专利说明:
CONTROL DEVICE FOR OPENING THE OUTSIDE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FUNCTIONALIZED IN THE EVENT OF A HANDLE LOCK The invention relates to the field of motor vehicles and more particularly to devices for controlling the opening of the sash. Today, there are devices for controlling the opening of the outer sash comprising handles of the flush type also known by the Anglo-Saxon term "flush". The flush handles can be motorized, i.e. with electric opening and closing. Thus, due to their automated movement, these handles can be prone to malfunctions such as blockages, which can happen in particular when they encounter an obstacle located in their path during their deployment or retraction. The published patent document DE 10 2008 021 979 A1 discloses a motor vehicle door comprising an automatic door opening system and an automatic door stop system in the event of an obstacle located on the trajectory d door opening. The stop system includes a switch on the inside of the door. The switch includes a first position for electrically unlocking the door. When the first position is activated, an obstacle detection system and the automatic door stop system are also activated, these systems having the objective of stopping the movement of the door when an obstacle is detected on the path. Door. The patent document published FR 2 897 800 B1 discloses a motor vehicle comprising a device for warning of the presence of an obstacle in the path of a vehicle door. The vehicle comprises a device for controlling the interior opening of the door and one or more obstacle sensors connected to a central obstacle detection unit of the vehicle. The door opening control device comprises a lever movable between a rest position and an open position and means for returning the lever to the rest position. The means for returning the lever to the rest position comprise an actuator controlled by the central detection unit so as to increase the intensity of the return force on the lever, following the detection of an obstacle on the trajectory of the door. Thus, in the event of obstacle detection, the user cannot open the door. The patent document published US 2009/0039671 A1 discloses a device for controlling the exterior opening of a motor vehicle window comprising a flush type handle with motorized displacement. The opening control device includes an electronic control module configured to control the motor of the opening control device to deploy or retract the handle, based on instructions. The state of the art discloses means for detecting opening obstacles and does not present a solution in the event of possible blocking of motorized handles, which can in particular happen when they encounter an obstacle during their movement. The aim of the invention is to overcome at least one of the drawbacks of the above-mentioned state of the art. More particularly, the invention aims to provide a simple, economical and robust solution to the problem of possible blockage of a handle of the opening control device. The subject of the invention is a device for controlling the exterior opening of a motor vehicle opening comprising a support; a handle mounted movably on the support between a deployed position and a retracted position; an electric actuator of the handle; an actuator control unit configured to control the actuator from the deployed position to the retracted position of the handle and vice versa, in response to a control signal; remarkable in that the control unit is configured to, when controlling the actuator, detect a blocking of the handle and, in the presence of said detection, modify the force of the actuator on the handle and / or issue a fault signal. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the control unit is configured so that, when the detected blocking corresponds to one of the deployed and retracted positions, said position corresponding to a starting position of the actuator control , the modification of the force of the actuator on the handle corresponds to an increase of said force. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the control unit is configured so that in the absence of detection of unlocking of the handle following the increase in the force of the actuator, the force is canceled and applied again. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the control unit is configured to, following the cancellation and the re-application of the force of the actuator on the handle, in the absence of detection of unlocking of handle, repeat the cancellation and re-apply the force of the actuator to the handle. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the application of the force again extends over a duration greater than 0.5 seconds and / or less than 5 seconds. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the increase in the force of the actuator on the handle is achieved by modulation of the pulse width of an actuator control signal. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the control unit is configured to, in the absence of detection of release of the handle, to issue a fault signal. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the control unit is configured so that, when the detected blocking corresponds to an intermediate position between the deployed position and the retracted position, the modification of the force of the actuator on the handle corresponds to a cancellation of said effort or to a reversal of said effort in order to return to one of the deployed and retracted positions, corresponding to a starting position of the actuator control. