Motor vehicle seat system
Field of the invention
The invention relates to a motor vehicle seat system.
Context of the invention
A corresponding motor vehicle seat system is disclosed, for example, by DE 10 2008 061 109 A1. These generally have a longitudinal seat displacement device, by means of which the motor vehicle seat can be moved forward or, respectively, backward, against the direction of travel, depending on the size of the occupant. For this purpose, such systems are provided with a first rail, which is fixedly connected to the motor vehicle, and a second rail, fixedly connected to the seat, which can slide in the first rail and can be locked in different positions or relative displacement states. The blocking can be canceled by means of an actuation lever. For this purpose, the lever is generally brought, by lifting, from its blocking position, into a displacement position and, in this way, the blocking of the first rail and of the second rail relative to each other is abolished. Most often, such actuating levers are prestressed in the locking direction so as to make a false maneuver more difficult and to ensure that the seat, as for its longitudinal movement, is in its locked position in the absence of 'an actuation of the actuation lever.
All the components - also and in particular the actuating element, respectively the actuating lever - having tolerances, so that there is naturally a certain play in the mounting of the actuating elements. It can therefore happen that the lever produces unusual noises, especially in rough terrain and during long journeys, which is unpleasant and annoying, especially during long journeys. In addition to this, when there is a certain amount of play, it can happen that the actuation lever unexpectedly leaves its blocking position to move into the displacement position. This has considerable drawbacks, particularly from the point of view of security.
The object of the present invention is therefore to present a motor vehicle seat system of the kind described above, but in which these drawbacks are avoided.
Statement of the invention
The motor vehicle seat system according to the invention comprises a motor vehicle seat as well as a longitudinal displacement installation associated therewith, by means of which the motor vehicle seat can be moved in and opposite to the direction a walk. The longitudinal displacement installation has at least one rail, which is intended to be fixedly connected to the motor vehicle, and, movable on or in it, a second rail, fixed to the seat, which can be moved relative to the first rail, the motor vehicle seat system further has an actuating element, which can be pivoted from a locking position, in which the two rails are held in a certain adjustment position relative to the other, in a displacement position. In doing so, in accordance with the invention, it is provided that, on the actuating element, a support device is provided, filled with fluid in a preferred embodiment, which, at least during a non-actuated state (in the absence of a user action) of the actuating element, bears against it, at least in sections. As a result, the actuating element, at least in its non-activated state, is held against the support device. In this way, any play is avoided, which, in a moving motor vehicle, would give rise to vibrations on the part of the actuating element with respect to other components of the seat adjustment system, the device d 'support thus acting as a damping device, which dampens the vibrations of the actuating element and thus suppresses noise.
In an embodiment filled with fluid of the support device, said support device can adapt, in each actuation position of the actuation arrangement, to the change of position of the actuation device, by means of the fluid located inside the support device, without thereby doing the support against the actuating element is canceled. Due to the filling of fluid, the support device achieves flexibility, which, moreover, makes it possible to absorb, with the aid of the fluid, movements, such as vibrations, of the actuating element during the journey and to avoid simultaneously that the blocking is canceled by a progressive increase of the movements. In this way, unusual noises are avoided. The fluid-filled support section - or a plurality of such fluid-filled support sections - has a flexible wall, which is oriented towards the actuating element, so that its external shape is able to adapting to the movements of the actuating element, due to the fact that the fluid, contained in the support section, is discharged adequately.
According to a particular preferred embodiment, it is intended that the support device has at least two support sections, in particular filled with fluid, adjacent to the actuating element. In this way, suitable support sections, filled with fluid, can be provided, for example, on both sides of the actuating element.
In particular, provision may be made for the fluid-filled support sections to be produced as fluid chambers, which are in fluid communication with each other, via an intermediate section. In this way, the system can also react in front of larger backflows of fluid by the actuating element, since the fluid is led from one of the fluid chambers into the other fluid chamber by the intermediate section. In this way, the best possible contact is always ensured between the support section and the actuating element. In addition to this, thanks to the intermediate section and the fluid communication, it is avoided that too rapid movements of the actuating section lead, if necessary, to an accumulation of fluid and to the bursting of one fluid chambers. Alternatively, in the unfilled embodiment of the support device, provision may be made for the support sections to consist of an elastic material, in particular plastic, and to be connected together by means of a section. intermediate.
