专利说明:
Technical field of the invention The present invention relates to a sealing device for a man-machine dialogue member and to a man-machine dialogue assembly comprising said man-machine dialogue member and said sealing device. The human-machine dialogue assembly is also capable of integrating an identification device such as for example a label holder. State of the art Various human-machine dialogue members are known in the industrial field, in the form of control and / or display members. In the control members, there are, for example, pushbuttons, rotary knobs, key rotary knobs or emergency stop buttons. These various organs are intended to generate a command in an electrical installation. There are also display devices, more commonly called indicator lights, the function of which is simply to light up to signal a particular operating state to the operator. A man-machine dialogue member conventionally comprises a tubular body surmounted by a collar. The body of the human-machine dialogue member is made of plastic or metallic material. A human-machine dialogue member of this type is intended to be fixed through a wall, such as for example the door of an electrical cabinet. To fix such a man-machine dialogue member, an opening of a standard diameter is made through the wall. The man-machine dialogue member is inserted axially by its tubular body in said opening until it abuts by its collar against the wall, at the periphery of the opening. It thus has a visible front part on one side of the wall and an invisible rear part, located on the other side of the wall. Fixing means cooperating with its rear part make it possible to fix it through the opening. In known manner, a ring-shaped seal is threaded around the body up to the collar of the button and in particular has a part intended to come into abutment against the periphery of the opening formed through the wall so as to ensure sealing around the opening, between the front and the back of the wall. Furthermore, it is also known to mount an identification device on such a man-machine dialogue device, allowing an operator to quickly identify his function. Such a device is for example intended to carry a label or any other identification solution. The identification device is often removable and must be able to position and adapt to any human-machine dialogue device. In general, it has a circular opening intended to be traversed by the body of the button and the periphery of which is taken between a shoulder formed by the collar of the human-machine dialogue member and the wall. For this, the man-machine dialogue member has a clearance extending between the outer edge of its collar and the seal, allowing the identification device to slide there. However, when the man-machine dialogue member is mounted on the wall in the absence of the identification device, the clearance, which is then not filled, becomes a place for depositing various particles, in particular dust. The objective of the invention is therefore to propose a solution which makes it possible to: have a sealing device arranged directly between the human-machine dialogue member and the wall; position an identification device as defined above, without requiring the presence of a clearance under the collar; use the same sealing device on the man-machine dialogue device, whether this is with or without an identification device. Certain known man-machine dialogue members are provided with a so-called flush architecture (so-called flush in English) in which the flange is of a very low height, not exceeding very little from the plane formed by the wall. The solution of the invention will in particular be perfectly suited for this type of human-machine dialogue member, making it possible to keep this flush architecture while fulfilling the objectives defined above. Statement of the invention The solution of the invention therefore consists of a sealing device for a man-machine dialogue member intended to be fixed through a wall, said device comprising a seal formed in a ring around an axis, said seal comprising: A first annular part comprising at least one element for positioning the seal, arranged to cooperate with said man-machine dialogue member to limit the rotation of the seal around its axis, A second annular sealing part comprising a first face and a second face. The device is characterized in that: The seal comprises a first annular border formed around said axis projecting from said first face and a second annular border formed around said axis projecting from said second face, The second border follows a trajectory comprising several baffles so as to form at least one concave part delimiting a support zone on said second face and at least one convex part delimiting a clearance zone on said second face to bypass said positioning element. According to a feature of the device, said first annular part is in the form of a belt and said second annular part forms a collar around said belt. According to another particular feature of the device, said belt comprises a first internal face and a second external face and said positioning element comprises a recess formed in said internal face forming a protuberance on said external face. According to another particular feature of the device, the first border comprises at least one baffle delimiting a clearance zone on said first face to bypass said positioning element. The invention also relates to a man-machine dialogue assembly, comprising a man-machine dialogue member provided with a tubular body surmounted by a collar. This assembly is characterized in that it comprises a sealing device as defined above in which said seal is arranged to surround said body of the man-machine dialogue member by its first annular part and to bear against the collar by said first border. According to one feature, this assembly comprises an identification device