Nowadays, people pay a lot of attention to leisure and free time, so that outdoor activities such as camping and barbecuing have become very popular. Taiwan's earlier utility model No. M307376, entitled "Multifunction Chicken Cooker", mainly describes a cooker with three jaw hooks, a pole and a collection basin. Each of the three jaw hooks has a engagement portion.
However, in the depot mentioned above, the cooker is designed in a cylindrical form and is not collapsible. The bulky size of the aforementioned cooker is impractical for storage and transportation. Storage space is a difficult problem for camping. Although a folding barbecue grill available on the market can solve the problem of storage, however, the folding of the barbecue structure is complicated and can not meet the need for easy storage.
To overcome the disadvantages of the conventional grill device, the present invention provides a roasting device for solving the aforementioned problems. The main object of the present invention is to provide a roasting device particularly portable and easy to store.

support 41 and a drip tray 42. Each support rod 41 has two ends respectively mounted through the through hole 225 of the first side plate 22 and the through hole 235 of the second side plate 23, and this makes the two Support bars 41 are located between the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23. The two support bars 41 are located above the brazing unit 30. The drip tray 42 is mounted on the upper surfaces two support rods 4L
The suspension rod 50 is mounted at the positioning recess 227 of the first side plate 22 and the locating recess 237 of the second side plate 23. The suspension rod 50 is above the unit support 40.
The cover panel 60 is mounted on an upper surface of the vertical plate unit and is a U-shaped panel. The cover panel 60 has a main body 61 and two side portions 62. The two side portions 62 are formed on two respective lateral edges of the main body 61. Each of the lateral portions 62 has a ventilation recess 621. The ventilation recess 621 is formed in a lower edge of the lateral portion 62. The positions of the two ventilation recesses 621 correspond to respectively at the positions of the ventilation hole 226 of the first side plate 22 and the ventilation hole 236 of the second side plate 23.
Referring to Figures 2, 3 and 5, it will be apparent that when the roasting device according to the present invention is used, the charcoal is placed on the upper surface of the support member 32 of the brazing unit 30. The base plate 24 is detached from the vertical plate unit 20, then a pot 70 is placed on top of the two support rods 41 of the support unit 40. The present invention can be used to heat the pot 70 to cook food. Further, as shown in Figures 2, 3 and 6, a food ingredient 80 (eg chicken, duck or fish) may be placed on the suspension rod 50 and the drip tray 42 may be placed on In addition, since two ventilation recesses 621 correspond in position to the ventilation holes 226 of the first side plate 22 and to the ventilation holes 236 of the second side plate 23, the smoke can dispersing via the ventilation holes 226 of the first side plate 22 and the ventilation holes 236 of the second side plate 23.
In addition, since the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 are pivotally connected to the main plate 21 respectively, when the roasting device according to the present invention is not used, the base plate 24 can be detached from the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23, and the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 are respectively pivoted with respect to the main plate 21. In this way, the storage volume of the device according to the present invention is minimized, and this device is easy to transport. In addition, this roasting device is without the need to plug a socket and is portable.