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the control unit is configured to, upon detection of blocking of the handle, emit a fault signal. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the detection of blocking of the handle is based on an absence of detection of the handle in the other of the deployed and retracted positions than that of the start of the actuator control, and this on a given duration. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising at least one opening and a device for controlling the opening of the opening, remarkable in that the device for controlling the opening of the opening is according to the invention . The measures of the invention are advantageous in that the motor vehicle opening exterior opening control device comprises an actuator control unit configured to modify the force of the actuator on the handle in the event of handle lock detection. The control unit will adapt the actuator control according to the locking position of the handle. Thus, the control unit increases the force of the actuator on the handle when the handle is locked in a deployed or retracted starting position and, in the event of failure to unlock the handle, will repeat the increase in the effort. This operation of the control unit will make it possible to unlock the handle when the latter is slightly locked in a deployed or retracted starting position. The invention thus makes it possible to limit interventions on the vehicle in the event of a slight blocking of the handle. The control unit is also configured to cancel or reverse the force of the actuator on the handle in the event of detection of blocking of the handle in an intermediate position, which can in particular happen when the handle encounters an obstacle in its path . In this case, the invention makes it possible to limit damage to the handle when the latter is blocked in its movement by an obstacle. Finally, the invention also makes it possible to protect the hands of a user against pinching, which can happen when a person leaves his fingers on the handle and the latter retracts. Other characteristics and advantages of the present invention will be better understood from the description and the drawings, among which: - Figure 1 shows a motor vehicle opening comprising an external opening control device of the opening according to the invention; - Figure 2 is a sectional view of the external opening control device of the opening along the axis ll-ll shown in Figure 1, where the handle is shown in the deployed and retracted positions. - Figure 3 shows a detailed rear view of the door opening control device shown in Figures 1 and 2; - Figure 4 shows a flowchart of a control method implemented by the control unit of the device of the invention in case of detection of blocking of the handle; - Figure 5 reproduces Figure 2 with the handle shown in a locked position in an intermediate position. Figure 1 illustrates an opening 2 or door of a motor vehicle, in this case a left front door. The opening 2 comprises a device 4 for controlling the external opening of the opening. The external opening control device 4 comprises a handle 6 and a support (not visible in FIG. 1) on which the handle 6 is movably mounted between a deployed position and a retracted position. In the retracted position, the handle is embedded in the opening 2 and in the deployed position (not shown in Figure 1), the handle protrudes from the outer surface of the opening so that it can be manipulated by a user to open the door. These handles are flush type handles, also designated by the Anglo-Saxon term "flush". FIG. 2 represents a schematic sectional view of the device 4 for controlling the external opening of FIG. 1. The handle 6 is pivotally mounted on the support 8, at one end of the handle, around an axis of rotation 10, so as to pivot between the deployed and retracted positions. The handle 6 is shown in the retracted position 6 1 and in the deployed position 6 2 . FIG. 3 represents a detailed rear view of the device 4 for controlling the external opening shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The handle is not shown, only a handle support 12 is shown. The control device 4 comprises an electric actuator 14 of the handle. The electric actuator 14 is fixed on the support 8 of the control device 4. The electric actuator 14 may for example be an electric motor configured to drive a movable lever 16 connected to the handle support 12 in order to move the handle. The axis of rotation of the lever 16 is shown in dotted lines. The actuator 14 therefore exerts a force on the handle in order to move it between the retracted and deployed positions. The device 4 for controlling the opening of the opening from the outside further comprises a control unit 18 for the actuator configured to control the actuator 14 from the retracted position to the deployed position of the handle and vice versa, in response to a control signal. The control unit 18 sends instructions to the actuator 14 to move the handle. The control unit 18 of the invention is configured to, when controlling the actuator 14, detect a blockage of the handle and, in the presence of said detection, modify the force of the actuator on the handle and / or issue a fault signal. In the case where the electric actuator 14 is an electric motor, the force of the