Description Title of the invention: FIXING ELEMENT AND LATCH COMPRISING SAME The present invention relates to a lock having a fastener which is connected to a locking port of a portable device. [0002] A portable device, such as a laptop, is small and expensive, and is easy to fly because of its high price and ease of resale. To overcome such a problem, the portable device has a locking hole configured to be connected to the lock. A normal locking hole is rectangular and its length and width are 3 mm x 7 mm; however, there are also 2.5 mm x 6 mm, or 3.2 mm x 4.5 mm, locking holes to accommodate various sizes of locks, thus limiting usage. The present invention aims to mitigate and / or eliminate the disadvantages described above. The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a lock having a fastener which is connected to a locking port of a portable device. For the aspect mentioned above, is proposed according to the present invention a fastener. The fastener is configured to be connected to a locking port of a portable device, and the fastener comprises a base, a first movable link portion, and a second movable link portion that is connected to rotatably on the base and are able to expand outward and inwardly retract, the first movable link portion having a first extension for coupling to the locking port, a first tenon opposed to the first extension and a first projection formed on an outer wall of the first pin, the second movable link portion having a second extension for coupling to the locking hole, a second pin opposite the second extension and a second projection formed on an outer wall of the second tenon. [0008] Preferably, the base is a circular column. Preferably, the first pin of the first movable connection portion has a first recess formed on an inner wall thereof and the second pin of the second movable connection portion has a second recess formed on an inner wall of this one. Preferably, the first pin further has a first inclined guide face disposed on an edge thereof and the second pin further has a second inclined guide face disposed on an edge thereof. The present invention also relates to a lock comprising the fixing element as defined above and a fixing device. The fixing device comprises a housing and a locking mechanism. The housing is configured to be mounted with the base and has a retaining groove formed in the housing. The locking mechanism is disposed in the housing and comprises a movable rod configured so that when the movable rod is moved to a first position, the movable rod separates the first movable link portion from the second movable connecting part, so that the first projection of the first tenon and the second projection of the second tenon can be fixed in the retaining groove, and so that when the movable rod is moved to a second position, the first part of mobile link and the second movable link portion may expand outward or retract inward, such that the first projection of the first stud and the second projection of the second stud may be separated from the retainer mesh . The locking mechanism may be a key lock mechanism. The locking mechanism may be a combination locking mechanism. Preferably, the housing is in connection with a flexible chain. Referring to Figures 1 to 3, it can be seen that a latch according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises a fastener 10 configured to be connected to a locking hole 31 or a locking cavity of a portable device 30, and a fixing device 20 connected to the fixing element 10. The fastening element 10 comprises a base 11, a first movable connection portion 12 and a second movable connection portion 13 which are rotatably connected to the base 11 by means of a coupling shaft 14. allowing the first movable link portion 12 and the second movable link portion 13 to expand outward and retract inwardly, the first movable link portion 12 having a first extension 121 coupled to the locking port, a first pin 122 opposite the first extension 121, and a first projection 123 formed on an outer wall of the first pin 122, the second movable link portion 13 having a second extension 131 coupled to the locking hole, a second pin 132 opposite the second extension 131, and a second projection 133 formed on an outer wall of the second pin 132. The fixing device comprises a housing 21 and a locking mechanism 22 disposed in the housing 21. The housing 21 has a circular opening 211 defined on one end thereof to be mounted with the base 11, and the housing 21a has a retaining groove 212 formed therein. The housing 21 is connected to a flexible chain 23 or a cable. The locking mechanism 22 comprises a movable rod 221 configured so that when the movable rod 221 is moved to a first position, the movable rod separates the first movable link portion 12 from the second movable link portion 13 , so that the first projection 123 of the first pin 122 and the second projection 133 of the second pin 132 can be fixed in the retaining groove 212, and that when the movable pin 221 is moved to a second position, the first movable connecting portion 12 and the second movable connecting portion 13 may expand outward or retract inward, such that the first protrusion 123 of the first post 122 and the second projection 133 of the second post 132 may be separated from the retaining groove 212. The first pin 122 of the first movable connecting portion 12 has a first recess 124 formed on an inner wall thereof, and the second pin 132 of the second