PLUG WITH DOUBLE SEALING FOR CONTAINERS Object of the invention The present invention relates to the field of closure elements for containers, and more particularly to caps for containers with tight closure. Thus, the object of the invention is to provide a cap for containers, capable of guaranteeing the tightness of the content. Similarly, the invention aims to provide a stopper for containers, capable of improving the closure with the neck of the container, so as to improve the resistance to pressure or to damage caused during transport. Similarly, the invention aims to provide a stopper for containers, capable of improving stability in the face of the risk of slipping and loss of airtightness, during palletizing, storage or horizontal transport operations. Similarly, the invention is a double security of interior sealing in case of failure with the first, if the latter interferes with degraded areas of the container. Context of the invention In the field of caps for containers, plugs are known which have a contact surface for adjusting to the neck of a container and preserving the content thereof. Generally, this type of cap uses any type of irregularity of its inner peripheral face to establish contact with the outside of the neck of the container, which, when a user closes the cap on the neck, allows to obtain a certain seal. However, this type of plug has a number of drawbacks. Among these, we can cite the fact that in a good number of cases, these plugs close the outside of the neck of the container and that the presence of small burrs means that the seal is insufficient. In addition, even starting from an initial sealing situation, due to their configuration, it is common for storage or transport operations to cause some critical deformation for sealing, even giving rise to leaks. Therefore, it is desirable, in the prior art, to improve this type of caps in order to provide caps for containers, capable of sealing the contents in a reliable and durable manner. Description of the invention In this way, the stopper for containers offered by the present invention is presented as an emergency seal compared to that known in the prior art, since it makes it possible to satisfactorily achieve the objectives indicated above as being suitable for the technique. The invention consists of a container stopper comprising a cylindrical body which comprises, on its internal face, a cylindrical skirt and a rib, in which the cylindrical or olive-shaped skirt and the rib are dimensioned to come into contact with the internal face. from the container neck and create at least two sealing zones. In this way, the invention advantageously provides means for closing the mouth of the neck to improve the sealing of the container. In a preferred embodiment, the rib has a cylindrical shape which constitutes a contiguous and continuous peripheral relief on the internal face of the upper base of the cylindrical body. In another preferred embodiment, the rib has an outer perimeter greater than the outer perimeter of the cylindrical skirt. In a particular embodiment of the invention, the width of the cylindrical skirt, relative to the longitudinal axis of the plug, is greater than that of the rib. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the internal face of the upper base of the stopper comprises first and second connecting points from which the cylindrical skirt and the rib depart respectively. Thus, advantageously, the sealing zones are completely independent and offer better resistance to loss of sealing due to manufacturing defects, knocks received during storage, storage or transport. In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the rib is arranged on the external face of the cylindrical skirt. Thus, a second point of contact of the cylindrical skirt is advantageously guaranteed with the neck of the container, which guarantees a second sealing zone. In one embodiment of the invention, the cylindrical body is formed by the articulated connection of two superimposed elements: a lower element and an upper element. Thus, advantageously, the solution of the double seal of the present invention, described above, is arranged on the upper element of the plug, so that disregard the plugs described above which consist of a single body rigid, the present invention is also suitable for this type of plug made up of two bodies, widely used for example on oil bottles or small water bottles. In addition, a particular embodiment provides that the lower part is provided with attachment means for holding it on the neck of the container and that the upper part is provided with the cylindrical skirt and the rib. This configuration advantageously maintains the cap, namely its lower part, adjusted at all times on the neck of the container, which avoids its loss, and it is enough with a simple movement of the upper part of the cap, which by pivoting on the hinged-type articulated connection fits inside the neck, so that the container is closed and sealed. In accordance with all of the foregoing, the present invention comprises a series of technical characteristics which imply advantageous technical effects, among which is mainly the improvement of the ensured seal. Therefore, the present invention avoids the penetration of dust and / or foreign bodies inside the container, preventing them from coming into contact with its contents. The solution of the double seal of the present invention can advantageously be applied to any type of plugs, in particular the plugs in one piece, the plugs made up of two elements connected by means of a hinge or any other variant. Located in the inner area, the two sealing zones provided by the stopper reduce the weight of the stopper, and come into contact with a clean surface of the neck of the container. In addition, in the inner area, they are less likely to be hit than in the outer area of the neck, which allows them to better resist any pressure or damage caused during transport or palletizing. Detailed description of the invention What is defined in this detailed description is set out only to promote a full understanding of the invention. Accordingly, those skilled in the art will recognize that it is possible to make variations, changes and modifications to the embodiments described herein, without departing from the scope of the invention, so that the specific drawings and implementations appearing in this document are presented only for illustrative and explanatory purposes and in no case for the purpose of limiting aspects of the invention. The present invention discloses a double sealing solution for container caps, which is based on a configuration of the inner face of the cap which includes a cylindrical skirt 5 and a rib 7, in which the cylindrical skirt and the rib are sized to enter in contact with the inside face of the neck (2) of a container and thus create two sealing zones. This solution is applicable to any type of plug, but by way of example, FIGS. 1 to 4 illustrate in detail below a particular embodiment of a plug consisting of two parts connected by means of a hinge and Figure 5 illustrates the same double seal solution, but applied to a single piece cap. FIG. 1 represents a plug 1 placed on the neck 2 of a container, in the open position. The plug 1 is formed by the articulated connection of two superimposed elements: a lower element 3 and an upper element 4. The lower element 3 comprises hooking means for its retention on the neck 2 of the container, both for the opening for closing the cap 1. 