actuator on the handle is modified by modifying the torque of the motor. According to one embodiment of the invention, the detection of blocking of the handle is based on an absence of detection of the handle in the other of the deployed and retracted positions than that of the start of the actuator control, and this over a given period. Thus, if the actuator 14 deploys the handle from the retracted position and the handle does not reach the deployed position within a determined time, a signal for blocking the handle will be detected by the control unit 18. The opening control device 4 may comprise a position sensor (not shown) of the handle which will transmit the blocking signal to the control unit 18 of the actuator when said sensor does not detect the presence of the handle in the other of the deployed and retracted positions as that of the start of the actuator control, and this for a given duration as previously mentioned. Likewise, if at the expiration of the given duration, the sensor detects the presence of the handle in the starting position of the actuator control, said sensor will send to the control unit a signal for blocking the handle in the starting position. Otherwise, if at the expiration of the duration data, the sensor does not detect the presence of the handle in the starting position of the actuator control, the latter will send a signal to the control unit locking the handle in an intermediate position. FIG. 4 illustrates a flow diagram of a control method implemented by the control unit of the invention in the event of detection of blocking of the handle. Step 100 corresponds to a retracted or deployed starting position of the handle. In response to a control signal, the control unit controls the actuator, step 102. The actuator applies a force in order to deploy or retract the handle. When the control unit detects a blockage and this blockage corresponds to a blockage of the handle in one of the deployed and retracted positions corresponding to a starting position of the actuator control, step 104, the modification of the force of the actuator on the handle corresponds to an increase in said force, step 106. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the increase in the force of the actuator on the handle is produced by width modulation of pulses of an actuator control signal. If no unlocking of the handle is detected by the control unit following the increase in the force of the actuator on the handle, step 108, then the force of the actuator on the handle is canceled and applied again, step 110. The control unit is also configured for, following the cancellation and the reapplication of the force of the actuator on the handle and in the absence of detection of unlocking of the handle, step 112, repeat the cancellation and re-application of the actuator force on the handle, step 114. The re-application of the actuator force on the handle extends over a duration greater than 0.5 seconds and / or less than 5 seconds. The re-application of the effort preferably extends over a period of 1 second. The control unit is configured to, following the absence of a handle release detection, issue a fault signal. According to one embodiment of the invention, the control unit emits a fault signal to an intelligent service unit of the motor vehicle (not shown). According to the embodiment of FIG. 4, the fault signal, step 118, is emitted following the cancellation and the re-application of the force of the actuator of step 114, in the absence of detection of unlocking of the handle, step 116. When the locking of the handle detected corresponds to an intermediate position of the handle between the deployed position and the retracted position, step 104 ′, the control unit modifies the force of the actuator exerted on the handle by canceling said force, step 106 ”, or by reversing said force, step 106 ', in order to return to one of the deployed and retracted positions of the handle, corresponding to a starting position of the actuator control, step 100. The unit control is configured to, upon detection of blocking of the handle, emit a fault signal, advantageously to an intelligent service unit of the motor vehicle. The fault signal can be emitted after the actuator effort on the handle has been canceled or reversed, step 108 "and step 108", respectively. Thus, in the case where the control unit controls, via the actuator, the deployment of the handle from a retracted starting position and that a locking of the handle in the intermediate position is detected, the control reverses the force of the actuator on the handle so as to retract the handle. This situation is illustrated in FIG. 5 where the handle being deployed encounters an obstacle 20, which blocks the handle in an intermediate position 6 3 . Conversely, if the handle is retracted from the deployed position and a blockage of the handle in the intermediate position is detected by the control unit, the control unit reverses the force of the actuator on the handle so as to deploy the handle in order to return the handle to the starting position for actuator control, that is to say in the deployed position. As previously mentioned, as an alternative to the reversal of the force and following the detection of a blocking of the handle in the intermediate position, the control unit cancels the force of the actuator on the handle in order to maintain the handle in the intermediate position. The control unit then issues a fault signal.