comprising at least one tongue arranged to bear on said bearing zone of the first face. According to another particular feature of the assembly, the identification device comprises a first part having an opening arranged at the periphery of said collar of the man-machine dialogue member and a second part carrying said at least one tongue. According to another particular feature of the assembly, the first part of the identification device comprises a housing intended to receive an identification label. According to another particular feature of the assembly, the first part comprises a housing and the second part comprises a plate assembled on said housing. According to another particular feature of the assembly, the plate has a contoured opening, on the edge of which said at least one tongue is formed. According to another particular feature of the assembly, the housing and the plate are assembled together by gluing or overmolding. Detailed description of at least one embodiment In the following description, a main axis (X) is defined. The terms upper, lower, front and rear are to be considered with respect to this main axis (X), shown in the figures in a vertical direction, this axis being perpendicular to the wall P of fixing. The invention applies to a man-machine dialogue device. A sealing device is fitted on the man-machine dialogue member, forming a man-machine dialogue unit. The human-machine dialogue assembly may also include an identification device. By human-machine dialogue member means a member integrating a control function and / or a light signal type function. Without limitation, it may thus be a push button, a rotary button, an emergency stop button or an indicator light. With reference to FIGS. 1A to 1C, a man-machine dialogue member comprises a tubular body 10 formed along the axis (X) and a flange 11 surmounting said tubular body 10. Said collar thus forms a shoulder 12 extending outward relative to the section of the tubular body. The flange 11 can carry a control button and / or a transparent cover to ensure signaling. The tubular body may include an upper part, located under the collar and a lower part, of two sections of different sizes. The man-machine dialogue member is intended to be fixed through a wall P, for example the door of an electrical cabinet. For this, the wall has an opening, generally circular, with a standardized diameter (for example with a standardized diameter of 22mm). The body 10 of the button is inserted into the opening up to its flange 11, so that the body is located towards the rear of the wall and the flange towards the front. Under the shoulder 12, a sealing device is positioned to seal around the opening between the front and the back of the wall. The sealing device comprises a seal 2 formed in a ring and threaded axially around the upper part of the body of the button. Conventionally, the seal 2 will be made of any material allowing the desired level of tightness to be achieved, in particular rubber, elastomer or other material of the same type. With reference to FIGS. 4A to 4F, the seal 2 has two parts, a first part 20 and a second part 21. The first part 20 of the joint is in the form of a belt defining two opposite faces, an internal face 200 intended to be in contact with the body of the member and an opposite external face 201. This first part 20 is intended to come and surround the body of the button. The second part 21 of the seal is intended to seal around the opening formed through the wall. It is in the form of a flat ring surmounting the first part 20 and thus forming a collar. It thus has a first face, called the upper face 210, and a second face, called the lower face 211. The second part 21 also has two edges, a first edge called the upper edge 212 and a second edge called the lower edge 213. The upper edge is formed protruding on the upper face 210 and the lower edge is formed protruding on the lower face 211 . The upper border 212 and the lower border 213 also follow a closed annular trajectory on their respective faces. During installation, the upper border 212 is intended to come into contact with the shoulder 12 formed by the collar 11 of the man-machine dialogue member and the lower border 213 is intended to come into contact with the front face of the wall, over the entire periphery of the opening (Figure 1B). The first part 20 of the seal 2 comprises one or more positioning elements making it possible to perform positioning, self-centering and self-retaining functions of the seal on the body 10 of the man-machine dialogue member. . Each element makes it possible in particular to ensure that the seal is correctly positioned on the member and to ensure that it stops in rotation about the main axis (X), after having been installed. A positioning element may include a recess 202 or a notch formed on the internal face 200 of the first part of the seal, thus forming a protuberance 203 on the external face 201 of this first part. The hollow 202 is intended to cooperate with a corresponding lug formed on the body of the man-machine dialogue member. Another positioning element may include a cutout 214 produced through the flat ring of the second part 21 of the seal 2 and intended to cooperate with a lug 120 formed on the shoulder 12 formed by the flange 11 of the dialogue member man-machine in relation to the body 10. Several positioning elements of this type or of equivalent shape can be produced on the joint. They are intended to cooperate with corresponding shapes made on the human-machine dialogue member. According to a particular aspect of the invention, the lower border 213 has a trajectory which comprises several baffles, so as to have concave parts and convex parts 40. Each concave part 30 is oriented inward relative to the axis main and each convex part 40 is offset to the outside relative to the main axis. Each concave part 30 thus