the form of a clamping jaw, for example comprise a screw 5. This is illustrated in more detail in Figures 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, this screw 5 is engaged in a hole 10 of the means in the form of a clamping jaw and is adapted to cooperate with a tapped hole of the base, this tapped hole being designated by the general reference 11. In fact this screw 5 has a smooth portion of dead travel, designated by the general reference 12 in these Figures 5, 6, 7 and 8, so as to allow the screwing of this screw 5 in the tapped hole 11 of the base, only when this base and these means in the form of a clamping jaw are in the correct position for hooking in the rail. This avoids any false attachment position of the system in the rail by allowing tightening only when it is properly positioned in the rail. Such a position is shown in more detail in FIG. 8. The jaw-shaped means are in fact not in the correct position in the rail, and rest on it, so that they prevent the assembly from coming down and the threaded part of the screw 5 from engaging with the tapped hole 11. An elastic biasing member such as a helical spring designated by the general reference 13, is interposed between the means in the form of a clamping jaw and the head of the screw, this screw head being designated by the general reference 14. This spring makes it possible to urge the means in the form of a clamping jaw towards its second position. In fact and as illustrated, the means in the form of a clamping jaw comprise, associated with the hole 10 for passage of the screw 5, a first counterbore 15 for receiving this spring 13 and a second counterbore 16 for receiving the head of the screw 5 in the locked position, as illustrated in FIG. 9. Thus, once the system has been put in place in the rail, and once it has been positioned correctly in this rail, the operator can push the screw 5 against the stress of the spring 13, to engage the threaded part of this screw 5 in the tapped hole 11 of the base and thus allow the clamping of these means in the form of a clamping jaw on the base, by pinching the rail between the base and the jaw-shaped means of Tightening. It will also be noted that the periphery of the head of the screw 5 can carry information for example of color, of unlocking of the system, disappearing in the corresponding counterbore 16 of the means in the form of clamping jaws, in the system locking position. Similarly, color indications may also be provided on portions of the means in the form of a clamping jaw, which are to disappear in the rail when these means are in the correct position therein. This allows for example to understand the locking position or not 5 of the system. It goes without saying of course that many other embodiments of this system can be envisaged.