2 shows a front view of the plug 1 in the closed position. As can be seen, said plug 1 consists of a substantially cylindrical body, formed by the articulated connection of the lower element 3 and the upper element 4. Figure 3 shows the inner part of the plug, in a rear view. As can be seen, the upper element comprises a cylindrical skirt 5 starting from the internal face of said upper element and a cylindrical rib disposed continuously on the internal face of the upper element. The cylindrical skirt and the rib are both dimensioned for their insertion inside the neck 2 of the container, so as to come into contact with the inside face of the neck, at least at two contact points situated at different heights. . The contact points are substantially circular and concentric contact points which ensure contact with the interior of the neck of the container, continuously over its entire perimeter. Good vertical stability of the stopper is thus guaranteed when it is adjusted to the neck of the container. The cylindrical skirt preferably comprises a protuberance 6 disposed continuously on the lower edge of its outer face to come into contact with the neck of the container. The cylindrical skirt 5 and the cylindrical rib 7 each have a permanent connection with the upper element, at two different points on its inner face, namely by following two concentric circumferences of different diameter. However, in an alternative embodiment with respect to the preceding paragraph, provision is made for placing the cylindrical rib on the cylindrical skirt itself, on its outer face. In this way, there is only one point of connection with the inner face of the upper element which is that defined by the cylindrical skirt 5 itself and the inner face of the upper element. According to this configuration, the cylindrical rib leaves from the upper edge of the cylindrical skirt 5, through its outer face, to come into contact with the neck of the container at a point close to the neck. FIG. 4 represents a cross section of the stopper 1. As can be observed, the two contact points 8 and 9 between the cylindrical skirt 5, the cylindrical rib 7 and the inside face of the neck of the container respectively define two zones of seal. Thus, the sealing zones advantageously use a clean surface of the neck of the container, or at least cleaner than the external surface, which also reduces the risk of a blow compared to the configurations which use the external face of the neck of the container, and which reduces the weight of the cap. The diameter of the external perimeter of the protuberance 6 is less than that of the external perimeter of the cylindrical rib 7. Furthermore, the width of the skirt 7, measured along the longitudinal axis of the plug, is greater than that of the cylindrical rib 7 Thus, the protuberance of the cylindrical skirt is dimensioned to be introduced over a certain distance inside the container and to establish a contact at a first contact point 8 which guarantees a first sealing zone, while the rib is dimensioned to establish contact at a second contact point 9 inside the container, closer to the end or mouth of the container than the first contact point, guaranteeing a second sealing zone. The sealing zones thus defined inside the container are more resistant to any pressure or possible damage caused during transport than solutions which opt for the use of the outside of the container. Likewise, compared to palletizing, storage or horizontal transport operations, excellent stability is obtained in the face of the risk of slipping and a guarantee against loss of airtightness. In addition, the inner part of a container is unlikely to have burrs which can affect the connections described above, while it is common for the outer part to have a burr resulting from its manufacture. When the plug is closed from the outside by means of an external lip, these burrs can have the effect of adversely affecting the seal. However, the contacts described above of the cylindrical skirt and of the cylindrical rib through the interior zone of the container guarantee two sealing zones protected from these burrs. The double seal of the product is obtained each time the cap is closed. In other words, when the upper element 3 is introduced into the mouth of the container, by using the articulated connection which connects it to the lower element 2. This articulated connection comprises two pairs of vertical slots 10, arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the plug 1, which define two connecting strips 11 between the two lower and upper elements. Said bands 11 provide the articulation of the lower element and the upper element. In the closed position, the configuration described provides improved sealing, by providing at least two sealing zones which preserve the interior of the container. Furthermore, it is possible to improve the closure by combining the cylindrical skirt 5 and the cylindrical rib 7, arranged to make contact by the interior part of the container, with similar elements arranged to make contact by the exterior part of the container. . Thus, it is possible to include on the inner face of the lower element 3 one or more peripheral relief (s) 12 which reduces or reduce the internal area of the plug 1 and contributes (s) to preventing the dust does not get inside the container. In addition, the upper element 4 can also have one or more burr (s) on the lower edge of its peripheral wall 13, so as to remain opposite the cylindrical skirt and can come into contact with the external face of the neck 2 of the container by limiting the penetration of dust and / or foreign bodies into the areas in contact with the consumer's mouth. FIG. 5 represents a cross section of the plug 20, in accordance with a particular embodiment of the invention. The difference lies in the fact that the plug of this embodiment shown in Figure 5 consists of a single rigid body. Thus, the plug 20 has a cylindrical skirt 5 starting from the internal face of the plug (namely from its upper base) and a cylindrical rib 7 disposed continuously on said internal face. The cylindrical skirt and the rib are both dimensioned for their insertion inside the neck 2 of the container, so as to come into contact with the inside face of the neck, at least at two contact points 8, 9 located at different heights.