makes it possible to delimit an extended zone on the lower face 211 of the second part of the joint. Each convex part 40 is formed so as to bypass a protuberance 203 of a positioning element. The zone delimited by a concave part 30 forms a support surface 31 intended for the attachment of an identification device. The upper border 212 may also include several baffles so as to bypass each protuberance 203 formed by at least one positioning element. Thanks to the baffles, the sealing is carried out as close as possible to the body of the man-machine dialogue member around the axis, so as to concentrate the sealing in the smallest possible area, while taking account of of the particular configuration of the joint. The two edges 212, 213 can be made one above the other, so as to follow an identical trajectory. The seal 2 is produced and positioned on the body of the human-machine dialog member so that the outer edge of its second part 20 is perpendicular to the outer edge of the flange 11 of the human-machine dialog member. The human-machine dialogue assembly is also adapted to include an identification device 5 as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3C. Such an identification device 5 is in particular intended to identify the human-machine dialogue member on which it is adapted. According to one aspect of the invention, the identification device 5 comprises a housing 50. The housing 50 has an opening 51 of sufficient dimensions to match the external shape of the collar of the man-machine dialogue member. This housing may have a thickness equivalent to, or even identical to, the height of the collar of the man-machine dialogue member. The housing 50 may be made of plastic material. The housing has a front face 52 and a rear face 53. The front face may include a housing 54 intended to receive an identification label indicating the function of the associated human-machine dialogue member or other information. The identification device comprises a plate 60 intended to be assembled on said housing 50. This plate 60 is fixed on the housing, to at least partially cover the rear face 53 thereof. The assembly can be carried out by any known solution, for example rolling or overmolding. The plate 60 can be made of stamped stainless steel sheet or equivalent material and process. The plate serves as a fixing support for the identification device. The plate 60 also comprises an opening 61 clipped with dimensions equivalent to that of the housing 50, this opening 61 coming opposite that of the housing of the device. The plate 60 also includes one or more catching tabs 62 formed on the periphery of the opening 61, each tab 62 extending inwards, in the direction of the main axis (X). Each tongue 62 is positioned so as to come to bear on a bearing surface 31 of the seal. The identification device can thus be fixed relative to the man-machine dialogue member by the tongues 62, taken between the underside 211 of the second part 21 of the seal and the wall P. The tongues 62 can be six in number. The thickness of each tongue 62 (along the axis (X)) is less than the height of the lower border 213, which makes it possible to maintain a certain level of compression of the joint during assembly. Such an identification device can also carry, in addition or as an alternative, light signaling functions but also functions for wireless data transmission / reception or any other function of this type. It may in particular integrate an electronic card housed in its housing closed by the plate. Without limitation, the human-machine dialogue set may include the following dimensions: 0.2 mm plate thickness; Height of the upper border of 0.15 mm; 0.4 mm lower border height; Height of the collar of the man-machine dialogue member in flush version equal to 3 mm. During assembly in the absence of the identification device, the upper border 212 and the lower border 213 are compressed to a mechanical stop provided on the man-machine dialogue member, this stop being positioned to fix the height of the man-machine dialogue member at the front of the wall at a given height (3 mm for a flush version as in the appended figures). When mounting in the presence of an identification device as described above, the tongues 62 come to bear against the underside 211 of the second part 21 of the joint on the support zones delimited by the baffles. The upper border remains compressed in an identical manner but the compression of the lower border is limited at the level of the support zones 31 of the tongues 62 of the plate 60 of the identification device. Outside these zones, the compression of the seal can continue until the mechanical stop provided on the man-machine dialogue member. Furthermore, it should be noted that the upper border 212 and the lower border 213 serve in particular to compensate for the irregularities in the flatness of the rear face of the wall P. They also have the role of limiting the tightening torque necessary to fix the human-machine dialog on the wall P. It will be understood from the above that the solution of the invention has a number of advantages, among which: The versatility of the sealing solution, which is similar in architecture, with or without an identification device; Possibility of obtaining a strong IP69 level seal, even in the presence of the identification device; Easy assembly and installation; A solution which does not require the presence of a clearance between the seal and the collar of the man-machine dialogue member for fixing the identification device, the latter being hung simply by means of the tabs; A sealing solution and a reception solution for the identification device which does not entail any additional thickness, making it possible to keep a small space requirement in height at the front of the wall and therefore to offer a flush version of limited height ( 3 mm only for example).