Preferably the actuating element comprises an actuating lever. This can be a simple lever, but it can also be a lever in the shape of a stirrup, which, in particular, can be coupled with the second rail. Preferably, it is provided that, for reasons of symmetry, two pairs of rails, each consisting of a first rail and a second rail, are provided.
According to a preferred embodiment, provision may be made for the support device to be arranged in or on the second rail. This can then be designed so that it surrounds the actuating lever penetrating inside the second rail.
In addition to this, it can be provided that the actuating element is arranged, at least with a section, in the second rail. The support device can then be arranged between the section of the actuating element disposed in the second rail and the inner face of the second rail. In this way, it can be certain that the support device bears both against the second rail and also against the actuating element and that a contact is always made, in complete safety, between the element support and actuating element. The fluid chambers of the support element are fixed by the inner wall of the second rail and therefore cannot deflect outward when the actuation element is actuated, but they deform as a result. actuation of the actuating element and thus provide the necessary contact.
In general, in accordance with a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the support device of the motor vehicle seat system according to the invention has, transversely to the second rail, a C-shaped cross section. preferably, in particular in the variant of the support device not filled with fluid, this can be made of plastic. Thus, it can be manufactured advantageously and also be installed later in already existing systems. In addition to the support function, the support device, can, in all the embodiments discussed here, be used as well as a damping element, intended to dampen the vibrations of the actuating element as a security element of the actuating element, increasing the security of the actuating element against false operations.
According to another embodiment, the support device is preferably made from a synthetic material.
The vehicle seat system according to the invention described above is particularly suitable for being installed in a motor vehicle, in which the first rail is fixed to the vehicle and more precisely to the chassis of the vehicle.

Detailed description of the invention
Figure 1 and Figure 2 show a part of the motor vehicle seat system. For the purpose of a clearer overview, the motor vehicle seat itself is not shown. In the example shown, two first rails 2 are shown, intended to be fixed to the motor vehicle, as well as the second rails 3, sliding therein and movable in the direction of travel X, respectively in the direction opposite to it. ci, on which is mounted the motor vehicle seat. The second rails 3 can be fixed, respectively stopped with respect to the first rails 2, in different displacement positions and in a desired position. This blocking can be canceled by means of [actuating element 1, which, in the example shown, is produced in the form of a stirrup-shaped lever. When the user raises the lever in the vertical direction Z (Figure 4), the blocking of the second rail 3 relative to the second rail 2 is canceled and the user can freely move the motor vehicle seat in, respectively opposite of the direction of travel X. When it releases the lever 1 - preferably prestressed towards the floor of the motor vehicle - the rail 3 is then locked in the rail 2 and the seat is fixed in the desired adjustment position (figure 3). Y designates the direction of travel of the motor vehicle perpendicular to the vertical direction Z and perpendicular to the direction of travel X.
Due to the raising and lowering of the actuating element (hereinafter, also simply referred to as lever) 1, the latter naturally presents a certain clearance. In the example shown, the lever 1 is mounted, for example, in pivoting in or on the second rail 3. Because of this play, vibrations, manifesting themselves during walking, can have the effect that the lever 1 also starts to vibrate. These vibrations manifest themselves, for example, in the form of disturbing noise.
According to the invention, there is provided for this purpose a support device 4 filled with fluid, the function of which will be described with reference to FIG. 3 and to FIG. 4. Fluid here means any kind of liquid or gas, which is capable of being driven back by the movement of solid bodies. The support device 4 according to the invention, filled with fluid, bears against the actuating element 1. According to the invention, this is produced so that the contact is surely maintained whatever the state in which the actuating element is 1. Preferably the support device 4 filled with fluid, according to the invention, has at least one support section, which can be filled with fluid - in particular under the form of a fluid chamber - preferably two support sections filled with fluid - in particular in the form of fluid chambers 4a, 4b. In the following, the support sections will be designated in a nonlimiting manner by "fluid chambers.