movable link portion 13 has a second recess 134 formed on an inner wall thereof. The first post 122 further has a first inclined guide face 125 disposed at an edge thereof, and the second post 132 further has a second inclined guide face 135 disposed at an edge thereof. The base 11 is a circular column so as to correspond to the circular opening 211 of the housing 21 and to mount the fixing device 20 movably on the base 11. The locking mechanism 22 is a key lock mechanism which is locked or unlocked by means of a key K. In another embodiment, the locking mechanism 22 is a combination locking mechanism, as shown in Figures 9 and 10. In another embodiment, the lock mechanism 22 is a combination of the key lock mechanism and the combination lock mechanism. If we refer to Ligures 4 and 5, we can see that the lock of the present invention comprises the fastening element 10 and the fastening device 20 connected to the fastening element 10 so that the first movable link portion 12 and the second movable link portion 13 are locked. Ligures 6A to 6E are sectional views showing the operation of the lock according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figure 6A, the first extension 121 of the movable link portion 12 and the second extension 131 of the second movable link portion 13 are coupled to the locking port of the portable device. As illustrated in Figures 6B and 6C, the housing 21 of the fastener 20 is mounted with one end of the fastener 10 such that the first post 122 of the first movable link portion 12 and the second post 132 of the second movable connecting part 13 move in the circular opening 211 until the first projection 123 of the first pin 122 and the second projection 133 of the second pin 132 are retained in the retaining groove 212. As shown in FIG. 6D, after the movable rod 221 of the securing mechanism 22 has been moved to the second position of the retaining groove 212 from the first position of the retaining groove 212, the movable rod 221 is fixed in the first recess 124 and the second recess 134 via the inclined first guide face 125 and the second inclined guide face 135, such that the first movable link portion 12 and the second movable link portion 13 of the fastener 10 are locked. In contrast, the movable rod 221 is moved back to the first position so that the first movable link portion 12 and the second movable link portion 13 retract inward, and the first protrusion 123 of the first pin 122 and the second projection 133 of the second pin 132 are separated from the retaining groove 212, thereby detaching the fixing device 20 from the fastening element 10. Figures 7A and 7B are side plan views showing the assembly of a fastener according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Figures 8A and 8B are side plan views showing the assembly of a fastener according to a third embodiment of the present invention. For example, the fastener 10 corresponds to the portable devices having locking holes of various sizes and shapes, respectively. Preferably, the fastening element 10 is detachable from the fastening device 20, so that fastening elements 10a, 10b correspond to first and second extensions 121a, 131a, 121b, 131b of first and second movable connecting parts. 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b of various sizes and shapes. The locking mechanism 22 of the fixing device 20 is a combination locking mechanism so as to lock or unlock the fastening element by means of a rotary disc 222. The locking mechanism 22 comprises a movable rod 221 and when the fastener 10 is mounted with the fastener 20, the movable rod 221 is moved to a first position to separate the first movable link portion 12 from the second movable link portion 13, and the first protrusion 123 of the first post 122 and the second projection 133 of the second post 132 are fixed in the retaining groove 212, as shown in FIG. 1A1, locking the fastening element 10. Conversely, when the movable rod 221 is moved to a second position, the first movable link portion 12 and the second movable link portion 13 retract inwardly, and the first projection 123 of the first The tenon 122 and the second projection 133 of the second post 132 are separated from the retaining groove 212, as illustrated in FIG. 1B, unlocking the fastening element 10. [Claim 5] Lock, characterized in that it comprises: - a fixing element (10) as defined in any one of claims 1 to 4; and - a fastener (20) comprising: - a housing (21) configured to be mounted with the base (11) and having a retaining groove (212) formed in the housing (21); and - a locking mechanism (22) disposed in the housing (21) and comprising a movable rod (221) configured so that when the movable rod (221) is moved to a first position, the movable rod (221) separates the first movable link portion (12) with respect to the second movable link portion (13), such that the first protrusion (123) of the first post (122) and the second protrusion (133) of the second post (132) can be fixed in the retaining groove (221), and that, when the movable rod (221) is moved to a second position, the first movable link portion (12) and the second movable link portion ( 13) can expand outward or retract inward, so that the first projection (123) of the first post (122) and the second projection (133) of the second post (132) can be separated of the retaining groove (221). [Claim 6] Lock according to claim 5, characterized in that the locking mechanism (22) is a key lock mechanism.