This / these fluid chamber (s) 4a, 4b each has / have a flexible outer face, which can conform to the shape of the actuating element 1. When the actuating element 1 is lifted out of its locking position, represented by FIG. 3, and moves it, respectively raises it to bring it into the displacement position, represented by FIG. 4, the fluid is discharged into the chambers 4a and 4b by the movement of the lever 1. The fluid belly of the fluid chambers 4a and 4b, represented by FIG. 3, which is located above the lever 1, is pushed back when the lever 1 is raised, the fluid chambers 4a and 4b being deformed so that that, in the displacement position, (FIG. 4) a belly of suitable fluid is formed below the lever 1. The lever 1 is constantly in contact with the fluid chambers 4a and 4b, so that vibrations , which, during operation, vibrate lever 1 while due to the support of the lever 1 against the support device 4 are amortized. The generation of unwanted noise is thus effectively avoided.
In the example shown, provision is made for a section of the actuating element 1 to be arranged inside the second rail 3. The support device 4 is then located between the inner wall of the rail 3 and the lever 1. Because of this, the support device 4 cannot be expelled from the rail 3 by a movement of the lever 1. Preferably, the support device 4 shown in section is produced roughly in the form of U, knowing that between the two fluid chambers 4a and 4b, there is a fluid communication via the sections 4c of the support device 4. Therefore, it is possible to discharge the fluid from a chamber 4a in another room 4b. In this way, it is possible to prevent the fluid chambers 4a and 4b, when the lever 1 is actuated, from being subjected to too high a pressure, which could lead to damage to the fluid chambers 4a and 4b and to the outlet of fluid. Preferably the arrangement is made so that the support device 4 surrounds in the form of a U, that is to say on three sides, the sections of the lever 1, located in the rail 3. This guarantees in particular that the contact between the lever 1 and the support device 4 is never interrupted.
Because of the constant contact of the support device 4 and the actuating element 1, the support device 4 can absorb the continuous vibrations of the actuating element 1 and thus acoustically muffle the noises so effective. In addition to this, the involuntary release of the locking position, respectively of the locking position of the lever 1 is made more difficult by the permanent bearing contact because - as shown in FIG. 3 - the bellies of fluid, in the locking position, are located above the lever 1 so that a lifting of the lever 1, whether this is involuntary or spontaneous as a result of vibrations (and, therefore, an unlocking, occurring by chance during walking) is impossible or at least difficult.
Another embodiment according to the invention is finally explained in more detail with reference to Figures 5-10.
Figures 5 to 10 show an alternative embodiment of the support device, which, in the example shown, can be made very particularly of synthetic material, knowing that it has, transversely to the longitudinal projection X of the rails 2, 3 (see Figure 7 and Figure 8), a C-shaped cross section. As is particularly apparent from Figure 7 and Figure 8, the support device 4 is arranged, in the example shown , in or on the second rail 3. In addition to this, in the upper section 4c, which connects the two branches 4.1 and 4.2 of the support device 4 with each other, it is possible to provide lugs fixing, which, distant from the upper face of the support device 4, are arranged so that the upper face of the second rail 3 can be received between the fixing lugs 4e and the upper face of the support device. It is thus possible to push the support device laterally on the second Rail 3. In any case, the two branches 4.1 and 4.2, as well as the connecting section 4c of the support device 4 are located on the inner face of the second rail 3, in particular the walls thereof, notwithstanding the attachment to the second rail 3. On the underside of each of the branches 4.1, 4.2, are represented support sections 4a and 4b, which have a certain elasticity, because of which they preferably consist of a plastic material, which has a certain elastic property. They are intended to apply to the lever 1 an elastic prestress, when the lever 1 is not actuated (Figure 7).
The aim achieved in this way is that, while the motor vehicle is moving and the lever 1 vibrates adequately, the vibrations of the lever 1 are damped so that no unusual noise can occur.
In addition, sections 4a and 4b, in particular curved inwards, in the C-shaped enclosure 4d of the support device 4, have the effect that, when the lever 1 is actuated (Lifting in the direction Z), a certain opposing force is exerted against the elastic prestressing of sections 4a and 4b, so that the support device 4, there too (as in the first example of execution according to Figure 1 to Figure 4) acts as a safety device preventing inadvertent mishandling.
